Aside from being a passion driven girl, Qamar was the shy and introverted personality of her class. With her big brown eyes always stuck on the books, she never realised the eyes that often made their way to her.The way those eyes would soften everytime they landed on her,everyone sensed it except for her.Or maybe she knew.she knew that a pair of eyes always followed her,a pair that even recognises her shadow.. But she chose to let it pass,as she feared the heartaches her mother had to go through or the way her sister got stabbed on her back by the one who claimed to love her.. It was clear we were both mad at each other. I could see him trying not to get mad. Feeling the cold autumn air nip at my bare arms made the moment all the more intense. I could spot the rain clouds forming above us like Mother Nature was trying to create the perfect atmosphere for the dramatic scene that was playing out before us. "Fine. Do what you want." He simply stated and walked back to his house. I instantly felt guilty because we had never fought like that before. "Wait, Eric," I said defeated. But my voice was too hushed for him to hear me. And I would've understood, Had he heard me and continued walking away. I've been a jerk lately. I'm sure I'll apologize to him tomorrow and everything will go back to the way it was before. But what if it doesn't. He's never been this mad at me before. He's never been mad at me,., at all before. I simply let that thought slip my mind before I turned back to the group. I looked at the group with guilt showing in my eyes, hoping that they would catch on and tell me that he would come back tomorrow and everything would be alright. As of on cue they all coughed and squeaked out. "Um, he'll be fine. I'm sure he's just having a bad day. But you kinda got mad at him too. Maybe he'll be here tomorrow and you can both apologize." I looked down from embarrassment because what they were saying is all too true. He never came back.
