A large gash of blood began to go through that evil woman, she collapsed to the ground, a pool was accumulating around her body. She was gasping for air, like a fish taken out of the water, and, as I was walking behind the two, her bloody tried to reach toward me in rage.
"What kind of devilish shit is this?! Theodore!" Within the rage in her cold blue eyes, there was a tinge of rage. "THEODORE!!!!..." Her screams dwindled into sobs, as I ran away..
I almost felt bad.. But I guess this is pay back for the passed six years of torture that she inflicted on me. To that, I will never forgive her.
I've seen so much death. Before the major outbreak, wandering on the streets of Osaka, there were these humanoid creatures, almost mermen coming out of the ocean to strike. The oceanic districts were evacuated nearing the time of the outbreak.
I... I always liked a post apocalyptic vibe. I've lived a lot of my life in danger.. So what I used to do was wander the blocked off parts of the city, just for sheer enjoyment!
Wandering through those abandoned buildings and streets, carefully of course, I have seen corpses of the poor souls that had stumbled upon the men of the sea. I've never actually seen one of those myself, but by what I could recall from the drawings and people's descriptions, they were a grayish blue, and looked almost like the Falmer from Skyrim, but less hunched, and elvish. Their hands were finned, and had rather sharp claws.
While my father was going to Byrne Lab, I had to go to the shelter, where all the important rich snobs and their children lived. I came out clean from the plague, but, I'm unsure if it still exists. To which, I'm being pulled to freedom by the escape artists.
"NAAHHHGNNN" I heard her bitter cries, running with the two escaped samples down these unexplored walkways. They muttered to each other and all I could do is run and listen:
"How are you at?"
"About 30 minutes now, teleportation gave me a 10 minute penalty. Are you feeling better, Puro?"
"Yeah, a bit... My mask is a bit snapped though. So I should be careful with it."
I didn't know what they were talking about, until later.

I was able to sense all the floors in this labyrinth of a place. I recognize the protogen technology here, and so, I needed to get out of here as fast as I possibly could.
No one else was awake, I could hear and sense the sleeping vibrations in people's chests. Which, if we were quiet enough, would not wake anyone up.
Yet, there was a human, that was screaming like a banshee beforehand in these quiet halls, so, we aren't so lucky.
"Where are we going?" Puro asked.
"Down to the lower caves. It's too dangerous to go up."
"What do you mean too dangerous."
"I can sense protogen ships outside. Their vibrations are quite strong indicating a pursuit, or an attack. I bet they- Bingo!"
I detected a thin wall, leading to one of the caves. I took the young human and Puro by the hand, and blasted the wall, giving me a 5 minute penalty.
And from, a dimly lit hallway, to the deepest of oblivion, we went.
