"I'm sorry. But now would be the time I get to say I told you so. So uh, I told you so" I say smiling
"How'd you know?" Ron asks
"This is going to sound crazy but I've seen the next few years happen already. And it's not good" I say zoning out and thinking about what's going to happen
Year four - harry's name gets entered in the goblet of fire, Voldemort comes back, cedric diggory gets killed
Year five - Fred and George open a shop,harry starts dumbledore's army, Voldemort's snake attacks mr. weasley in the ministry, sirius black dies in a battle in the ministry of magic,the second wizarding world starts
Year six- harry learns the secrets of the half-blood prince and the dark lord forces Draco Malfoy to kill Dumbledore
Year seven- the war is brought to hogwarts, many lives are lost, including fred Weasley
"Lis, you alright?" Ron asks
"Yeah, just thinking about what's going to happen" I answer, Still zoned out
Fred, George and Ron all look at eachother like they want to know more but they don't want to ask.
"You know what Happens?" Fred asks
"Y-yeah it's nothing good and you can't tell Harry and Hermione" I say playing with my bracelet I got from Ginny last christmas
"Tell us. Please" George says
I tell them everything I know about the next few years and they all look at me sadly.
"I should also tell you that-" I start as I start to cry
"Tell us what?" Fred asks grabbing my hand
"Fred you, you die" I say sobbing now.
Fred pulls me into a hug and I cry into his chest. George and Ron look at Fred holding me. I calm down and look up to see George and Ron completely confused
"Why did you only start crying when you said Fred was going to die, but not when you said all the stuff about Harry's life being in danger?" Ron asks looking at me with a sly smile
I sniffle and stand up. Not saying anything and walking out of the hospital wing to see Hermione and Lupin Carrying an unconscious Harry over their shoulders. I just shake my head in disappointment and keep walking to the gryffindor common room. I go in and sit down on the floor in front of the fire and listen to the crackles and pops letting them become the only sound I hear while I cry about everything.
I become so focused on the sound of the fire that I don't notice anyone else there until someone shakes my shoulder. I look up and see Oliver Wood.
"Don't you have a quidditch game to be preparing for?" I ask whipping my tears away
"No that's tomorrow" Oliver says in his funny little accent as he sits down next to me
Neither of us says anything until it gets super quiet
"Do you ever get tired of this?" I ask, staring at the flames flickering around in perfect little waves
"What do you mean?" Oliver asks confused
"Everything. School, people, Life?" I ask focused on the fire
"Sometimes but I think the best way to get over that feeling is to just keep going. And Smashing a bludger around helps too. Would you like to try it?" Oliver asks
"Does it actually work?" I ask thinking about it
"That depends on who you ask" Oliver answers holding out his hands for me to take
"Okay, why not" I say letting him pull me up
