The previous Chapter 60 I wrote was deleted some how so I'm starting over. I didn't really like it anyway so it will be completely different from what I had originally planned. Enjoy!

Peace and Love,

Kay

Leena's POV

I spent my whole child hood being overshadowed by Liyah's light. She was always so perfect. Perfect hair, perfect face, perfect voice, perfect grades. And even though she didn't see what others saw in her, I was still that one Haughton sister that everyone just looked over. I was just "Aj's oldest sister".

Liyah was like a magnet. Attracting people to her with a just one agonizing glance in changing color eyes. As much as I hated to admit to myself, I was jealous of her. I mean who wouldn't be jealous of their multi talented little sister who could play a piano just like any past great genius' that came before her? I had to go all out my way just to get attention. She hated attention, but still got it--it came naturally to her. Over the years, and the more mature I've gotten,I just began to get over it. Jealousy was the least of my worries now, and even though Liyah was becoming the ultimate star of Promise, being the everyone's favorite Promise Sister. Anyone would resent her by now and a couple of years ago I thought i would. But instead, I was more happy for her than anything. Happy that she was finally finding herself after so many years.

I was walking up Sasha and Liana's drive way..My heels clicking against the dry concrete as these things ran swiftly through my mind. When I was informed that my mother had another child I didn't know what to think. Now I was just scared. I was afraid that she would end up being just like Liyah. My mother's children were all known for being fucked up in the head. I was the whore, Liyah was the temperamental one, and couldn't help but wonder what her title would be. What would she be like? She awaited inside those thick brick wall and I was in no rush to go in. The anxiety of it was kicking my ass. I didn't even wanna think about the fact that she had a criminal record.

what if she's like the both of us? I wondered as I went through my purse searching for my gum. Sasha told me she looked like a spitting image of momma. I wondered how much she really looked like her. Only I could be the judge of that, and I wasn't gonna take her word for it either. I wanted to see for myself. With my own two eyes. How much did she really look like her? Lord forbids if she look too much like her. Liyah probably would hate her too.

An aroma of apples and cinnamon hit me as I walked through the door. Filling my nostrils with a satisfying sent that left me on a slight high. I walked through the foyer looking at some of all the pictures that existed there. Giving me a friendly, but yet, creepy gratitude. Normally, I ignored them, but this time I was in no rush to get away from them. " Sasha?!" I called as I walked into the dinning room where she and Liana was sitting.

"It's about time you showed up here." She said.

"Sorry, I got caught in traffic. " I lied.

"Where's Aaliyah, I wanted you both here."

I sat my purse on the table and sat down in the chair. "Liyah's not in town right now."

She gave a disapproving look. "What do you mean she's not in town?"

"She probably didn't tell you that Michael had that Motown 25 thingy he's doing tonight. She's with him."

"Oh, right..."Liana breathed. "Ali did tell me that. I forgot to mention it."

Sasha rolled her eyes towards the ceiling. "Whatever, I guess she can just meet her some other time. "

"Where is she?" I heard myself ask.

"She's in the room unpacking." She turned to Liana. " Go get her please."

I stared at my neatly manicured finger nails as Liana left the room. " I want you to take her and meet the girls." I heard her say.

My eyes peered up slowly at her. " Why?"

"She's not accustomed to any of this and she didn't even know you guys were famous until I told her. "

"What are she been doing, living under a rock?" I asked as I slowly lifted my head at her. I didn't want to be all conceited, like I was known for being often, but I've met homeless people knew who we were.

She only shrugged her shoulders. " She hadn't been able to keep up with the music industry, Leena. And besides, I think it's best. That way she won't be that intimidated by you."

"Mmm, you have a point there."

"Just allow her to meet the girls. Tell her about them.. Let her know what you all do as individuals. Make here feel comfortable. She's here to live with us permanently, and she's never had that before. It might take her a while to get used to it. Remember she's about to be surrounded by a bunch of celebrities."She was going on and one about how we should treat her and how we should continue to make her feel comfortable. It was almost as if she was treating her like she was seven and not seventeen. That was something that she was known for. "I have to go to work soon so I'm trusting you with her. Don't-"

"Okay, okay. I get it." I interrupted. " Make her feel comfortable...introduce her to every one...I got it."

A smile stretched across her brown sugar face. " Okay."

At that moment, Liana walked into the room with a girl behind her smiling. " Leena, meet your sister, Alana."

