Born in the summer
Yellow flower
Bloomed beneath the blazing sun
Lips like fire
Hair like Amber
Olive skin and hazel eyes
Gift of nature
Looked around her
She was wrapped in green and blue
Bright and fair the
people said that
She deserved a better view
So she packed her
things and left for
where the biggest dreams come true
Breathed the new air
Felt her lungs burn
Saw the smoke but had no clue
One year older
Days turned colder
In her concrete neighborhood
Time flew by her
City lights and
Restless nights were all she knew
Ran to catch her
Evey breath till
She couldnt sleep without a pill
House and job the
people said that
Her life's too good to be real
Then one morning
All the petals
Of the flower were falling off
And the people
Were heartbroken
When she wore a necklace of rope
