Over the years, the number of ghouls has dramatically increased. The CCG is struggling to keep all the citizens of Tokyo safe until a girl with unique talents shows up. Kogame Kimura tries to fit in, but she is just different. She is extremely talented for a human, exceeding the normal physical standards. Most speculate that she is a ghoul, or somewhat related to a ghoul, but no evidence has been provided. She has no sort of connection with the ghouls or has a craving for human flesh, so whats the deal? Is she ghoul or human...? DISCLAIMER: This story does not include MUCH of the previous characters from TG (Kaneki, Touka, etc.), it is merely based on the TG universe (THANKS SUI ISHIDA!) this is based on tokyoghoul:re. the girls name Monica Lastrange she is kinda insane because of her backstory with "papa" juuzou had mama monica has papa. Monica became crazy and hated ghouls so she joins the ccg and gets a new partner Juuzou Suzaya who is not insane any more. will he change her?