My eyes fell upon a girl who stood beside her. Her green eyes was the first thing I noticed. I had never met anyone with that eye color or anything close to it and I don't know where she had gotten it from. All I knew was that they looked almost intoxicating against their Carmel color skin. She had my mothers same bone structure. Same lip shape. The only difference was her hair was a darker brown almost black, but as I looked closely I could see her brown roots-- it was pulled into a tight messy bun at the top of her head.

God, she looks like Momma. I stood up and extended my hand out. " Hey, I'm Leena."

Her eyes studied me slowly up and down before accepting my hospitality. "You must be the nice one?"

I glanced at Liana confused. " That's the only way I knew how to characterize y'all too. "

"Yeah, you're the nice one. Aaliyah is the mean one. "

I laughed. "Well, I guess compared to her I am the nice one."

"Liyah's not mean," Sasha stood up from her chair and walked over to me. " She's just not as accepting as Leena is. Anyways, I'm running late for work and I need to get going. Don't get into any trouble."

"Sasha I'm not eighteen anymore."

" Mmhmm, I like to think that sometimes."

I rolled my eyes. " Anyways, you're gonna spend sometime with me today." I told her, giving her a ridiculously cheesy smile. " I'm gonna take you to meet everyone."

She raised an eyebrow at me. " Okay..."

"I'm serious Leena, I don't want any trouble!" Sasha was at the door now getting ready to leave.

"Whatever Sasha!"

After saying good bye to Liana we left, heading back towards my apartment. We drove in complete silence and it was getting extremely awkward. She was just staring straight ahead as though she was the one who needed to be driving. I remembered that I had to make her feel comfortable, but I was feeling uncomfortable my self. I didn't know what this girl was capable of. We might have invited a serial killer in our lives.

Okay, now you're just overreacting. I thought. I glanced at her out of the corner of my eye took a deep breath. Just say something.

"So...how are you liking California?" I asked.

She shrugged. " I haven't been here long enough to know how I feel about it. "

"True, but I swear it's really fun here. Way better than Harlem was."

She looked at me, flabbergasted. " You're from Harlem?"

"They didn't tell you?"

"No," she said.

"They lived there. Liyah and I were everywhere. I was born in Indiana, but grew up the first couple years of my life in Brooklyn. Then after Liyah was born we moved to Alabama with our grandmother for a few years and then after she died we moved back to Brooklyn with our mom--your mom. Then after a few years of living there we moved to Harlem with Sasha and Liana, and after that we came here." I didn't know why I was telling her all of this. I just needed something to keep the level of awkwardness down.

"How did you get here? You know, how did you become famous?"

"We used to perform at a club called the Heartbreak Hotel and that's where we were discovered."

"Heartbreak Hotel? That's a strange name for a club. "

I nodded." Yeah," I sighed. " but it was the best club in all of New York if you ask me." I stopped at a stop light and reached in the back seat picking up a magazine that was on the floor. It was Jet Magazine, the most recent magazine that we had been on the cover of. I handed it to her.

"Is this your group?"

"Yeah."

"You guys are really pretty."

"That's the beauty of air-brush." I said with another sigh. "De-the girl next to me on the left-she was originally the lead singer. She put the whole group together. It started with just her and Jojo. Then Nikki joined and for a while it was just the three of them. Me and Liyah joined when we moved to Harlem. "

"Which one is Jojo?"

" The blonde headed white girl. For the longest she was kinda like our manager. She booked us at places other the Hotel and kept us in line. She's bossy as hell too."

"Is she a natural blonde?"

I school my head. " No, that's just something our stylist wanted to try."

"Which one is Nikki?"

"She's the one with the tannish brown looking hair." I told her. " She's the most sensitive one out of all of us. She cries over every little thing and she's one of those extremely overly excited people."

"Ew, those people annoy the hell out of me."

"I know, right?" I laughed." She was over our fashion wardrobe and everything?"

" Really?"

"Yeah."

"What's De like."

"De.....that girl there....she's like night and day. One minute she's in a pissy mood the next she's happy as hell." I turned to her. " She's on some dumb shit."

That made her laugh." So I'm guessing that the one with the curly hair is Aaliyah?"

I only nodded.

"She's pretty. What's she like?"

"You might wanna meet her and see for yourself because everyone have their own perspective of her."

"What do you mean?"

