4 year time skip
It was a beautiful day in Konoha as the sun was shining on our beautiful village. In Konoha we can see many villagers all through out Konoha. The streets were booming with business all throughout honestly Konoha was a beautiful place. Through thee village we see our little blondes hair blue eyed protagonist at home meditating on his bed. Throughout the four years Naruto grew further and further away from Konohas eye nobody ever really seen him even the villagers were worried and that's just because they thought the demon was planning against them. They knew that Naruto was now living in the Ninja part of the village so he was well protected so there was know way to get to him.
Naruto on the other hand had been training thru out these 4 years. When I say training I mean training , Naruto's training rivaled those of the all mighty Might Guy and Rock lee combined. The goddesses were all pretty and sweet but in Naruto's opinion they were demons from the deepest part of hell.But all in all Naruto and the Goddesses grew very close you could say that he really did love him because they always cared for him.
Flashback
"Ok Naruto it time to start your trading , you'll be training for the first four years so be prepared everything we do is going to be done in the mindscape but first you need to do a couple things. I'm going to show you three jutsu and I'm also going to give your first power from." Taiyo said as she placed her lips on Naruto's head.
"Ok first jutsu is the hinge jutsu I'm going to teach you this jutsu so that you can transfer into other people.Naruto I need you to understand that you not that much liked and therefore you need other identities to get knowledge. The second jutsu is that shadow clone jutsu the thing about this jutsu is that you make solid copies of yourself with these copies you can learn there memories of the mind and muscle. Basically they give you feed back and they can help you train with jutsu and all that to learn quicker eventually you'll learn more about the jutsu so youll be ok. Now the final jutsu is not known to humanity and you are not allowed to ever teach this to anybody, now this jutsu is called a primordial blood clone jutsu now they way you do this jutsu is kinda like a clone but you give the clone your blood ,chakra,and personality like a spirit. Now these blood clones are a lot different from regular clones . The thing is the anything they learn you learn also in physical work the way the workout and gain muscle mass and flexibility you also gain this to.Now that I've told you this you can't teach it to anybody because it basically like your creating another you there real and they can do what you do they all have there personalities but you control them that's how we're able to be here now besides me only gods know this jutsu so they can maintain there jobs and hold peace" Jaiyo said as she showed Naruto the hand signs for each jutsu.
"Now your first are going to wake up and make shadows clones of many people after you did this I want you to go to Konoha's library and study all practicals things from politics,home Ed, cooking, survival, and etc. After you send your clones out will start officially training." Kami said as she was out of Naruto's head and with him in the real world.She watched in fascination as Naruto was able to do the shadow clones and henges perfectly with out evening mastering chakra control, she was really impressed.
"Ok now that's done for the next four years we will be working on chakra control and mastering your eyes also you'll be mastering a fighting style and s'more style " Taiyo said as she changed the mindscape to a big training ground.
"Taiyo-Chan when will I learn jutsu" Naruto said as he tried contain his excitement.
"One thing at a time Naruto the quicker you master your eyes and have perfect and I mean perfect chakra control then will start learning jutsu" Taiyo said as she watched Naruto smiling his life away
"But chakra control doesn't seem that hard and my eyes should be quit simple to master even though I never recognize them and I already know how to fight but swords sound interesting so maybe a year I'll make it quick" Naruto thought while jumping around the goddesses. They still never manage to find out how Naruto was abl e to be that h appy and energetic depending on the fact of what he's been thru.They also didn't know what powers Naruto had and in all honesty they just needed to be prepared for it.(A/N remember this is a flashback so Naruto is still 4 right now as this goes on but I think ima just iron out the important stuff so we can move on with the story line)
"Naruto you do understand that we always know what your thinking we're goddesses remember, and know it won't be that easy nun of it for starters your chakra control will literally take ages you have almost the same amount of chakra as the nine tails and your only four. You have 6 different type of eyes that we know that you don't know how to activate or can control .the taijutsu style that you'll be learning consist of relying on speed,strength,agility,stamina, and you have the learn the 10 gates . Your kenjutsu is one of a kind that only I know of and it will take a while to master." Taiyo said eyeing Naruto
"Ummm..." Naruto started confused and baffled
" I thought there were eight gates , also how am I suppose to gain physically on my body if I'm in my mindscape for the four years and how do I suppose to keep fed again?"Naruto asked
"Well good question Naruto the two gates are named heaven and hell there not known to the human realm and no human can survive these besides you Naruto but for the strength and food I've adjusted your body so what ever physical changes you go thru in here it changes your body in the real world. Also you don't need to eat Naruto let's just say it's genetics but you always have taste so that's the good part." Su said as she curled Naruto's hair.
"Ok enough asking questions now it times to enter hell Naruto-kun" Shigi said in such a sweet voice that it could kill any regular man. As all the girls looked at Naruto in a sadistic manner Naruto took a deep gulp and now the training begins.
(A/N I'm just going to tell what he learns what he can do and all that I'm not going to spilt it up by years so let's get on with it)
Education:through the 4 years Naruto's shadow clones study all of Konohas library and when I say every library I mean every library Naruto study everything from politics to jutsu of every clan , Naruto studied over time he learned battle formations and differ strategies so at the age of 8 Naruto had the in of about 3000 to 4000 which far rivaled the in of a Nara.
