It was an early morning, probably around a 9:45 a.m on a Sunday. We find our favorite Conduit and Bestial Mode user asleep in his bed, like any teen would be on a weekend morning. He never really woke up early to watch cartoons, no that's boring to him now. So he just slept in, enjoying his relaxation time. He was currently having a dream where he was fighting this woman who had the power to pull apart the ground, making a giant earth monster or was it concrete?
Anyway, while he was dreaming, he never heard his front door open by itself with two figures entering. "Is he in here" a feminine voice asked. "H-He should be, Miss. U-Unless he woke up early and went to train like he normally does...." The other figure said in a male, meek voice. The two were questioning the whereabouts of Delsin until they heard a loud snore come from his room, down the hall. The figure walked down the hall whike the other figure left the apartment, walked right into the room, seeing the boy sleep so soundly. They walk up close to put their lips on his forehead, causing the Boynton smile and open his eyes slightly.
"There's my little ray of sunshine...". "Hmmmmmm G'morning Betty....." He said as he turned over and closed his eyes, trying to go back to sleep until he realized exactly who kissed his forehead. "BETTY?!" He shouted as the woman smiled and widened her arms. "Surprise!" She yelled. Delsin jumped off the bed into his aunt's arms as the two squeezed each other. "You're here! You're actually here! So early? Why didn't you tell me you were coming? I would've picked you up at the airport!" He said.
Betty smiled. "Yes, well I wanted it to be a surprise! Besides, Lord knows you've been through enough trouble. The U.S.J attack, the Stain incident. I just wanted my baby to relax and not worry about anything for a change" Delsin smiled sadly. She's always looking out for him, even when she's at a inconvenience, she'd rather not trouble him. "My problems don't matter Betty, cause I'll always make your problems my problems". She sighed and kissed his cheek lovingly.
"And you wonder why I don't tell you anything. Anyway, this apartment is so nice! I can't believe they remodeled it just for you! It's beautiful! I can't wait to settle in and watch my programs!". He laughed. She would think of her programs when she just flew halfway across the globe. "Anyway, how'd you even get inside with all of your suitcases? Don't ask 'How do I know how many suitcases I brought?' Because I know you!" He teased. Betty grumbled. "You don't know me at all....." She muttered with a embarrassed blush from being caught.
"Well, I had help from this extremely nice little boy who also lives in the building! He's such a cutie, though he's a bit much with the introverted attitude though I guess I'm immune to it when raising you so I guess it's not so bad. His green hair is odd though, kinda looks like a-". "Broccoli?". Betty nodded smiling. "Yeah! Like that! You know the boy?" She asked. "Yeah, his name is Izuku Midoriya, he lives just down the hall from me actually. He also goes to my school. You saw him, on the Sports Festival". Betty frowned. "Actually, I was too preoccupied with watching you so no, I didn't really notice anyone else except for those you fought. That Shoto boy really concerned me when you fought him!"
Delsin sighed. 'Yeah, I remember when you told me that after I had to spend a half hour trying to calm you down on the video call. You wouldn't stop crying!' He thought. "Yeah well, I put him in his place, Betty and he's better now because of it so if so had to do it again to reach out to him, I would do it without hesitation" he said, making her smile. "I'm proud of you Delsin, proud of the person you're turning out to be but please stop getting into fights just to prove a point please?!".
"I'll try Betty but I can't help it, people try me" he answered getting the woman to laugh slightly and put her hands on his cheeks to bring him down to kiss his forehead. "Well, mister, if they're trying you, as you say, then walk away...." She said as she moved to get her suitcase. "So, you want me to show you around town? To the grocery store, to the Mall etc" he asked.
"No actually, I'm okay. I'll be taking a local tour to scope out this amazing city so you don't have to bother yourself" she said from her room before she came out. "More importantly, I want to hear about my gorgeous daughter-in-law! How is she? It's been awhile since I spoke to her!" Betty said in glee. Delsin winced. That's what he forgot to tell her, that he and Nejire have broken up. Knowing Betty, she'll flip out on him.