I took a turn down the street as I thought about how I could explain it. " Well, to me she can be a little heartless, bitchy, and annoying. She's really blunt, she don't filter anything. If she don't like you...she'll tell you. To her friends Reshida and Kidada she's really cool to them I guess. But to her boyfriend, Michael, he's so damn in love with her that she's like this perfect little angel sent from heaven above."

She was flipping through the magazine and found the spot with the story on us. " I'm guessing this is him..I think I've seen him somewhere before. "

I took a quick glance at one of the pictures. It was one of him and her at one of his press conferences. " Yeah that's him. "

"How long have they been together. "

"They got together in '78, broke up in '79, and got back together last year."

" They look really happy to be a couple that's been together off and on. "

"I know, but I am glad she found that man, cause during that period. I swear Liyah was the bitchiest bitch of all bitches. She was like me on my period."

"She was that bad?"

I nodded. " Yeah! I mean she was bitchy before but then. She was just pissed off at everyone and everything."

" God, she must be really talented."

"She is." She was reading the article now and the silence fell upon us once more. I would've started telling her more but we were already facing my apartment building. I pulled my keys out of the ignition. " I'm taking you to a party, so we're gonna have to get you in something more sexy than what you got on. "

"A party?"

"Yeah, that's the only way you can meet everyone in one day."

"Well what's wrong with what I have on?"

I gave her outfit a disgusted look. It was nothing but black jeans, black shirt, black boots, and a black jacket. "Look, the girl's party we are going to will talk shit about you if show up to her party in that. I got something black for you to wear."

"Oh, yeah?" She said almost doubtfully. " What? I don't like dressy things."

We were walking towards my door now. " I can tell. It was something I got for Liyah, but I can already tell it's too big for her. It should fit you."

"Who's party are we going to?"

"Vanessa Holiday's"

"Isn't she like and model or something?"

I nodded my head. "Yes, and a total bitch."

"If she's a bitch, why do you go to her parties?"

"She has the best party's everyone who's anyone gets invited. Although I don't know why she's throwing it, she just had a baby." I opened my door and hung my purse up. "Sorry for the mess, I hadn't had the time to clean it up." I said. "Come on."

I lead her to my closet and pulled out the black sheer shirt. I told her to put on and then I was going to straighten her hair out. Then, while I waited I pulled out my favorite black heeled boots and sat them on the bed. "Leena?"

"Yeah?"I asked as I began applying my lip stick.

"Is it okay of I ask you something?"

I turned around to see her in the shirt I gave her. It fit her curvy frame perfectly. "Aww you look cute. What is it that you wanted to ask me?" I took her head and lead her to my dresser where I had a hot flat iron waiting.

"What did Sasha mean when she said that Liyah was not as accepting as you are."

I was combing her hair while I let her question soak into my brain. "Umm, Liyah don't like meeting new people. She don't like new things period. It took her a while to get used to this whole life we live now."

"But I'm her sister, shouldn't she at least put that into consideration?"

I sighed. " Liyah is complicated. Me and her have been through hell, and she ain't like me. She just don't brush somethin' off and go on with her life. She take everything to heart. She won't be that accepting cause you may remind her of momma. And she and momma--they ain't have the best relationship."

"Well, how would I remind her of her?"

"Well, for one, when momma left here she went to look for you. That was before she died. And two, you look just like her."

" I do?"

"Yes, it's almost creepy."

She let out a sigh. " Shit, I'm scared to meet her now."

I snickered at that comment. " You don't need to be scared or intimidated by her. She's really shy which is why she don't like meeting people." I was running the flat iron through her hair now. Letting here ends curl under.

"She don't seem shy."

"She's very contradicting."

"Ah, I see. I guess I'll have to meet her for myself."

"Yeah, like I said, but when that happens, what ever you do, don't , under any circumstances bring up our mother around her. Okay?"

Her eyes filled with questions. "Uh....okay...."

~•~•~•~•~

"Okay, just be yourself." Night time had fallen and we were both dressed sexy in heels, skinny jeans and tops. I began to fluff my hair out before opening the door. As soon as I stepped in I was being greeted by people I knew from previous parties I had attended. I introduced her to everyone of them and she smiled and a shook their hands. She wasn't at all like I had expected her to be. I thought that maybe she would've been like Liyah, or our mother, but she was just herself. Which was a little quiet, a little blunt. I assumed she was just like her father mentally than anything.

The first place I went was over to Vanessa who had Damon right on her hip. "Vanessa!"

