When Father Noel Carmel, the perpetually flustered parish priest of Saint Nicholas' Parish, is invited to celebrate Christmas Mass inside the town's legendary chocolate factory, he knows two things for certain: it's a tremendous honour, and something is bound to go wrong! Still, he agrees, bringing along eight altar boys to help. Seven of them are experts in mischief. The eighth, their unshakable prefect, is the only thing standing between order and absolute mayhem. Waiting for them is Chris Paddington, the factory's cheerful (if slightly dim) owner. An ex-altar boy who rose from janitor to guardian of a 200-year-old chocolate empire simply because he was too honest to lie and too kind to fake it. And of course.... You couldn't even guess what would happen after that... Falling into water, almost drowning, and being saved by a horse who gently pulled you up and onto the wooden ledge. You gasp as you breathe and look at your surroundings. You look up at the horse and... WHY IS THAT HORSE SO BIG?!!! You hear a big gasp and turn to look. A teenager with blond hair and a dress akin to Thumbelina rushes over to you. " You're, YOU'RE OKAY!! AND YOU'RE SMALL LIKE ME!" ( While Thumbelina is in the public domain, the story is based off Don Bluth's Thumbelina but that belongs to him and the only character that belongs to me is the reader and the story idea) First chapter is in 2nd POV while the rest is in Third POV. Fem Reader, and the reader will be in her 20s ( Specific age won't be specified but she is in her 20s and older than Thumbelina)

Book 8 in the award winning Whimsy Wood series. It was a beautiful, bright March morning and Spring had certainly sprung in Whimsy Wood. The dew-filled daffodils swayed in the breeze, while a choir of young chaffinches led by their singing teacher, Mrs Spottisdowne the sparrow, practised their spring songs. Down on the woodland floor there were pretty yellow primroses and white wood anemones, which sparkled and shone like little iced gems in the spring sunshine. Now somewhere in the middle of Whimsy Wood, was a large moss-covered tree stump. If you were to crouch down next to it and listen very, very carefully, you might just about hear a rather shrill voice singing a funny little tune. This is because the tree stump is home to Fearne Fairy and she likes to sing . . . . A LOT! Not always in tune or kind on the ears mind you, but singing is what she likes to do best! Inside the tree stump on this particular day, Fearne was busy spring-cleaning. She twirled and whirled around her woody bedroom, wafting her finch feather duster this way and that and the song she was singing went something like this...........