Taijutsu: through the 4 years Naruto learned a taijutsu style that was only known to Chronos himself. This taijutsu style was called the Debiruanjeredansu(devilangele dance) and literally it was the hardest taijutsu style to learn not even the goddesses themselves could learn it themselves, Taiyo herself struggled trying to learn it and to say the least she wasn't expecting Naruto to master it in four years as it took her 2 decades to get the basics. The style consisted of unnatural speed and unnatural strength and when I say unnatural speed I mean Naruto just running in the basic stands of the style could match the rakigaes lighting cloak and his basic strength could match that of tsunadades in his basic stands. Naruto did learn all 10 gates now I should describe the last two gates the hell gates opens the demon power of a good basically peer destruction like the yin side of energy and like peer toxic energy. The heaven side was more of the yang side it's it from dark to peacful it was pure energy but with the drive of the gods behind it this gate could literally kill and god when using it right. Those two together makes complete yin and yang release but in physical force basically with these gates unlike he enter a type of super sain mode(A/N yes like with Goku yes op I know)
Kinjutsu: next up through the 4 years Naruto learned sword style also only known to Chronos it's called the Dakusansutario(dark sun style) the style consisted of pure speed and strength the stance was quick draws of the sword from the back you had to have flexibility and flow with your surroundings and it was usually used with katanas. Naruto mastered the style in the 4 years due to the guidance of Chronos himself which nun of the goddesses knew not even Taiyo but she was curious on how he picked up on the hardest kenjutsu and taijutsu knows to anyone and anything even though humans themselves never knew this stance. She knew that not even the sharingan itself could copy such a stance it was just impossible.
Chakra control:Through the 4 years Naruto's chakra control was interesting to say the least. What was interesting was that Naruto's chakra was the normal blue but instead his chakra was white it was so weird to the goddesses they truly thought there young husband was nothing but surprises to him.To start off Naruto chakra control was above average the goddesses knew this was particularly due to Naruto having the rinnegan. Even though his chakra control was alright for the insane amount of chakra he had they wanted him to be able to do anything with his chakra more specific they wanted him to unlock the powers of the ancient Uzumakis and it required lots of chakra control that's why it was long forgotten in the Uzumaki clan because all of them had so much chakra that they didn't focus on so much control and if some did like Kushina they only unlocked one of the few powers of the Uzumakis which was the chakra chains.So throughout the four years Naruto gained perfect chakra control and when I say perfect he had better control then Tsunade who everyone believed that she was the best . Now the goddesses just had to wait to see if he would unlock the powers of the ancient Uzumakis. Before testing his release the goddesses needed a bonsai tree it was rear to use but Naruto was a special case ,they knew to take precautions because using a leaf probably wouldn't even work using Naruto's chakra to find his release it would be the last thing they do before he goes and starts the academy.
Naruto's eyes(known dojutsus):Naruto first learned control over his byakugan. While learning the byakugan he also learned the way of the gentle fist and all the secrets of the hyuga clan he of course applied his own rules but mainly he learned it for the secrets of the clan.(A/N remember Naruto read every book and scroll of each clan in Konoha.) After mastering his byakugan he moved in to learning and mastering his tensigan, while learning his tensigan he gain more control over attractive and repulsive forces much like the rinnegan the tensigan also increased Naruto's strength,speed,durability,power and reflexes even though they were at a all time high for Naruto. While further incraseing the ability of his tensigan Naruth learned he could form beams of light and had something called killing ash bone. With Naruto's killing ash home he had the ability to grew and use his bones at will he could regenerate his bones and move them all over his body. With the beams of light ,which were more like like lightning bolts but in the form of pure light that Naruto could throw and control at his own will towards anything.
Next, Naruto learned how to use his sharingan the three tomoes wasn't a problem Naruto quickly adapted and learned how to control his sharingan to its max abilities after learning his three tomoe he moved on to his Eternal Mangekyuo sharingan now im just going to say he gets every Mangekyuo sharingan ability that I know. Naruto learned how to use Amaterasu mainly from the help of Ama herself she also gifted him with the eternal flames of his Amaterasu so he controlled how long they lasted and yes they could burn longer then seven days and seven nights he also was able to shape the flames and put them out. Next Naruto learned how to use his Tsukuyomi and later on learned the perfect Tsukuymi. Next up he unlocked the ability to use kamui and he gained the ability to create multiple dimensions at any time. Naruto also has shisui ability called kotoamatsukami which is a powerful gengutsu that manipulates a target thoughts so perfectly that no one knows there being controlled.(A/N I'm just going to call this ability brain manipulation ) The next technique that Naruto discovered was the Izanagi now the thing with the izanagi is that Naruto could use the technique repeatedly and reverse and rewrite time mainly having to do with his death. The usual side affect of this kenjutsu did not apply to Naruto as he never lost his eyes. The final thing Naruto unlocked was his Susanoo now Naruto's Susanoo took the shape of a dragon head with pointy armor and long hair that reached his foot something that Naruto learned about his Susanna was that it had the ability to control it self at times , it could also manifest any weapon it wanted and sometimes used its hair as a defense. Now Naruto's perfect susanoo was still not complete bu the fully body one he used was the size of the nine tails. Naruto's Susanoo was white with dark black out lining which sometimes gave of a dark aura when he was mad. His susanoo was guid bye Su herself.
Naruto never had a chance to practice with his rinnegan or with his rinne-sharingan as he to prepare for his first day at the academy and plan on how he would have one for next four years until he became a ninja.

"Naruto....Naruto.....Naruto!!!"
(A/N sorry if this was a little messed up I had a lot going on and a lot of info to fill into this chapter I misspelled a lot and made lots of mistakes but next chapter coming soon....don't you just love cliff hangers.)