She turned to me and smiled. " Hi, Leena! I was hoping you'd show up! Where's Liyah?"

I smirked at her, crossing my across my chest. " You know Liyah, don't like going to parties unless she's with Michael."

"Oh right.. she was at that Dream Girls premiere party with him."

"Yeah I know. So what's the occasion of this party?" I asked eyeing all the gifts that was on the table. I knew it wasn't her birthday, that wasn't until June.

She lifted her chin up with pride and flipped her extremely curled hair back. I noticed she died it jet black. " Engagement party."

"Oh, really? You two are getting married?" I asked, as I glanced over at Damon who was talking to one of his friends.

"Yeah, we decided on it last week. You know, because we have Damien. now, and everything." She looked at him and smiled. "I love him."

"Mmm, I'm sure you do." I said pursing my lips. This bitch was so fake that it was ridiculous. Everyone knew what kind of girl she was and settling down was the last thing she would ever do. "Congratulations."

" Thank you."She held up her hand showed me the ring. "Its seven carats."

"Oh, how nice. Anyways, I came over here because I wanted you to meet someone." I pulled Alana closer to me. " This is my sister Alana."

"Oh, my God!!!!!" She exclaimed as she hugged her. " You're so cute! You gotta be what sixteen? You look like a Haughton!"

Alana gave me an irritating glance.

Vanessa turned to Damon. " Hey, baby! Did you know Leena and Liyah had another sister?"

He was walking up to us with his hands in his pockets. " No, I ain't know."

"Her name is Alana, isn't she cute? I hope your nicer than your other sisters." She laughed, jokingly.

Alana snickered and shook her off her shoulders. "Well aren't an annoying little fuck?"

All our mouths dropped all at once. Vanessa's face began turning beat red, her eyes becoming dark.. " Okay!" I said. " Come on, let's go!" I laughed as I began pull her away from them.

"She was so fake." She said.

" Oh my, God! I bet she thought she wouldn't get any embarrassment because Liyah's not here, but I guess she was wrong!"

She shook her head. " Do she come around often."

"She come around every now and then. She's one of De's best friends."

"Eh, I don't see how you deal with her."

"I don't."

I lead her to the first familiar faces I saw which was Randy, Justin, Marlon and Jojo. Jojo was talking to Marlon as she often did when he was around. Randy and Justin were talking and glancing on the dance floor. "Hey Randy, Justin. "

"Hey, who's this?" Randy asked, smiling at her.

"Alana, she's my sister."

"I didn't know y'all had another sister. " Justin said.

"We didn't either, up until a few months ago." I laughed. " Jojo!"

She looked up at me. "Yeah?"

"This is Alana."

She smiled at her and extended her hand out towards her. " Hi, I'm Jojo."

"Nice to meet you. "

"And this is Marlon. He's Randy's older brother."

Alana nodded.

"Can you guys keep her company for a minute while I find the other girls?" I asked them.

"Yeah, she can sit right here." Randy pulled out a chair next to him.

"Do you think you'll be okay with them?"

" Yeah," She assured me as she sat down in the chair Randy had offered.

"Nikki is one the other side of the house with De." Justin told me.

I pursed my lip. " You would know."

I turned and heard towards the crowd. There was people everywhere laughing and talking while they sat on the white couches and clear glass chairs that she had to furnish her condo. I smiled and waved at those who waved at me first while I pushed my way through the dancing people and servants she had hired. After grabbing a drink off a tray I walked all the way to the bar area to take a break for moment, and to stop and look around to see if I spotted Nikki any where. I knew if Nikki was some place De wasn't too far behind, but all I saw was people dancing and drinking.

I then remembered exactly where her living room was and guessed that that's where they were. I began heading towards there. I felt someone grab a hold of my arm tightly and pulled my closer to them. " I was wonderin' when you would show up."

I rolled my eyes and turned to him." What do you want Wayne?"

He smiled at me. " I wanna know why I ain't been seein' you around. You don't come see no more. You just left."

"I'm sorry, Wayne, but I'm not the kinda chick that will sit here and let you put your hands on me. You made your choice when you decided to choke me half to death."

"You should know by not to get me mad. You don't get me mad, I don't put my hands on you. Simple as that."

I looked at him with disgust. " You're such an ass, Wayne!" I turned on my heels and began walking away.

He grabbed arm again. " Wait! I aint done talking to you."

