"That is enough Y/N, you did enough. You need medical attention." I look up at his onyx eyes, feeling mine return to their normal E/C color.
"S-Sasuke..?" I watch him smile down at me and pick me up, jumping up to hokage knows where, I was too out of it to pay attention. My eyes begin to close out of exhaustion and the last thing I see is Sasuke, carrying me to the medical center below the arena.
"You did good Y/N."

I wake up at the sounds of distant whispering across from me. I lift the upper part of my body but wince at the slight pain in my right arm. Oh right...I forgot about my chunin exam battle. I shuffle around and gain the attention of the two that were talking.
"Y/N, you're awake."
"Neji?" I look at the girl next to him and wave my hello at Tenten. She smiles in reply and turn back to Neji, stating that she should get going. He nods and she ends up leaving the room in a hurry for some reason. I move my legs and sit on the side of my bed, watching a nurse make her way over to me and start to inspect my arm.
"Thankfully your arm is back to normal but you might experience some pain in your muscle but that is normal. Thanks to our medical jutsu, the burns and raw skin have been regenerated."
"Thank you ma'am." She happily nods her head and leaves the room, making sure to close the door quietly behind her. I bow my head down and replay the results of my battle in my head. That battle was intense, more intense than I had hoped for...
"Y/N." I hum in reply and look up at Neji. I smile and hop of my bed to make my way over the Neji's bed that was sitting near the window. He was also sat up and watched me as I made my way over to him with ease.
"Are you okay, from what Tenten told me. It looked pretty bad." I laugh slightly a Neji's look of concern and shake my head lightly at his comment.
"Nah, I am fine. I wasn't as bad as I thought it was, just some pain from some of the muscle being torn." Neji nods at my response and looks back out the window, something obviously on his mind. I wonder what he must be thinking, being beat by my brother Naruto who he assumed was weak. I decide to change direction of the conversation, trying not to make the boy think too hard on his loss.
"How is Hinata after the preliminaries? I haven't had time to see her since I have been training..." Neji turns his head as his soft lavender eyes graze over my appearance.
"She is fine, has been training since her loss." My eyes soften from his statement. She trains hard everyday anyways, she deserves a lot more than what her father gives her. I have seen the way he acts differently towards the two and I didn't like it at all. Note that I didn't dislike Neji or anything like that, I just didn't agree with the amount of attention Hinata was getting.
"I know what you are thinking, Y/N." I yip out as Neji gives me a stern yet calm look, strands of his long brown hair falling to the sides of his face. I was always jealous of his hair, how can a guy get his hair to look so nice and healthy like that!? His hair is literally as soft as a pillow, it isn't fair. My own thoughts were interrupted by Neji continuing our conversation.
"Her father only pushes her so she can get to her full potential, it doesn't have anything to do with not loving her." I huff out sarcastically and take a sharp inhale.
"You don't know that Neji, I have heard some of the things he has said to her..."
There was a long silence that followed from what I had said. He knew I was right, I always am. Hinata was treated differently since she was little, always seen as weak. In my opinion, they just haven't seen what she can do and when they do, they will regret everything they have said about her. As Naruto would say, Believe it!
I hear a soft sigh hum out of Neji as his mouth slowly opens to start speaking again.
"Y/N-"
*BOOM*
Neji was interrupted by a distant explosion that was definitely in the direction of the Chunin arena. I hurriedly look towards Neji and give him a confused yet worried expression. Neji radiated the same concerns, hoping off his bed and taking my hand to run out of the nurses room. What was happening?
An explosion that loud couldn't have been from a student, that I cannot believe. We continue to run, not caring about the nurses telling us to return to our designated rooms. We ran up the stairs quickly until we reached the top of the stairs and into where everyone was...asleep!? I look around to notice the only people awake being Kakashi Sensei and Sakura. I feel my eyes getting heavy, this isn't good.
"S-...SAKURA!!" I sluggishly yell out to get her attention. She whips her head around and stares straight at me with her green orbs.
"Y/N! IT IS GENJUTSU! RELEASE IT!!!" I slightly nod my head and slowly put my fingers together and yell out with as much force as I could.
"RELEASE!!" I feel my consciousness begin to revive itself as I reopen my eyes, watching Neji run over to help the situation. I chase after and harshly hit my stomach on the railing to look over what was happening below. It was worse than I could have imagines, there was a battle on almost every rooftop and a battle down below but I couldn't help but notice one thing missing. Sasuke and Gaara weren't in the battle field at all, Sasuke must be on a goose chase.
"Y/N, Sakura go and wake Naruto and Shikamaru up. Hurry!" I didn't have time to think as I run over to the two and land next to Shikamaru watching Sakura release Naruto's genjutsu. I turn my head and whisper release, waiting for Shikamaru to wake up.

This guy is actually just sleeping are you serious!?
"SHIKAMARU WAKE THE HELL UP!!!" I see his body flinch before slowly getting up from his position. I hear a poof behind me and Sakura so we turn our bodies to see Kakashi's dog summon appear.
"Pakkun!" I squeak out happily. I grab the dog out of pure joy and squeeze him with force.
"Hey kid...please let me go, it hurts." I freeze and laugh slightly, letting the poor pug go from my grasps. The pug waddles over to Shikamaru to knock him more awake which thankfully works.
"Ugh, how long was I out..?"
"Naruto watch out!" I yell out as a ninja appears from behind the blonde. I feel my body tense and everything move in slow motion as the ninja inches closer to my brother. Everything is happening way too fast for my mind and body to keep up with, what happened here!?
I run and try to move my feet as fast as they can to try and move Naruto out of the way but, someone who was faster than I was beat me to it. He punched the enemy into the wall, crushing and destroying the wall as well. The man in green stands tall and looks over to us with his signature smile.
"Guy!!" I smile as he gives us a thumbs up, telling us we are all safe now. I smile and run over to Naruto and embrace him in a safe hug. Thank hokage you are ok. We all turn our attention over to Kakashi and hear what he has to say to the four of us.
"You are both going to go after Sasuke. Gaara ran along with his team mates but Sasuke ran after them on his own." I gawk at the words I hear. Does Sasuke really think he can take those guys on his own? Is he really serious? We nod our head and look at Pakkun, the dog that is going to be sniffing him out for us.
"Kakashi Sensei, if we are tracking him down I think I should use my new summ-" Kakashi Sensei interrupts me with a cough.
"I think you should save it for when you need it most, Y/N." I sigh out and nod my head, I guess he is right about that. The group and I get ready to jump but before we go, Naruto lets Pakkun get a scent of Sasuke.
"Uh, Naruto how do you get Sasuke's sce-"
"Let's go get Sasuke!!" Jeez! Why does everyone keep ignoring me!? Ugh whatever not like I care...
I look over and Neji who had come over after hitting off some people over the railing. I smile and hold my hand out to him to high five to which he hesitates before lightly patting my palm with his.
"What about you Neji?"
"I will be fine Y/N, worry about getting Sasuke back." My eyes open a little more before softening back into their sleepy look, saying a quick 'ok'. Neji returns the smile I had given him before jumping farther away, probably off to defend other people.
"Ok guys, you should get going and fast." We all nod at Kakashi Sensei and jump through the hole Guy had made from his punch. We are coming to get you Sasuke, I swear.
