Damian's P.O.V.
I clench my books in my hands as I nervously walk towards Y/N. She uses her hand to brush her H/L, H/C out from in front of her face. My heart beats faster as I walk up behind her. "Y/N, may I speak with you?" I ask tapping her shoulder.
Turning around, her E/C eyes sparkle as she smiles at me. "Of course!" Her sweet voice causes me to shiver to my core. It took me two years to finally admit that I liked her and I only did that because of Father. He was the one that forced my crush on Y/N into the light.
So, I've been spending the last year trying to find away to tell her. I decided that I should tell her at the gala. "Let's walk." I say, nodding for her to go first, which she obeys. "I was wonder if you wanted to go to my Father's gala next Friday?"
Smiling at me, she answers. "Of course! I love going to your Father's galas!" She usually goes as my date to his galas. Only as friends of course.
As we continue down the hallway, we're both silent. "You'll finally be able to meet my brothers too." I tell her, knowing this'll make her even more excited.
Surprisingly with out three year friendship, she's never meet my brothers. Dick is usually working, Tim has himself locked up in his room and Jason is either passed out or at Roy's place. "Oh my god! Really?!" She asks me, bouncing around as she holds my arm.
I laugh at her as I shake my head. "Yes, Y/N. Really." She continues bouncing around excitedly as we continue our way to her math class. "I'll pick you up at eight on Friday, okay?"
"Okay!" She says back, wrapping her arms around my neck. "I'll see you after math, right?" Y/N asks, pulling away from me.
"Yes you will." I answer back before turning around and walking to my own class.
Your P.O.V.
"Damian!" I sing into my phone Thursday after school.
"Y/N." He says back in his monotoned way.
I twirl the cord to the phone on the wall as I bite my lip. I would have used my cellphone but it's up stairs charging. "Do you want to go dress shopping with me?" I ask nervously, knowing it's not really his thing.
He sighs out annoyed before saying "Let me go ask, I'll be right back." The goes silent as I hear muffled yelling. I twirl the cord a few more times as I wait. What's with this old fashion phone? Bobo is so old style, or just a hippie. I think to myself before Damian talks again, snapping me out of my thoughts. "I'll be over in ten minutes. See you then." A smile covers my face as I hang up the phone.
As soon as I hang up the phone, I run up the stairs to my room. "Stop running in the house!" Bobo screams from down stairs.
"Sorry!" I scream back before closing the door and getting ready.
* Time Skip *
My arm is wrapped around Damian's as we walk into the Manor. Like he promised, his brothers are there and aren't in their usual hide aways. I follow Damian as he walks us toward the second tallest brother. "This is my brother Richard Grayson, but everyone calls him Dick."
My eyes scan over the boy as I offer my hand to him. Medium height, the brightest blue eyes I've ever seen, good smile that hasn't left his face since I've gotten here and well built. But again he is Nightwing after all. "It's nice to finally meet you, Mr. Grayson." I say once he takes my hand and shakes it.
"Please, please, please! Call me Dick! Don't make me feel so old! What might your name be little miss?" He asks politely, gently letting my hand go.
"Y/N L/N." I answer back before Damian pulls me to the shirts of his three brothers. Taking from the baggy black locks, tired blue eyes and forced smile, this must be Tim. "You must be Tim! It's so nice to meet you!" I say, offering my hand.
"Same for you." He says, taking my hand and weakly shaking it.
He's last brother is Jason Todd. As all the other boys are in nice suits, Jason is in jeans, white sneakers, and a dress shirt. His tie hangs low on him as his raven hair is soaked with what I'm guessing is water. The one streak of white hair is pinned to his forehead by water as he frowns at me. "Y/N L/N." He repeats, holding his hand out to me. "I've never heard of you, I'm Jason, Jason Todd."
Smiling, I hold my hand out to him too. He gently holds my small hand in his big one as he brings it up to his lips. He brushes a soft kiss to my knuckles as I say "Damian doesn't really mix his home and school life much."
Jason let's go of my hand and stands up straight again, but this time with a smile. "Well, I wish he did." Comes Jason's reply as he brushes the white strained out of his face just to have it fall back to its original spot.
"I thought you said Wally West was the flirt." I say, turning towards Damian.
"He usually is." Damian says back, pulling me towards the ballroom.
Jason's P.O.V.
I look down at my shows as we wait for Damian and his so called date. What kind of girl would come to Bruce's gala with Damian? When the door opens up, Alfred walks in with Damian and a H/C haired girl on his arm.
Her dress is floor length and sways perfectly with her body shape. The top level is a purplish grey color as a 'v' shape starts on her left hip and cuts down with the dress in a pretty white color. The white slowly melts into a soft blue at it waves down to the ground.
