It bothered Digong again to discover that Leni lied to him. She wasn't on her way to Naga when they spoke over the phone. Aika, who's currently in Naga and on her way to Manila, informed him that her mom was in their QC condo and not in Naga.
However, he thought it was necessary for him to talk to her about it because he wanted to stop the lies and he wanted to develop an honest relationship with her. He paid a surprise visit at her place and brought some Jollibee breakfast for them to eat.
"Digong." She uttered in surprise upon opening the door for him. He was in full navy blue suit. "Jollibee breakfast delivery!" He chorused.
She allowed him in but it bothered her to have him around after telling him she was on her way to Naga last night. "Pupunta si Aika ngayon dito." She informed him as they prepared the dining table for breakfast.
"Nabanggit nga niya," he opened the meal, "two pieces hotcake." He enthused hoping his choice of foods would excite her.
She chuckled, "alam mo talaga yung mga favorite ko ha?" His food choices really made her drool.
She's been craving for fast foods lately since going out with David requires her to eat nothing but red meats, leaves and overpriced foods. She closed her eyes, "mmmm." She uttered gently as she took a spoonful of food.
"Ang sarap talaga ng beef tapa nila." She praised. "Mas masarap ka, wag ka man papatalo." He jested and took a bite of his breakfast chickenjoy.
She snickered before her nostrils flared, "funny mo." She sarcastically teased him.
"Nakausap mo si Aika?" She asked. "Oo, nabanggit nga niya na pupunta siya dito. I messaged her yesterday." Leni began to wonder if he's building up a confrontation with her after catching her lie.
"Akala ko uuwi ka sa Naga?" There it is, she told herself.
She wasn't ready for an excuse, "no." She uttered with a guilty face.
He paused eating and focused on her, "bakit sabi mo," he mumbled.
He was calm and it helped her compose her thoughts better. "Hindi talaga ako papunta sa Naga non. Nagpapahinga kase ako kagabi. Ayoko lang maistorbo." She explained.
He always believed her words. He nodded, "okay man sabihin mo sakin kung ganon. I won't pester you." He pointed out. The atmosphere turned a bit heavy in the room, Digong started to feel its weight.
"I just don't want us lying to each other, Leni." He implored, "you can be honest with me." He assured.
A soft smile sprouted on her face, she just couldn't feel more grateful for having an understanding man like him. "I don't want us to be full of lies. Sabihin mo yung totoo sakin and I will understand, I will compromise if there is something wrong." He urged.
"Kase kahit ano man yan, good or bad, sus, hindi man magbabago isip ko sa'yo." He flirted, "asus!" She retorted.
"Pero sige. Honest." She pledged. "Promise?" He extended his pinky towards her, she beamed and entwined her pinky with his, "promise."
They chuckled softly together.
"Sige, kung honest na talaga tayo sa isa't isa, may tanong ako." Her introduction intrigued him.
"Ano?" He asked.
"Bakit ka naka-amerikana ang aga aga? Anong meron?" She laughed upon pointing out.
His cheeks turned red, "bakit? Maayos naman. Kailangan desente ako." He explained.
"Aattend ka ba ng business conference at naka-ganyan ka? Dito ka lang naman didiretso sa bahay." She bursted into laughter.
"Gagi, yung iba nga diyan lagi ganito bakit sakin natatawa ka?" He scowled at her. "Hindi, kase di ako sanay. May pa-amerikana si mayor." She cackled. "Akin na nga yang tapa mo. Bawiin ko na." He sulked.
"Uy," she took it back, "joke lang naman! Hindi na. Hindi na." She snickered.
At the end of the day, Leni still finds Digong's company as one of her comfort zones. No matter how much she convinces herself that she should treat and see David like Digong, she just couldn't feel that happy with David as she is whenever she's with Digong.
David decided to give Leni some space while he rebuild his ego that she unintentionally damaged. The fact that he was having a hard time with Leni just urged him more to do something to finally possess her. He promised himself he'll do his best to win her and make her Mrs. Ayala.
She was his perfect mate. She was submissive, she was soft that he can control once she becomes his wife. She was beautiful and charming for him to flaunt to his family and business circles. She was alluring and enticing to satisfy him in bed and make him enjoy the pleasures of having her as his spouse.

Digong wanted to give his relationship with Leni a twist even just for a day. He always bring her out for random motorcycle rides, fast foods and house dates. He wanted to take her out to something different. He invited her to stroll the mall with him in Shangri-La Plaza Mall.