He remembered when he was skyping Betty and he had introduced Nejire to her, telling her that they were dating. Betty immediately started crying, telling Nejire that she was gorgeous, telling to please take care of him, how he's a good boy and only going on and on about how he did a good job on capturing such a beauty. At that, he really couldn't lie, Nejire was possibly....no, definitely was the best thing that ever happened to him.
He was just sadden that it came to an abrupt end. 'Oh my fucking god! It's like Young and The Restless in here! Look kid, if she was the best thing that's ever happened to you, than you know what to do!' John said, annoyed of every passing thought of these woman in Rowe's head. 'No, cause while Nejire has been the best thing to happen to me, Momo has also someone I also deeply value in my heart. I took her for granted and misread every hint she's displayed for me. I can't choose one with out hurting the other!' He answered. So he choose neither.
"Yeah....um....she's Good! You know, just so busy with school and hero internships that she's rarely around" he said. Betty sighed. "Well that's good, she's taking her hero business seriously. Honestly sweetie, I didn't expect you to be dating the most famous highschool student of all Japan. Anyway, now that I'm back, you should definitely invite her over for dinner soon. Maybe tomorrow night!" She asked with a glee in her eyes. Delsin chuckled nervously. "Hehe.....we'll see". Soon, there was a knock on the door, interrupting their conversation, much to Delsin's pleasure.
"I'll get it" he said, walking over to the door to reveal Izuku. "Oh hello young man. I must thank you for your help earlier, you really so sweet!" Betty said. "W-W-Well it was no trouble, Ms. Rowe. I-I-I was just wondering if y-you wanted to come train with me again, Delsin-san? But if you're too busy with your aunt....". "Oh it's okay you two. I was honestly about to go take a nap from the flying and everything so go ahead, don't worry about me!" Betty said. Delsin looked at her concerned. "Are you sure, Betty?". Betty smiled. "I'm alright. Really..." She said.
Delsin nodded his head as he closed the door. Betty sighed as she walked to her room but on the way there, she went into a serious coughing fit. It was truly nasty as she nearly past out and had trouble breathing. She looked to her hand and saw drops blood and sighed to herself. "Everything will be alright...you will be alright my little ray of sunshine".
Meanwhile, the two students were sparring in the training hall of U.A High. Izuku turned on One For All: Full Cowling at 8% while Delsin absorbed some smoke earlier so he was going with his primary quirk. The two stared at each other long and hard before the both decided enough was enough and attacked simultaneously. Izuku began to jump around in a zig-zag pattern trying to confuse Delsin but he caught on just fine.
He predicted where Midoriya was gonna attack precisely, blocking his fist attack with his hand. He then sent his other hand to punch Izuku's stomach to luanch him but with Midoriya's newfound speed, evaded to Delsin's side to deliver a powerful kick but the Conduit user smoke dashed in front of Izuku, grabbed his shirt and threw him to the other side of the room. Izuku recovered after that, charging right back at Delsin. Delsin raised his arm, shooting projectiles at him who evaded all of them.
Once he got in close, the two were going hand to hand at a fast pace. Fist and kicks were flying at each other and Izuku had the upper hand for a bit has he had the speed advantage thanks to Full Cowling but that didn't mean Delsin wasn't completely lacking. Delsin sent a nasty uppercut to his chin, launching him the air before he shot a Cinder Missile at him, launching to the wall with a loud thud. The OFA user got back up though, rushing him at a green flash and tackled Delsin to the ground, the two rolling from the strong momentum Izuku came in with.
When they stopped, Izuku grabbed Delsin's legs, slamming his upper body to the ground as hard as he could, creating a little crater in the ground. Delsin them used his upper body strength to pull himself up from the ground while Izuku held his legs trying to pin him down. He looked at Izuku's surprised face. "On your left...." He said as smoke dashed on Izuku's left to then grab on to his shirt to aim his foot right in his face. Midoriya landed on the ground, wiped his cheek and stared at Delsin. They glanced at each other for a brief moment before they charged at each other for the last time.
