"No!" Nightmare cried out. She started to cough again, still recovering from inhaling all the smoke.
Thunderbird raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean, no?"
Adrian and Ruby stepped forward and hauled her to her feet. She glared at him, then glared at the council women.
"Don't arrest the Anarchists. They weren't involved in this. Or the parade," she croaked.
Blacklight scoffed.
Adrian spoke. "So that wasn't Queen Bee who helped you with your plan?"
Nightmare hesitated. "It was Honey, but it was my idea. Don't go after my family."
"You're... family?" asked Hugh, his brow furrowed in confusion.
She tensed in Adrians grip, as if realizing she'd said too much.
"Whatever." She scowled. "Just don't arrest them."
"We can discuss this more at hq," said Tsunami.
Hugh nodded. "Take her to the van, Sketch, Red Assassin."