A matching purplish grey chocker sits on her neck along with cuffs of the same colors on her hands. A perfect pearly white colored teeth smile at us on the stairs. Her H/C hair is in a pony tail as some of her bangs hand down. A pretty purple pin sticks in her hair.
Everything sways with her as she talks with my brothers. When she gets to me, my heart rate picks up. Her eyes scan over me for a second before she smiles. "Y/N L/N." I repeat her earlier said name just to make sure she's real. I hold my hand out to her and she takes it. "I've never heard of you, I'm Jason, Jason Todd." I inform her, brushing a kiss to her hand.
As I let go of it, she answers me back with the voice of an angle. "Damian doesn't really mix his home and school life much."
This time when I look at her, I smile too. "Well, I wish he did."
A smile stays rested on her perfect face as she turns towards Damian. "I thought you said Wally West was the flirt."
Damian turns them around and starts leading her toward the dance floor. "He usually is." Comes his responds but I only half hear it as I look at the back of her dress. Most of her back is exposed besides her hips down and two straps that wrap around to her shoulders for sleeves. The cuffs around her wrist have two strands of fabric attacked to them that hang over her back and attach to her sleeves. The fabric melts from purple to blue as it climbs up her back.
Damn she's so beautiful! I think to myself as the rest of us follow them into the ballroom.
* Time Skip *
It takes me two hours before I'm able to find an opening where I can talk to Y/N without Damian around. Gathering all my courage, I set my beer, which being only sixteen I'm not aloud to have, I walk up to the angle in the room. "Hey Y/N." I call, leaning against the wall next to her.
"Hey Jason." She says back, a little distracted.
I rise my eyebrow at her as I ask "Whats wrong?"
She shrugs it off saying "It's nothing, just something Damian said."
I roll my eyes as I think over all the possible ways the demon spawn could have blown this. "Don't listen to Damian, he doesn't ever know what he's saying." I tell her, gently bumping our shoulders. "Ummm..... can I tell you something, Y/N?" I ask, trying to her the words out before I chicken out.
Your P.O.V.
I like you Y/N and I have since day one. So, is it okay if I take you on a- The memory of Damian's words from a few minutes ago run through my head again and again as I wait for him where he left me. He was confusing his feelings when some rich girl snatched him away and into a dance.
The memory runs laps through my head until Jason's voice cuts them off. "Hey Y/N." He says, relaxing against the wall next to me.
"Hey Jason." I answer back, still side tracked by Damian's confusion and what I should do about it.
Jason looks at me questionably before asking "What's wrong?"
Deciding it's best not to tell him, I tell him half of the truth. "It's nothing, just something Damian said."
"Don't listen to Damian, he doesn't ever know what he's saying." Jason says, rolling his eyes and not making me feel any better. He hits our shoulders together before asking "Ummm..... can I tell you something, Y/N?"
Turning toward him, I shrug and say "Sure."
Jason drops his shoulders down as he takes in a big breath. He holds it for a second before slowly letting it out. He pushes off the wall and walks around till he's in front of me. "You see Y/N, I think your beautiful, like Aphrodite beautiful." Phasing he rests his hands on my shoulders.
"Now don't go and start another war, Jason." I say, staying true to my Percy Jackson fan girl side.
"I won't start... wait.... what?" He asks, getting confused.
Rolling my eyes, I some what explain. "It's a nerd thing, continue."
Again, he inhales, waits and then slowly exhales. "Umm.... so I was wondering if you wanted to go on a date, maybe?" He asks, letting me go and nervously shifting his weight from one foot to the next.
What the hell! I'm in one of those cliche story book things, aren't I? Why the hell gets two boys to confuse they're feelings in one day?! I mentally scream as Damian walks up to us. "What are you two talking about?" He asks a little annoyed at Jason's presents.
"Demon spawn." Jason greats with the same amount of annoyance. "I was just asking Y/N on a date."
Damian laughs sarcastically before saying "I have no idea what you're talking about! I was asking Y/N out!"
As the boys continue fighting, I try to sneak away. "Y/N!" They both yell as they turn around.
Slowly, I turn back towards them with a shy smile. I nervously laugh before saying "Hey...."
They look at me for a second before looking back each other. They have a stare off before looking back at me. "How do you say yes to, Doll?" Jason asks, leaning against Damian.
"Get off of me you idiot!" Damian says, shrugging his brother off of him. "Yes Beloved, who do you choose?"
Looking between the two boys my mind runs circles. "Umm.... I..... I ahhh..... I'll go on a date with-"