Delsin went to tackle but Izuku saw through that and ducked, grabbed his leg, making him fall. When he had him, Izuku held him down and grabbed him from neck to pull slightly. "I win...." Izuku said, letting go of Delsin. "Yeah, 5 to 1, I see you're getting better" Delsin smiled as he got up, walking towards his water bottle. Izuku frowned. "I-Is there something wrong, Delsin-san?". Delsin have him a confused look.
"What do you mean?" Delsin asked. "I mean, when we fought, you seemed a bit....odd. Like you weren't truly in it. Is something wrong? You know you can tell me. I won't tell anyone!" He said, worried about his friend. 'I highly doubt that! I still think we should kill him, Rowe. I figured out the perfect plan the other day while you were slee-'. Delsin sighed as he turned out John. He turned to Izuku and sat down. "You promise?". Izuku nodded with his normal awkward nervous look he usually has on his face.
Delsin sighed as he patted the bench, indicating he sit down. After following his offer, he began. "So....you notice how Momo and I have been.....a bit distant?". Izuku nodded. "A-A-Actually, yeah. I remember the first few months we started school, you two were usually in the same area. She was so happy talking to you, even I could see it". Delsin nodded. "Right and also how you've never really heard me talk much about Nejire?". Again, Izuku nodded.
"Well....things have become a bit complicated as of late. You see, in secrecy, me and Nejire were going out...". "YOU WERE DATING ONE OF U.A'S MOST POPULAR STUDENT?!" He shouted. Delsin glared at him. "What did I say about the secrecy bit?". Izuku waved his hands in a apologetic way. "S-Sorry, I was just surprised is all. I just thought younger were really close friends as she was your tour guide but I never expected that. So when Mineta-san said you guys were dating back at the Sports Festival, was it true then?".
"Technically, no. We were planning to go on a date if I won the Festival as a prize. By then, we weren't really official". Izuku nodded. "So that's also why your so close with the Big 3! It all makes sense!" Izuku said, sounding like he had an epiphany. Delsin sighed. "Well, yeah you found out but back to the topic at hand. We've been dating for a month but things began to get complicated as it turns out, Momo also had feelings for me". "Yeeeaahh....not really surprising to me, I mean it was so obvious" Izuku said.
"So how come everyone knew except me!" Delsin shouted. 'Because you're a fucking dumbass!'. 'Piss off John!'. "You know what? Don't answer that. Anyway, they both confessed to me, both found out about one another and told me to choose which one I want to be with". Izuku saw the sadden and stress filled face Delsin was making and now that he heard the story, he completely understood why the Conduit user was so troubled lately.
If he had to choose between Katsudon or Cinnomon rolls, he couldn't choose either but what Delsin is facing, these are more long term and it's also people, not food. "And judging by what you said earlier, you decided to go with neither?". Delsin nodded with a heavy sigh. He feels like he could just rip out all his hair. "I don't know what to do. I....love them both, Izuku and each passing day, I'm reminded of that but it's something of wanting one but not allowed to have the other".
"Delsin...is that why you asked me about that question with cupcakes and ice cream a few weeks ago?". Delsin sighed as he yet again nodded. "Delsin, honestly, I don't know what to say. The best thing to do in my books is to just try your hardest to forget about them and move on" he said. Delsin sighed. "I don't think I honestly can...." He said as he went to take a sip of his water but soon his phone went off. Delsin pulled it out of his pocket, looked at it to see it's a message from....
"N-N-Nejire?!" He shouted, alerting Izuku. "H-Huh?! What's wrong?!". "Nothing it's just, she texted me is all...." He said as he opened it to read.
Neji-chan💙: hey, we need to talk. Can you meet me at the new coffee place near school?
Delsin frowned. What does she need to talk to him about? After what went down at the Final Exam, he thought Nejire would never speak do him again after he crushed her spirit but I guess this was her last chance. He sighed, he's never been one to ever disappoint her, even when they weren't really speaking. Delsin looked over to his best friend. "Hey, I gotta-". "Its okay, Delsin-san. Go, I'll be here, training for a bit longer" Izuku said as he got up to do more excercises. He sighed as he walked out after texting back.

