graduated - calum

you were driving to your boyfriend calums house after your last class of the day. you probably looked like a maniac because you were smiling so big the whole way but you could careless of how the way people saw you. after having an appointment with your guidance councilor, you found out you were eligible to finally graduate university. and calum was the first person that came to mind you needed to tell, but also you had already planned to goto his house to have dinner with him too. after going through LA traffic, fighting cars on the freeway, you finally made it to his house, parking and running inside. "calum!" you called, throwing your bags and shoes off. when you walked into the living room, calum was on the couch with his laptop in his lap and eating cheetos. "hey." he answered, setting the device aside and standing up. you ran to him giggling and hugging him. "cal, im fucking graduating!" you screamed, smiling so big and laughing. calums eyes went wide and smiled too, picking you up a bit off the floor and squeezing your body. "aw baby im so proud of you." he glowed, kissing your forehead before putting you down. he was so so so happy that you were finally able to finish up school. he knew how much work, time & money you've invested into your education and now finally you were able to use all youve learned and apply it to the real world. he remembers all the nights youve came over to him about to burst in tears, the hours of her typing to finish an essay and the late nights of helping her study. calum was glad that you no longer would have to deal with it because he hated seeing you stressed and is so happy to see you happy. "i wanna drink. its what i deserve. also lets order pizza." she giggled, walking over to the kitchen grabbing the nearest bottle. "ill order it baby." calum chuckled, watching his girl and beaming at such an important milestone she just accomplished
