Dome's POV
Three days and Pavel just come at night when i am about to sleep and leaves when he is sure all i am to do is prepare for my day.
He is like a guardian.
Fourth day. I came from the library at 6pm planning to drop my things then hit the canteen accross the dorm.
I am shocked when he is on his bed on his phone. Looks frustrated.
"Why you are not answering my calls? Where where you? Your class ends at 5 pm today. I said call me,"he spaeaks fast and feels like not breathing.
"Calm down." I said, and put my thing on my bed.
"Have you eaten dinner?" I asked, he shook his head.
"Let's eat downstairs and talk about this." I said.
He is like a silent annoyed dad.
And i wanna burst my laugh but he is already pissed.
Do not piss him off he is hot tempered when mood is like this.
I ordered for us.
"Still knows what i want" he said,
I laughed a bit.
"Asshole it is like just 3 days i did not talk to you and you act like it has been years." I said.
"Well i heard you've got new hot friends." He looked at me.
O baby, if you only know you are still hotter that them. Yeah i said that to myself in my brain only.
I sip on my juice.
"Well they are hot alright. But not my type." I said.
"How are you?" He said calmly.
Our food then came.
"I meet new friends like you told me. And they are from different blocks. Also meet sophomore engineer."
He moved closer.
"P' Newwie" i said and he remained calm.
"He is nice is my hazer" he said,
"What are you on a hazing is it legal?" I aked in soft voice.
His turn to laugh.
"Yeah it is the engineers org." He said.
"You trouble maker." I said.
"Hey we are the neutral" he said.
"Okay, i heard anout that Engineers Org." I said.
"Now tell me Dome can you do it?" He asked.
I looked at him.
I smiled.
"I can" i said.
"I will move this weekend then" he said.
I nooded.
"Remeber call me," he said.
I nood my head.
My tears are clouding in my eyes goood thing i sneezed.
"Peppers" he said and tasted my food
He changed his dish with mine.
"Dome," familiar voice.
I turned and waved at Nine,
"Can i sit with you?" He asked.
Pavel nooded and smiled.
"Nine this is Pavel, my.. freind from Engineering also a freshman." I said.
"Pavel this is Nine." I said again.
They greeted each other and we eat together.
Nine asked questions about the hazing. I wanna ask it but Nine asked first so i just eat and listen.
We then went to the dorm.
"Is it allowed?" Nine asked.
"No only till friday that he will stay"i said.
Nine want to ask more but the elevator door opened and he has to get down.
Well in this dorm no room mate is allowed specially the meds and scieneces. One door one student policy in my case.
I am allowed once i settled in.
I am setled .
And i can do it.
I know i have explainimg to do to Nine well he is my blockmate and i know he will be my new best friend.
Back to Pavel tomorrow is his last night here.
I do not want him to go.
But i will never grow if i depend on him.
A day not being with him makes me look forward for evenings so i can be with him again. But.
I rolled on the bed. Seeing him.
On his phone,
"Can't sleep sweetheart?" He asked. He likes teasing me like this.
I rolled my back on him and face the other direction.
I heard him moved.
Then my bed he layed beside me.
"I am always there na." He said. "I cannot promise to be there sooner but i will always show up just i promised you that day. I am always your best friend." He said softly.
"You know i love you right?" He said.
Yeah i know,
You will be there, when everything you are doing is done.
When you have send your date back.
When you are done with works. You will be there.
When it is late.
Because i was never your priority. She always wins over me.
I plead for you to enroll meds. Convincing you for 2 years. Till you agreed. And she just said.
If Dome is in meds you should try engineering.
And you also enrolled in engineer.
I got it Pavel.
So shut the fuck up!
And i cannot tell those words to him. I just let him lay there beside me. Caressing my hair with his fingers like he always do to apeace me or to calm me.
Keeping me silent.
Atleast in college people are more on studies and less on chaos. Less bullies.
And i am on the most peaceful college of the most peaceful university in Thailand.
"I can live it here, stop acting like i am your grade three baby." I said. But still not facing him.
"And i am afraid i will be replaced" he said.
Fuck Pavel noone can replace you.
"Haha, ne, noone is as asshole as you." I said.
He tickled me.
"Sooorryyy!" I said and he stopped.
"Nothing to worry, i can make friends i can expand my territory. Trust me on this please." I said.
"Can i also trust you in eating healthy and less frozen foods." He said.
I nood my head.
"Then i will pack up tomorrow." He said.
"Goodnight Dome," he said softly and went to his bed.
He also faced the other side of the wall.
And i fall asleep. Looking at his back.
"Wake up!!!!!!"
"Fuck you!!!" I shouted annoyed,
He shouted beside my ears.
I get up and took my towel.
When i get out of the bathroom.
He is ready he stand and ruffled my hair.
"Eat healthy sweetheart gotta go" he said and leave.
I sit on the bed when the door is closed. I am still looking at the closed door.
He will leave tomorrow.
Tears rolls on my eyes. My phone sounded.
I saw the time.
"Shit i will be late."
I rushed preparing but make sure my shirt is neat.
I rushed to the lobby.
People are calling me by name i just smile and waiid and show them i am in a hurry.
Why did i sit there for 10 minutes doing nothing but staring on the door.
I grabbed sandwhich on the go then went to class.
I found Nine and Benjamin is missing.
He said he was on something.
At lunch we went to see Benjamain.
I decided to tag along opportunity to meet more people.
And we ordered foods,
I need protein and eneded buying sausages and patties.
Then we sit together. We are in the universiy main canteen.
"Hi Bnejamin" shit i know that voice very well.
"What the hell are you doing here!" I mouthed.
He sat beside me.
"He is my oponent" Bwnjamin said.
"Shut up!" I said.
Pavel frawned at me.
"Yeah insult me more sweetheart. but sausages and these?" He said pointing at my juice
His tone o god i am dead.
I looked at Nine And Benjamin but they look at me differently.
Double dead.