Delsin ran out the school in a rush, running down the street as he reached the cafe. He didn't know what to truly expect but his best conclusion, Nejire had ordered Togata and Amejiki to baat his ass behind the cafe for breaking her heart. That made him lose a bit of pep in his step but it was too late as he noticed he was already there. He gulped. He knew this was a bad idea but he was already here so might as well get over it.
He opened the door to the cafe and noticed how quaint it truly was. It had a old diner fashion but you could still tell in a way this was all new. He began looking around for Nejire but he then saw her waving at him over by a corner booth but he felt his blood draw cold as he saw who she was with. Beside Nejire was none other than his class mate and fellow class Council member, Momo Yaoyorozu. 'Oh you're so fucked.....' John said, laughing a bit. 'T-Thanks John, for the vote of confidence' He replied.
He began moving over to the booth and sat down on the opposite side as them, nodding his greeting towards them, with them waving at him awkwardly. "You smell like sweat" Momo commented. "Yeah, well I was at school, sparring with Izuku so I'm not smelling my best" He jokingly retorted. The three sat in silence afterwards, not really knowing what to say. He had never felt so awkward in his life 'Is this how Izuku feels everyday of his life?' "So..." He started. "What's the reason you guys called me?".
Nejire spoke. "Well, you see.....Yaoyorozu-san and I have been talking before you showed up....". "And the main topic was you" Momo picked up. Delsin flinched. "Hehe! Nothing too bad I hope...." He joked, hoping to ease his own piece of tension building up in his body. Nejire shook her head. "You see, it went down like this....
(Flashback)
It was early in the day as the new Coffee shop has just opened up for business. Nejire walked in as she just wanted a refreshment after her occasional jog around the area to keep her vitality strong for her quirk. When She bought her drink, which was jasmine tea, she took notice of a person who looked familiar to her. The dark black hair that was in a spikey ponytail, her cat like eyes. She immediately knew her to be Momo Yaoyorozu, the object of her ex-boyfriend's affection and the cause of their break up.
She was sitting in the cafe, reading a book about some sort of alloy materials and drinking some tea herself. Just the sight of her drew anger for the bluennete as she continued to glare at the girl. Momo lifted her head from her book, feeling like someone was watching her and turned to find Nejire there, glaring at her. She responded obviously, with another glare.
When she saw her there, it drew annoyance from Momo. She lost her lover because this girl. She could have anyone else but she choose Delsin and it angered her to no end. The people in the cafe felt the ominous intent coming from the two girls and shivered in fear. 'Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned' the men thought before trying to mind their own business.
Nejire grew more angry when he saw Momo just ignore her afterward. With murder on her mind, she stormed over to her booth, her vision around her fading. All that mattered to her was Yaoyorozu. Once she made it, she stood over the girl, makibg sure she got her attention. Momo sighed. "Is there something I can help you with, Hado-san? As you can see, I'm not in the mood...". Nejire smiled sweetly, meaning any thing but that.
"Yes, as a matter of fact, you can do something for me? Stay away from Delsin-kun!" She ordered but kept her happy upbeat voice. Yaoyorozu gripped her book in anger but she held her composure. "I'm afraid that's quite impossible, Hado-San. You see, we have a connection, a strong at that. I love him, very much and I refuse to let him go. So if you can, why don't you stay away from Delsin-kun? Besides, at least he's my age. You're three years older than him" she pointed out.
Nejire clenched her fist, trying and nearly failed from keeping herself from punching Momo's lights out. Nejire took a seat right in front of her, glaring right into her very soul. "I don't know what game you're playing, Yaoyorozu-san but it's not going to work. You may have his care but I have his love. He told me he loved me! Why do you even love him in the first place?!". "Because he saved me from rape! They were so close but saved me from them! He was always there for me! He was one of my first friends and from that it grew to being more! He's the best thing that ever happened to me, by far. I can't afford to lose him, I just can't!" She explained with tears falling from her eyes.
It shocked Nejire to her very core, enough to make her calm down some. Delsin never told her about that. Probably because it was such a delicate situation "I-I-I'm sorry...." Nejire said, moving to leave but Momo grabbed her hand. "Wait.....I told you why I love him. You never told me about you. What's your reason?". Nejire sadly smiled. "Where to start? What's not to love about him? He's sweet, funny, cute, strong and daring and willing to risk everything for who he loves. Even when He wants to be selfish, he's not. But why do I love him, you ask? Well, it's because, he understands me the most".