They both weren't the type of person who likes to spend a lot on shopping but they enjoy looking around expensive stores. He walked her to the jewelry zone of the mall and observed her reaction as they checked on the displays. The staffs still recognize them as the former president and vice president, they were very accommodating.
They visited Diamantaire, Golcondia, Jewelmer, Pandora and their last stop was Cartier.
"May napili ka na ba?" He asked, she furrowed her eyebrows. "Anong napili? Akala mo naman bibili." She laughed as her eyes wandered across the boutique.
"Sige turo mo lang. Bibilhin ko yan." She just rolled her eyes, "ikaw rin pumili ka mamaya ng relo mo. Sagot ko na." They both snickered not wanting to crack a loud laughter inside the luxurious boutique.
He strode towards her and saw her looking at a pink gold necklace display. "Ganda yan," he complimented. "Oo nga ang ganda kaso ang ganda rin ng presyo." She whispered to him.
He checked on the price tag, $2390.00 (Php125,000.00). It was undeniably expensive for a necklace. "Sus, 125,000 lang. Bili kita niyan mga anim. Sige pili ka lang." He jested.
She chortled, "basahin mo nga muna yung tawag diyan sa necklace na yan." She challenged.

"Hindi ko na-aano yan. Basta diamond. Di naman yan kung nababasa mo basta kaya mo bilhin." She ridiculed him.
He turned and called a staff so they can check the necklace closely. "Miss, macheck man itong necklace." He requested.
Leni's eyes widened in overwhelm, "uy, wag na. Hindi naman natin bibilhin." She scolded him.
"Pwede naman natin bilhin—"
"Hindi na. Ikaw gagastos ka ng ganyan, ang luho mo." She interjects.
"Miss, hindi na. Thank you." She instructed the lady. The staff just smiled at them warmly.
Leni pulled Digong out with her off the store. "Bakit kaya ko naman bilhin yon para sa'yo?" He queried.
"Oo nga kaya mo bilhin pero hindi na. Ang mahal mahal. Nasisilaw ka nanaman sa mga ganyang bagay." She reprimanded.
"Ayos man yon, para sa'yo naman. Hindi naman madalas gumagastos." He argued. She scowled at him, "yon na nga. Hindi madalas gumagastos so bakit gagastos ka ngayon?" She rebuked.
"Para sa'yo naman." He refuted.
"Gagastos ka ng ganon para saakin, hindi ko naman hinihingi." She gave him a cold stare.
"Gagastos rin naman talaga ako sa'yo lalo na kapag nagka-anak na tayo." He made a point. "Ha?" She laughed at how futuristic he was. "Pano magkakaanak ilang taon na tayo." She laughed.
"Pwede man yung in-vitro ba yon? Yung kila Mar. Kahit lima pa basta kaya suportahan." He refuted, "tapos ibang araw nalang yung practice sa kwarto." He smirked.
He groaned as she twisted his ear playfully, "yung bibig mo ang dumi dumi"
"Tanungin nga natin sa doktor yon ulit kapag nagpacheck up ako sa Linggo." He requested, she snorted, "seryoso ka talaga diyan ha?"
"Seryoso, subukan lang. Itanong lang ano ba naman yung malaman natin kung pwede pa." He confirmed. It amused her to feel how much he wanted to have a kid with her despite their age.
"Mahirap na yon tsaka magastos." She remarked.
"Practice lang itong gastos" he jested, "Rodrigo, hindi." She stipulated.
He pouted his mouth, he wanted to give her something expensive so he can prove to her that he can give her the things that David Ayala can give her.
"Kaya ko man bilhin ka ng mamahalin gaya nung isa mong manliligaw," he murmured but she still managed to hear him. "Ano?" She confronted.
He refused to reiterate his rant. She rolled her eyes, "nang-aasar ka ba?"
"Hindi." He sulked.
It sank to her how he was just being insecure of what David's money can give her. She wanted to do something to ease his worry.
"Hindi ako nabibili ng mga luho luho na yan." She chastised, he remained silent with his head slight bowed down.
She didn't want to make him feel worse, she grabbed his hand, "sige na, kumain nalang tayo sa Jollibee." It caused a smile to ignite on his lips.
"Ayaw mo Cibo?" He asked.
She thought it was a reasonable option despite that it was pricier that Jollibee. "Sige pero KKB." She stipulated not wanting him to spend so much on treating her.
"Wala man akong magawa." He just couldn't argue with her.
