show a smile

the kind, misunderstood

the glint represents 

not the warmth i feel

but the void

of made-up joys, 

the worn-out lies

i wear -

telling myself;

ok,

let the sorrow slip away

smile, anyway...

ok,

tomorrow, like today

is just another day.
