this is a month-long challenge of practicing self-love and self-care. if you don't feel motivated to participate some days, you don't have to - this is just about getting you to love yourself and take care of yourself <3 most of the tasks in this book are focused on helping you relax and take time for you. i know i have personally struggled a lot lately with not knowing who i am anymore, and that has caused me to feel a lot of negative emotions because i did not know how to find myself again and how to get back into doing old hobbies of mine. hopefully, the daily tasks in this book will allow both you and i to find new things we enjoy and help us to feel that positivity and love for ourselves. i love y'all, and i hope you enjoy this thirty-one day long challenge :) started (publishing): 01 august 2023 completed (publishing): 31 august 2023
