A dying town launches a rebranding campaign that no one seems to be running. The billboards appear overnight. The slogans don't explain themselves. A diner waitress says nobody puts them up, and nobody takes them down. A couple arrives expecting ironic tourism and finds something closer to a live experiment. Beauchêne doesn't ask visitors to believe anything. It only asks them to stay. To notice. To participate. What begins as small-town decay becomes a slow, sideways unraveling... murals that feel instructional, civic programs that behave like dares, and a town that seems increasingly aware of the people passing through it. A surreal, slow-burn satire about American decline, anti-branding, and the strange comfort of entropy. Meaning doesn't collapse here. It rebrands. Entropy is a vibe. Decline tastes like caramel. Welcome to Beauchêne. You're here now.

Ki Centauri is a man with many faces. The life of a military peacekeeper is not a kind one, and the people he's lost are nearly as numerous as the ones he knows. Time and time again, lives slip through his fingers, and all he is left with is the black skies of people now gone. Yet human beings cannot live without connections. Somehow, there must be a way to find friends beyond the limitations of Crest and Clan and forge connections that last and truly matter. But is the pain of finding love in an often bleak and broken world worth the cost of of threading a family across the stars? An ONC 2026 story based on prompts 29 and 69: "You will meet many people in your life. Many will come and go, but some will leave footprints on your heart." "The stars are disappearing one by one, and only you can hear their whispers." New cover by @toruinagod!

~Sequel to The Ordinary Haunting~ Tay Tawan was not expecting to get tied to New Thitipoom when he died. He used to be a happy-go-lucky kind of guy; the kind with no real troubles or regrets that he considered important enough to stop him from his eternal afterlife of sunflowers and guitar ballads and hypothetical match-ups between wild animals that would otherwise usually never encounter each other. So what was it? What kept him watching the sun rise and set each day with a yearning in his chest that was no longer about moving on? What made him want to feel his feet firmly on the ground, his heart stutter out a beat, his hands warmly in another's? What would it take to allow him to stay? This was going to be one hell of a difficult, painful, extraordinary haunting. ~~~~ *Please note: this story will be published once a week, in mostly non-linear order. In a vast library of thought, where every word and book ever written or spoken is held. Every action or inaction filed not as evidence of its consequences, though they too are logged, but in perpetual evidence that creation did live on. Somewhere deep within that library at its centre, you would find a single table, boring in fashion but of sturdy construction with a high backed chair resting beside it. On the wooden surface of the table, lay a typewriter, a pencil for notation and a single unused eraser. The words being typed by some unseen librarian are thus ... --------------------------------------------------------‐------------- Writers note's , this is a work in progress inspired loosely on a painting "Archeological Reminiscence Millet's Angelus" by Salvador Dalí More chapters to come ..... This is the current piece I'm working on. All others are on pause for now .... however the first four chapters of this new (hopefully) full length fantasy anthology. I aim to finish chapter 2 "the one in the shadow" by the end of the week , and that chapter will span over "Jannis's" entire life . (There will of course be time slips , check out the first 2 echos of jannis in chapter 2 , OUT NOW!!!!)

Title: WHITE GIRL Becky thought she was in control. At 22, she's loud, reckless, and convinced the world owes her something. After a chaotic arrest and a dramatic courtroom sentence, she's thrown into prison-only to fight her way through it, manipulate her surroundings, and escape with two inmates who see opportunity in her desperation. On the outside, Becky is determined to get what she believes is hers: money, power, and freedom. That path leads her straight back to Leroy-the man who once promised her everything but never gave her anything real. As Becky dives deeper into Leroy's world, she gets pulled into a fast, dangerous life filled with nightlife, money, manipulation, and illusion. What starts as confidence quickly turns into survival, and every move she makes pushes her further into a cycle she doesn't understand. Trying to prove she's independent, Becky builds a life on her own-but it's unstable, performative, and constantly slipping through her hands. Encounters with people from her past and present begin to expose the truth: she's not as in control as she thinks. When Becky finally confronts Leroy and demands what she believes she's owed, it leads her to his home-where everything unravels. A failed robbery turns into a confrontation with the one person she never expected: Leroy's wife. What follows is a brutal wake-up call that forces Becky to face the reality she's been running from all along. In the end, as the police take her away and the world watches, Becky finally understands- She was never the main character. She was the spectacle. And now everyone's watching the fall.

This isn't a love story. This isn't poetry. This isn't a diary. This is the archive of someone who thinks too much and feels too loud. A book for the ones who romanticize stars but understand black holes. For the ones waiting for a love that feels like silence being understood instead of noise being answered. If you're here, maybe this book was looking for you too.

my first time writing real horror! I don't wanna spoil it especially because it's short, but it's mainly ball pit. I don't think many people will read this, but I hope you enjoy nonetheless! real ones will know that the first couple paragraphs are a rewrite of something else I've written. anyways! it's short, spooky, non-lineiar, and somewhat unreliable narrator I think.

Getting to Nowhere is an epic dark fantasy saga where the world itself is the protagonist - a vast, ever-shifting land shaped by forgotten wars, fractured kingdoms, and the passage of unknowable time. Across continents where time bends and reality rewrites itself, empires rise only to fall into myth, and heroes are remembered not for their triumphs, but for what they couldn't escape. In this world, no path is straight. No future is certain. And no one truly knows where the story leads. Told through multiple eras and voices, Getting to Nowhere explores a realm where magic decays, truth fractures, and even gods must face what lies beyond their design. As generations clash and civilizations unravel, the question remains: What happens when the journey never ends - and the destination may not exist? A brutal, visionary tale of war, identity, and fate, Getting to Nowhere is a fantasy not about where we go - but what we become along the way.

In a world where memories are censored, truth is rewritten, and the sky no longer reflects the light it once held, Andhāvyāsa follows the last witness of reality as he descends into the abyss - not to escape, but to remember. As cities crumble into silence and voices are swallowed by the regime's void, one man stands on the edge, haunted by flickers of what once was: a fading sun, a child's laugh, a forbidden name. Through dreamlike fragments and stark dystopian clarity, this philosophical odyssey dives deep into the psyche of a dying world and the soul that dares to mourn it. Andhāvyāsa - "the immersion in darkness" - is not a story of survival. It is the story of what survives after the story ends.

Untitled is a fragmented, introspective work that blends personal reflection, philosophy, and raw thought. Written in a non-linear style, it moves through identity, perception, social reality, music, and inner conflict without aiming for fixed answers or a single narrative. It is less a structured story and more a direct expression of how thoughts form, break, and reconnect-inviting the reader into an unfiltered mental space rather than a defined conclusion.

A wandering collection of messy feelings, half-formed truths, midnight epiphanies and the kind of chaos you collect while growing up. There's no perfect storyline here-just honesty, curiosity, and the little lessons life slips when you're not paying attention.
