Once everyone had read and re-read over Harry's results they knew that they had to inform the Ministry right away, they had to inform Cornelius Fudge about what Albus Dumbledore had done to the Saviour, what he had done to the poor boy but it could wait until tomorrow as they didn't want to wake the poor boy up, he was out cold on his father's shoulder snoring quietly.
"Severus dear I think it be best if we all meet up tomorrow morning say at ten outside the Ministry and then we will head in and see Fudge" said Molly making everyone around them all nod, they were going to make sure that they were there for the boy.

Severus was downstairs in the kitchen drinking some coffee with a small fry up in front of him while reading the paper which was floating when Harry came in.
"Morning dad" was all that was said making Severus spit out his coffee when he finally saw his son.
"Good morning son and how did you sleep?" he asked without saying anything about his son's new look, he was pleased with how he looked, he still had his emerald green eyes which he was thankful for as it reminded him of Lily.
His hair lay completely tidy on his head thankful that it was no longer looking like a bird's nest on top of his head like it normally was, it was now smart and neat, it really was a combination of James and his own hair.
Straight from Severus but slightly messy from James, the colour thankful stayed the same, he was perfect if Severus had words for it, he was a perfect combination of all three of them.
"Dad I think something went wrong, when I put my glasses on I can't see a thing do you think I could get a new pair?" asked Harry to his father as he took off the spell which was keeping his food warm ((a/n can't remember the spells name, sorry))
"Hadrian I don't think you will need them anymore, how about you take them off and see for yourself" .
Harry did what he was told and took off his glasses, his father was right he could see perfectly! What in Merlin's name was happening to him.
Severus could see what had happened and smiled and chuckled slightly.
"Son it's due to the blood adoption, you have my blood in you as well as James and Lily, more so me then them if I had to guess really. You won't need your glasses anymore and I have to say you hair is now sitting quite nicely" and he chuckled again at his son's expression.
"Hurry up and eat we have to be at the Ministry in ten minutes, someone thought it was a good idea to sleep in" and he chuckled again while he banished his plates into the sink to be washed later and place the newspaper onto the table to finish later.
Harry finished quickly but not so quick he brought everything back up and headed over to the Floo with his father following behind him.
He chucked the Floo powder into the Floo network system and called out for the Ministry, once all the tugging finished Harry practically fell out of the Floo.
He was caught by none other than Draco and Lucius, both were trying not to laugh at him and all Harry said was "I hate Floo travel" this made everyone laugh.
......
Inside Cornelius Fudge office everyone was sitting while he just stared at Harry who wanted nothing more to climb onto his dad's lap and hide he hated when people stared at him like that.
"So what has brought all of you to my office?" said Fudge even though he knew, the Goblins had wrote to him about the blood adoption and all the blocks and potions on Harry and who had placed them all on him.
Fudge had always wanted to get something on Dumbledore and this had to be the most juiciest tip bit he could gather.
"As you know Minster, Harry Potter has been adopted by me over the summer of last and then yesterday he was finally blood adopted but as you can see from that there was many blocks and potions within his system.
Most of them have been placed by Albus Dumbledore but I do think that all twenty seven of them were placed by him, some have broken before the cleansing.
I... I mean we would like something to be done about him, he shouldn't be allowed to treat anyone like this much less so than a young boy" explained Severus to Fudge.
"Very well do you have any proof of what has happened to Mister Potter here?" said Fudge but everyone looked at him, but it was Harry that said something.
"Minster my name now is Hardian Jameson Severus Snape, I'm no longer Harry Potter, as my dad said I was adopted legally and then by blood".
Fudge nodded to this pulling out the file that he had on Harry and now held that held his adoption and blood adoption certificates.
"I have the evidence that you have been adopted and that you are now going under your new name but I would need more expensive information and evidence about everything that had been written down in your file.
I can see that you haven't gone though the discrepancies about you vaults as of yet and I hope that you will look into that in the very near future" this made everyone nod, they would make an appointment next week to deal with that but first.... the memories of Albus and his neglect of Harry.