"Wayne, I swear to God! If you don't get your hands off of me!"

"Look, here-"

"No you look here, I ain't got time for you and your stupid little games."

"I didn't say this was a game, girl. I'm serious!"

Groaning, I faced him with fore in my eyes. " What do you want from me. "

He stood up and stepped close to me. " You meet in the room up stairs."

" No, Why don't you go take your girlfriend up stairs. I told you I ain't sleeping with you no more. "

He laughed. The scent of alcohol burned my nostrils. " Leena, You know I know people." He began slowly, almost mockingly. " I know a lot people who can get stuff around and out there for the world to know."

" What are you talking about?"

" Listen, " He glanced around at the people around us. " we can do this easy way, or we can do this the hard way. You can take your fine ass up there and let me hit that. Or I can just tell the whole world what a hoe you are, and-"

"Whatever! Tell them I don't care. Half of everyone around here know Vanessa and I are like neck and neck. You can tell everyone, it's nothing I'm ashamed of."

" You didn't let me finish."

" Finish?" I retorted. " What else do you have to say. You're freakin' black mailing me."

" I tell the world your a hoe, and I tell everyone how I've been fucking Liyah too."

"Oh, don't pull that bull shit on me. Liyah can stand you!" I said, disgustedly as took some steps back and sat in of the chairs."She would never sleep with you!

"Yeah, you're right, but they don't know that."

I studied his expression slowly, realizing that he wasn't kidding. I could tell by the loom in his devilish eyes that he was dead serious. " No, Wayne! Don't go lying on my sister and fucking up her life because of me!"

"If you care so much about your sister, you'll give me what I want. I don't give two fucks about her and De hates her. If I fuck up her reputation I know De would be happy as hell about it."

" Oh, my God!You're such an ass. I can't believe you would do this."

" Look, you need to make a choice."

I felt as though my heart had been ripped out my chest. I knew I couldn't let him mess up Liyah's life like that. After everything that she had accomplished, everything she had gain? If he were to tell them that lie, she would lose not only the fans, but shell lose the most important person in her life, and that was Michael.

I couldn't let that happen. No matter much I swore I didn't like my sister. Or even said I hated her I knew deep down inside I really did love her and for me to just let this man ruin her like that would be cold hearted for me, and I had been cold to her for many, many years. I just couldn't let her lose everything. Not when she was just getting to know what it's like to be happy.

I glances away first then made eye contact with him. " Fine." I through my hands up letting them fall lazily at my sides. " Fine. I'm all yours."

Nikki's POV

"I am not gonna just sit here and watch you do this, De!" I said as stood up from my chair. " It's bad enough you snort!"

"C'mon Niks, lighten up. It ain't gone hurt her." Stephanie said as she tighten the belt around De's arm.

"Are you crazy?! That shit can kill her."

" I do it all the time! She'll be fine. Stop being such a pussy."

I rolled my eyes at her. " Denise, seriously think about what your mom would do if she found out." I said as I placed my hand on her shoulder.

She slowly looked up at me. " I don't give a fuck about what my mom thinks. I wanna do this, and if you got a problem with you can leave. Go make yourself throw up or something."

Her words hurt me. Left my eyes stinging with tears. " Fine." I said heartbroken. "But you will regret this." I turned on my heels and walked away from the crowd of vampires that was sucking away her pride. I never thought that De of all people would be into drugs. First she go from snorting coke up her nose to heroin? and Stephanie was influencing her. Convincing was out of the question, because now, De didn't listen to any one who came her way. She did what she wanted, and I could slowly see her going down a dark road that lead to a hole of blackness and demons taking over her. I worried so much about her.

They were already drinking and I had watched them get high before the party. I watched De dance her ass off in a dress that was entirely too short for her, and so tight I thought it would rip. Then this guy came in, a guy I had never seen before. He was light skinned with green eyes, about my height, with broad shoulders and a smile with dimples in each side. He looked Mexican, or Philippine. He knew Stephanie and it didn't take Mr long to realize he was a drug dealer. I watched him hand her the stuff and I remember seeing the curiosity in her De's eyes. "What is that?" She asked.

"This is hardcore shit. Nothin' you can handle." She told her.

"Just tell me what it is, I can handle it."

Stephanie quirked her short eyebrow and glance at her friends. " It's heroin."

