063- "Hit it or Quit it: The Final Rounds Get Complicated!"

Naruto was the winner of the match. Y/n among others were happy for him.

Naruto stood above Neji heavily panting. Neji gritted and could tell he was upset either with himself or the fact that Naruto won and he lost. TenTen was quite shocked as well of his defeat.

"Y-You did it!" Sakura cheered.

"Way to go buddy!" Y/n threw her fist in the air with triumph. The crowd of people behind them began applauding.

He wiped his nose and smiled. He looked up and seen Y/n on the railing cheering him on. He threw up the peace sign as his smile grew even bigger.

Hayate couldn't help but give a light smile despite his resting "I'm in pain" look he was proud of him. And he still has the energy to run around...Man, he's got crazy stamina.

Naruto was running around the stadium with joy. Y/n was proud but couldn't help but to envy Naruto just a little. You've gotten a lots of strength these past weeks. For now on, I'm going to get stronger too.

"I can't believe he did it...his on the right track," a girl says to her friend.

"Yeah, and his kinda cute too," the other snickered.

Sakura and Y/n turned around and huffed. That Naruto. Watching his battle also made Sakura fill that she has to work really hard too, he's quite amazing you know.

"He won, is it for real?" Shikamaru says, shocked. "I thought he was the same as me in the not going anywhere class..."

"Not going anywhere?" Shino questioned.

"Now people are squealing...Looks like he's part of the group that's going somewhere. This is really bad. It kinda depresses me..."

"Don't say that about yourself," a familiar voice approaches.

"Huh? Y/n what are you doing over here?" He asked.

"Same way you gave me pep talk right before I completed my test in class, I believe in you. I don't think you or anyone of us is part of the not going anywhere group. We're a pretty strong team of upcoming shinobi's," Y/n gave a close-eyed smile.

"Thanks for knocking a little confidence in me," he wrapped his arm around her shoulder. "You should be out there you know," he laughed.

"Yeah, but Gaara was trying to kill me, never had anyone do that before, I was quite scared to be honest. She remembered the menacing grin he wore as he crushed her wrist. "I just need to get as strong as Naruto, that way I can catch up," she smiled.

Shikamaru was quite fond of her determination to better herself after her watching the fight instead of moping at her circumstances.

"Your right," he muttered.

On the other side of the crowd was where Team 8 and Team 10 leaders sat together, Kurenai and Asuma.

"To retain himself and draw out the chakras of the Nine-Tailed Fox..." she says.

"Yeah...Most of the Leaf Village people here are surprised," he added.
