I am currently sitting in the chemistry lab drawing doodles on my chemistry note while Mr. Michael is busy talking about something called Stockio...Stoci
"Any questions on Stoichiometry?" Mr. Michael asked.
Yes now I remember, Stoichiometry.
"No sir," everybody said.
"Good, now copy down these questions and answer them for me, you have ten minutes," he said.
Lewa has entered yawa!!!
I was not even listening.
I turned around to Zara if she understands.
"Do you understand?"
"Yes now, it is simple"
Because you understand now, it is simple.
"Five minutes!!" Mr. Michael said.
Eewo!!
I looked into Zara's work and saw that she was already done.
I started copying her work before I felt something hit my head. It was from that Jason guy.
I picked up the paper that hit my head and saw a note, it read
Emeka said you should meet him at the track after school.
So Emeka cannot come and tell me to meet him up later by himself.
I put the note in my bag and finished up my classwork.

"Vi I am sorry," I said following her to the toilet.
Vivian is angry at me for telling her driver that she was on her period.
"Do you know what he said to me this morning?" She said
"Yes Vi, I was there," I said.
" He said and I quote ' Small madam shey your stomach still dey pain you, me I no know say you don dey your period' do you know how I felt, do you know how awkward it will be to have a normal conversation with him again," she said.
"Oya now, I said I was sorry. He put me on the spot, that was the only thing I could think of" I say smiling at her.
" Lemme alone Lewa," she said
" I said sorry now after I finished covering for you yesterday," I said
" It's okay, but I will still get revenge," she said.
"That's fine, now where is my compensation?"
"I knew that is the only reason you apologized," Vi said
"Haha...now where is it"? I asked
"It's in class" she mumbled.
"Let's go and get it, I'm hungry," I said dragging her to her class.
"Who told you it is food," she said.
"If it is not food I don't want," I said opening her bag.
I grabbed my spaghetti and went to my class.
"No thank you, you ingrate" Vi shouted from her class.
I turned around and flipped her off.
"That serves her right," I thought.
I put the food in my bag and went to the toilet to change into my sportswear and jogged to the track.
" Good afternoon coach," I said once I got there.

I need some Lucozade boost.
"Hey" I heard from behind me.
I turned around and saw Emeka sweating profusely.
" Hi" I smiled.
" I'm sure Jason told you that I needed to talk to you," he said
"Yeah, I mean it is the reason I'm sitting all alone here waiting," I said jokingly.
"I'm sorry about that," he said.
" It's nothing"
"I'll just go straight to the point, I wanted to ask you if you'll go on a date with me," he said.
I froze.
I don't like him like that. He's just a friend to me.
It's just a date Lewa, he didn't ask you to be his freaking girlfriend.
But it's my first date.
"Sure, when," I said smiling.
My mouth.
"Tomorrow evening?" He asked.
"I'm not sure, how about Saturday?" I asked.
"Great, it's a date," he said smiling.
I stood up and went to class to take my bag.
How will I convince my mom and Dad to let me leave the house now?

"Vi! I have a date" I screamed into the phone.
"With who!!"
"Emeka," I said
She gasped "Seriously? when is it"
"Saturday," I said
"That's great, do you need me to help you get ready?" She asked.
"Sure, but there's a problem"
"What's that?" she asked.
"Mummy isn't going to work on that day, and you know daddy's situation," I said into the phone.
" Tell Shade to cover for you nau" she said while laughing.
" Are you mad, be serious"
Just the thought of asking my elder sister to cover for me is scary, she has always been our parents' favorite and she will not hesitate to report me.
"Just tell them that you are sleeping over at my house tomorrow, then you will get ready here and when you come back, you can change and go home," she said.
"Girls thinking deep!!" I said.
"Lewa, did you take my jeans?" Sister Shade barged into my room.
"I'll talk to you later," I said to Vi.
"Who were you talking to?" Sister Shade asked.
"Vivian, and which jeans are you talking about?"
"Mtcheew, I wonder why you still talk to that girl," she said.
"Cause she is my BFF," I said rolling my eyes.
"Whatever, I am talking about the white one," she said.
"It's on the line outside," I said.
"Oh okay, I made spaghetti, it's in the kitchen"
Yesss, my second plate of spaghetti today.