Yaoyorozu rose her eyebrow. "W-What do you mean?" She asked in a weak voice, still shaky for remembering such traumatic events. "He understands how it feels to be weak, to be helpless. Despite being who I am today, I have a lot of insecurity problems from a....troubled past. He helped me cope and realize that I'm not alone, that he was also dealing with some suffering of his past, too. We then decided to....suffer together, because when we're together, we're not suffering anymore. We're having fun! True laughter and smiles. I haven't been so happy in...well forever! He changed me for the better!".
The two just stared at their drinks for a while, not really sure what to say. "And how much pressure we put on him..." Nejire started back, causing Momo to frown. "We forced him to choose between us. We were so selfish in our own desires, not thinking of his feelings at all" Yaoyorozu added. "But still, he was thinking of us before himself, which is why he didn't choose, saving both of us of The pain if either of us wasn't chosen....." Nejire finished, feeling like utter crap. The two day there, thinking about the utter mental and emotional stress they put him through by trying to rush his decision but they only pushed him to a corner.
They wouldn't be surprised if he never spoke to them again and moved on. "Yaoyorozu-san, I think I have an idea...". Nejire said, bringing Momo in on the idea before texting Delsin to come meet them upon Yaoyorozu's agreement
(Flashback end)
"....so we've been thinking long and hard about this" Nejire said before Momo intervened. "Its something that we'll all have to get used to at first but I believe this is the best possible way for everyone to be happy in the end". "We wouldn't normally do this but after talking about it, we both realized that we have the same strong determination to not let each of our relationships with you go and-". "Nejire?".
She turned to Delsin. "Huh?". "Please, just tell me". Nejire smiled brightly. "Okay well.....". "We've decided to share you...." The two girls said in unison. Delsin Sat in the booth unmoving, hell, he didn't even blink. Even John was shocked. 'Delsin...I may not have given you enough credit. You are a worthy choice of a reincarnation I have ever come to pass. You have made me proud in every which way and I'm honored to be with you on such a glorious learning experience....' The entity said with tears in his eyes.
Who knew Delsin planted so much lust in each girl that even when confronted the topic of another girl interested in their man, they let bygones be bygones in order to still have him in their lives? He's the definition of a ladies man. "Uh oh! Hado-San, I think we broke him..." Momo giggle with a slight blush. Nejire smirked with a similar blush. "Well I know what to do to wake him up". The two nodded and went on both sides of Delsin to kiss both of his cheeks, unknowingly rebooting Delsin's mind.
"Huh? Y-Y-You'll share me?! What do I look like?! Dessert to you?!" He asked. "Well, maybe not but you sure are tasty" Nejire smiled as she and Momo both locked their lips seductively and giggling. "I-I-I don't understand...". "What's not to understand, love? We want you so bad that we will push the boundaries of normal duo couple to become a trio. We love you, Delsin-kun. This way, you don't have to choose. You can have both of us!" Momo responded. Delsin pinched himself. "This can't be happening....".
He looked at the two gorgeous woman who were looking at him with all the love in the world while he was just too shocked to process this. 'Delsin, if you pass this up, you are the biggest idiot in the universe!' John added. 'Just this morning you were moping about how you missed them and wished for a way for you to all be happy. THIS IS THAT WAY YOU IMBECILE!'. Delsin sighed. He did have a point. He loved them. No matter how much he tried to refute it for their sake, he couldn't. He stared at them with a slight blush.
"I-I-If you truly w-want this.....I g-guess I can't really a true with this...." He said. Both girls glowed in happiness before the two got up from their seat and grabbed Delsin's arm, dragging him out the cafe. "H-Hey...what're you doing?!". "It's official! We're all in a relationship!" Momo shouted. "And as such, we must go on a date! The three of us! Oh it's gonna be so fun!" Nejire said with a bright grin. Delsin sighed but he smiled, a true smile. "What have I done?.....".