There was a pang of fear that made me quiver. I've heard of heroin. It made you sick the first time you used it, and once you got addicted you had to keep using it in order to stay well. It killed people. I've watched people in Harlem use heroin and must of the people weren't even alive anymore.

"Let me try some!" De said eagerly, Avidly.

" You sure?"

De moved over to her and put her arm out. " Yes, I'm curious. Let me try some of it."

"We'll give you a little tinge." She said as she smiled widely.

I found myself back in front of the house where everyone was just sitting around and talking. Vanessa was still flashing around her engagement ring. Jojo still sat away talking to Marlon. I instantly felt as though I didn't want to socialize any more. I wanted to go home and sleep. I wanted to forget everything that was a pain a burden in my life. I wanted to breakaway and be free from this suffocating world I was being sucked into.

"Nikki!"

"What?!" I snapped.

"Are you okay?"

I glanced around and sighed. " I'm fine, Justine. What do you want?"

"Have you seen Leena, she went looking for you a while ago."

Slowly, and reluctantly I walked over to his table. " No, I haven't seen her."

"Oh, well that's too bad. She wanted you to meet her sister " She was sitting next to Randy sipping on her drink.

"You must be Alana, hi!" I said, forcing a smile.

"Hey." Her voice was quiet and timid. It reminded me of the first time I met Liyah.

"Where were you headed?" Justin asked.

I stood there silently. I didn't know where I was headed. I just knew I wanted to get far away from there. "My car." It was the first thing that came to mind.

"Well let me walk our there with you."

" No, Justin I'm fine." I turned to Alana. " It was nice meeting you, I hope you like here. " I began to head back towards the door.

"Are you sure?"

"The last time I checked I was totally capable of going to a car myself Justin!"

"I don't want you to go out there alone." He was following me now and it wasn't helping that I was already pissed and frustrated with De.

"What if I want to be alone?"

"No one wants to be alone, Nikki." He said.

We stopped in front of the large table filled with engagement gifts. "What do you want from me, huh?" I asked. " Seriously, what is it that you want?"

He smiled. "I've just been trying to get to know you better."

" Why?! You have all these beautiful girl's in here why go for me?"

He looked at me for a moment. His brown eyes seem to pierce my soul. He took my hand in his. "You're beautiful."

Alana's POV

"He likes her," I said as I glanced at Nikki and Justin. "are they together?"

Randy shook his head. " No, but you're right, he do like her."

"Why don't she go for him? I mean, he's cute."

He shrugged his shoulders. " I don't know. I guess she's playing hard to get. "

I looked back up at them, but they were gone. Instead I saw Vanessa standing next to a short Philippine looking man. She was arguing with him. I tapped Randy on his shoulder. "Who's that?"

"That's her dad," He told me, "Melvin, he's working with my dad. You know, you sure ask a lot of questions."

I rolled my eyes at him. " I'm a curious girl."

"Yeah, I noticed."

"Where is Leena, she's been gone a really long time."

"Knowing her, she probably found a new dick to ride. "

My mouth dropped. " Okay, that's nasty."

He shrugged his shoulders. " I call it as I see it. "

I shook my head and glanced back out at the crowd finding myself looking at Vanessa again. It looked as though her argument with her dad was getting loud and heated, people were beginning to gather around and I was able to go sort of hear what it was about. " You are not marrying this man, Vanessa!"

" Daddy I am twenty-five years old. I can marry who ever the hell I want to!"

"Not if i'm paying for everything!"

"Who said you were playing for anything?"

"It's my money you're using. You don't own anything around here, you're broke!"

She rolled her eyes towards the ceiling. " If you would just give me inheritance, I wouldn't be broke!!!"

" If you think I am going to give your inheritance with the way you've been running around here, you must gave lost the little sense you have!"

"But Daddy! You cant--"

"You are not marrying this man and that is the end of it!"

Just as he turned around to walk away from his daughter, someone else bursted through the crowd and ran smack into him. Both I'd them fell to the floor with a loud thump, and gasps escaped w the gathering crowds. "Daddy, get up!" Vanessa told him.

Melvin stood up and helped the girl up apologizing. She began dusting herself off telling him that it was fine. She looked as if she had been beaten or something. She looked up him and froze in place. The only movement I could see was her hand pulling up her bra strap. She was shaking, one of her heels were broken. Quickly she pulled her hair out of her face and it was then that recognized her.

"Daddy?" she asked, shockingly. Her voice was hoarse and shaky.

It was Leena.
