It was quite absurd how one small, insignificant person could waltz into one's life with a seemingly innocent facade; their dark almond eyes full of innocence yet to be found, and an uninviting frown yearning to be turned upside down; but this one person: a regular looking woman with a heart the colour of the night sky, was anything but average. She knew all about the night vowed to be kept hidden. She knew whose sweaty palms gripped tightly onto the metallic gun as their mind raced, trying to make sense of it all. She knew the truth. But he didn't know to ask. © 2015 by Rose R. All rights reserved. **** P.S Just a warning but this story is set in an asylum during the 1950's and is absolutely crazy. So beware...
