𝐖𝐀𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐋𝐘 𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐄𝐍 has lived in Delphine, California her entire life. Everything's always been easy for her, seemingly perfect. Only now, it's all falling apart. With a dead mother and a breaking father, being an eighteen year old is difficult. She thinks that summer will fix everything. 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐃𝐄𝐑 𝐇𝐀𝐋𝐄 has visited the small California town every summer for as long as he can remember. Summers in Delphine were always a sort of fever dream, full of bonfires and days spent roasting in the sun. Summers were one big joke, nothing that mattered when he returned home. Only this summer's different, at least for Wilder and Waverly. They suddenly begin to feel feeling they never would have expected to feel for one another, and Waverly begins to realize the boy she's always thought of as annoying and immature might just be her saving grace. What will become of this summer, their last summer before they step into the cruel world of adulthood?