Severus took his wand and put it to his head and pulled out a whisper from his head and placed it in the Pensieve, then everyone dipped their fingers in only to be pulled into the memory, Harry was left behind in the office with another Ministry officer.
Memory of the rescue:
"Severus you have to see this, it's horrible if I had known he had gone through this I would of asked Albus to let the poor boy stay here" said Poppy to him and handed over the results that she had found hidden in an old storage cupboard within the Hospital Wing.
He looked over it and when he as the name on top of the parchement he almost fainted Harry Freakin Potter again, why did that name always come up and bite him in the arse, he would never know.
But as he kept reading he was getting paler, if that was even possible, he was shaking with anger and grief! How in Merlin's name did the boy live though all of this.
It never occurred to him that the boy was suffering, that had always been told that he was treated like a Prince but this now was a hundred percent a lie!
This was even worse than what Severus' own father had put him though, this was beyond what Voldemort would do to his prisoners back when he was alive eleven years ago.
He took the parchment and headed straight for one Albus Dumbledore, without even knocking he kicked the door in making it bang against the stone wall.
"Headmaster we have to discuss some things right now!"
"My dear boy what can I do for you?"
Severus glared at him before continuing "are you aware what is happening at Potter's home?"
"Severus what's wrong? Is Harry alright?"
Severus closed his eyes and remembered what his father used to beat him, he quickly snapped out of it and stared into Albus' eyes.
"So Poppy hasn't told you then? Well I was informed just recently that Mister Potter's household currently at the residence of 4 Privet Drive is unsafe for the child. Albus he is a young boy soon to be a second year at that! He has been abused since he was three years old".
Albus stared back he knew he was going to get caught but schooled his emotions and said "Severus my boy, I'm aware of this already. It is only safe that he is with fami-"
He was interrupted by Severus saying "Albus how dare you! He has had way to many near death experiences just in the past two years from his uncle's beatings alone! If you won't take him out of that damn household I will remove him myself. I'm not bluffing. Good evening" and he was gone.
He walked out of the school so then he could apparated to 4 Privet Drive, it was late in the evening so everyone was sleeping, only street lights shone.
He walked right up to the front door of number 4 and whispered "Alohomora" and with a soft click he walked into the household.
He crept upstairs after doing a "point me" spell which lead to a small, small bedroom, the last door which had many, many different locks on the outside of it with another "Alohomora" each one was undone.
He opened the door only to be hit with the smell of blood, he looked around the room but it was way too dark so he whispered"Lumos" and gasped at the sight before him.
Harry layed in the floor beating, bloody and bruised in a small corner of the room, he could hear faint whispers coming from the boy when he walk closer to the boy he flinched away and whispered.
"I'm sorry sir, I'll be more quiet. Please sir I won't disobey you again. Just don't hit me"
He was shocked and so stepped closer and said " Harry is quite alright. Do you know who I am?"
Harry looked up to him "P-professor?"
Severus asked more questions but Harry just looked back down at the floor and then he started to cry, Severus lifted his chin and as he did that Harry launched himself at him.
Harry apologised to him but Severus said "it's alright. The reason I'm here is to take you out of this household but before I do I have one question" Harry nodded to this.
"Would it be alright if I become your legal guardian" Harry launched himself into his arms again "I take that as a yes then? Bring whatever you made need or want with you and I will shrink it down" Harry nodded and grabbed only three things.

Severus was fuming by this time how could these Muggles do this to Lily's son?
"Harry I need you to hold onto me we are going to apparate" and with his they left and returned to Hogwarts only to leave again to Spinners End.
End of memory
Everyone came out of the memory and then looked at Harry who was now almost asleep on the small sofa being watched over still by the officer.
"Well that is something I never expected to see, thank you Professor Snape, this will help but I would need young Hadrian's memories as well if we want to press the charges you are asking for.
Yes we have the health scan which was done by the Goblins but it would also be helpful if we had the memories to match with them.
If young Hadrian would be willing to submit them that would help everything, you cause" said Fudge to him.
Everyone nodded they knew that they had to get the memories from Hadrian but they didn't want to hurt him by doing this.
"Hadrian is it ok to get some memories from your time with the Dursley's?" asked Lucius as he had gone over to wake the poor boy up.
Black specked emerald green opened and looked into silvery blue eyes, he yawned and smile back.
"I guess but will it hurt?" was all he said making Lucius almost laugh but it was Arthur that stepped in.
"No it won't but you have to think of certain time frames for us so then we can take them and place them in the Pensieve, just like we did before with Severus ok?" as he explained everything.
"Oh ok...." he wasn't sure about this so Poppy stepped in this time along with Minerva and Narcissa.
"If you at all says it hurts we will stop I promise" said Poppy.
"We will make sure that you are fine throughout it all" said Minerva.
"We are just gathering evidence to help you get away from your relatives and Dumbledore, by doing this it will help" said Narcissa who ruffled his hair slightly.
That felt nice and he wanted to have that done to him again and so let Narcissa help him with the memories.
First it was memory from the age of three, his uncle burning his arm on the stove and then thrown out of the house in the dead of winter.
Second memory from the age of four, Dudley breaking his right leg, he wasn't taken to hospital.
Third memory from the age of five, Vernon carving into his back with a knife.
Fourth memory from the age of six, being stuck in the cupboard for a week with nothing to eat or drink.
Fifth memory from the age of seven, thrown back outside in the dead of winter and had gotten frost bite
Sixth memory from the age of eight, Petunia burning his back with a frying pan he was cooking with.
Seventh memory from the age of nine, Vernon driving into his anus ripping it apart yet again, blood spilling every where.
Eighth memory from the age of ten, nothing to eat and drink again but this time for a fortnight.
Nineth memory from the age of eleven just before he went to school, dislocated shoulder, elbow and ankle all on the same side.
The tenth and final memory was Harry contracting pneumonia, being staved form the time he came home to Severus picking him up.
Each memory was placed in vial and put into a box with Harry's files in.
Fudge thanked them and let them be on their way, Harry shaking all the way. They had been in Fudge's office for three hours.
It was time for lunch.
