day twenty's challenge is to take a shower or a bath 🛁 - whichever you prefer! i know it can be difficult sometimes, but getting yourself clean can really help you feel better. you can even make it fun by putting some relaxing music on, popping some bath bombs in the bath (if you use them), lighting a candle, etc.!
