Embracing the fact that she has become a character in The Lord of the Rings, Rowan Reed takes the quest of the Ring seriously-them winning is not guaranteed. So far, things are advancing close to the actual story: Frodo and Sam are gone for Mordor, Merry and Pippin have been taken by Uruk-hai, and Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimli chase them into Rohan, only with her and Boromir tagging along. If she keeps the storyline moving in this direction, nothing unexpected will happen.
