Kiyaan looked at Kunj through the opened window..Sumi was sitting beside Kunj tapping his forehead and holding his hand..
Aru and Addu were also sitting beside Kunj silently..

Kiyaan uttered hoping he would get some response but he knew it was impossible...!
Sometime passed a bit...It was dinner time and Kunj wasn't conscious yet neither twins allowed Kiyaan to meet Kunj..
Kiyaan was sitting in his room thinking about some way to meet Kunj..He was tensed and guilty..At that time Nani came to meet Kiyaan as she came to know about his sudden arrival..
Nani tensed - Kiyaan beta tu aa gaya wapas..Kaisa hai beta..!
Kiyaan didn't replied her back as he hadn't still forgave Nani completely for her behaviour toward's Kunj and twins..
Nani taunting - Zaroor us Kunj ki halat ke baare mein jaanke aaya hoga na..Kunj ki wajah se tujhe apne saare zaroori kaam chor ke aana pada..pata nahi uss ladke ko itna tamasha kyun karna hai..huh..!!
Kiyaan was shocked and angered at her words..Even now she have to taunt and speak ill about Kunj when he is in such serious condition..but before he could say anything to her Sumi shouted angrily..
Sumi shouted angrily - Maaaaaa....!
Kiyaan turned to see Sumi , Aru and Addu standing there..They were passing from there for dinner..When Sumi overheard Suhasini's taunts..She was angered while Addu and Aru looked at Nani with hopeless and pain , hurt filled eyes..
Sumi angrily - Apko zara si bhi sharam nahi aati na aisa bolte hue Kunj ke baare mein.. ?? 2 din maa..2 din hogaye uss ladke ne theek se ankhe tak nahi kholi..itna tez bukhaar hai usse..na uska BP stable hai aur na hi uska sugar level...aur aap usse tamasha keh rahi hain..Aur yeh mat bhuliye jo chand minute ke liye usse hosh aya tha usmein usne saaf mana kardiya tha Kiyaan ko inform karne se..
Kiyaan was shocked to hear that Kunj denied to let him know about his condition..

Sumi left with twins from there warning Suhasini..
It was midnight by now..Everyone was asleep..Kiyaan knew this was the best time he can get a chance to meet Kunj..
He went toward's Kunj room and thankfully the door wasn't locked..Aru was sleeping beside Kunj in half lying position while Addu was sleeping on the bed style couch..
Kiyaan walked toward's Kunj and sat beside him..Kiyaan was shocked and guilty seeing Kunj..He had became so pale and weak..Even in last two day's treatment there was no improvement..

Kiyaan spoke his heart to an unconscious Kunj..None of them was wrong..neither Kunj nor Kiyaan..But somewhere they aere responsible too..Kiyaan's anger and haste decision brought this situation..
While Kunj's selfless nature and mere thought that his dreams may never be revealed to anyone brought this storm..
Neither Kiyaan's anger as brother was wrong nor Kunj's decision to hide about his dream cause even Kiyaan hid about his health and if Kunj would have even shared about his dream than maybe either of them has to sacrifice so Kunj did what he felt was best..!

Kiyaan was guilty and hurt seeing Kunj in this condition..He blamed himself for this..! He cried seeing him like this and a tear drop from Kiyaan's eyes fell on Kunj's hand that Kiyaan was holding..

Kiyaan was shocked and held Kunj's hand firmly..Kunj was again and again ranting subconsciously..
Addu and Aru were in deep slumber due to being tired and Kunj's voice was so slow due to weakness that it could be barely heard..

Tears rolled down from Kunj's closed eyelids..He subconsciously murmured..
Kunj - m..mumma.. ke paas...paas jana hai...Take me Mu...mumma...take me with you..I want to go.. No one needs me mumma...ss..s..sab galat samajhte hain mumma...!
Kiyaan was shocked hearing that from Kunj..He immediately understood that Kunj was seeing a kind of dream..He knew Kunj was hurt beyond words..!

Kunj eyes slowly flattered open..his vision was blurry as he was still under the effects of sedatives..He could just realise Kiyaan was there with his touch and blurry image of Kiyaan...!
Kunj slurred - Ki..Kiyaan..tu..tu wapas agaya.????.!
Kiyaan smiled teary eyed - H...haan Kunj...See I am here only..teray paas hun main Kunj...!
Kunj murmured - M...mujhe galat mat samajh Kiyaan..I...I am not wrong Kiyaan..meri.. meri baat ko samajhne ki koshish kar..I..it hurts Kiyaan..
Kiyaan just nodded in yes to assure Kunj..
Kunj - K..Kiyaan.. I..didn't...!
Kunj could not complete his words as he fainted once again..Kiyaan was stunned but seeing his condition..Kiyaan knew no one would be able to hold for more longer..
Kiyaan immediately brought his doctor bag and medicines from his cabinet..he knew would Kunj need..He directly injected some injections through Kunj's hand and pushed some in saline bottle..
He medicated Kunj almost whole night and changed saline bottle too..He kept checking Kunj's bp and sugar level..In Kiyaan's presence Kunj's fever was decreasing too and his BP was getting stable too..
Though it wasn't a remarkable recovery but atleast Kunj's condition was much better than before..
Whole night Kiyaan didn't left Kunj's side and sat by his side..During night many times Kunj called for Kiyaan subconsciously and murmured that again and again but Kiyaan was by his side..
Soon night passed with Kiyaan medicating Kunj with proper time intervals and Kunj's condition was getting better..
It wasn't just the change of medicines that effected Kunj but the presence of Kiyaan which he needed the most..

Kiyaan didn't realised when he himself slept sitting by Kunj's side holding his hand..

Sumi entered to see all the four brother's present in same room..Twins and Kiyaan were sleeping in uncomfortable position but that could not stop them from being by their brother's side..Sumi smiled seeing them..She was little angry with Kiyaan but she was to panicked and worried with Kunj's condition that time..
Besides that she was a mother and she knew well when to scold her children and when to be easy on them..Sometimes even when you aren't completely wrong you need to learn a lesson..It may seem wronged at that moment but life is all about surprises and you never know what repeats itself..
Sumi went near Kiyaan and tapped him on his shoulder..Kiyaan woke up and rubbed his eyes sleepily..He was awake most of the night..
Sumi rudely - Tum yahan kiya kar rahe ho Kiyaan..?!
Kiyaan - M..mom..woh Kunj...!
Sumi angrily - Ab kyun fikar ho rahi hai tumhe Kunj ki....? Yeh sab jaane se pehle aur gusse mein decision lene se pehle kyun nahi socha...?
Twins also woke up that time hearing Sumi's voice..They were shocked to see Kiyaan there and angry too..
Addu angrily - Aap yahan kya kar rahe ho...?!
Kiyaan - baccha main kaise nahi aata...?! Yahan Kunj... *interrupted*
Aru hurt - Chor ke bhi toh aap hi gaye the na Dadu...!
Kiyaan sighed and looked away not knowing what to say as they were absolutely right...!
Addu - Apne ek baar bhi humari baat nahi suni..Kitni baar batane ki koshish ki bhai ke baare mein par apne ek nahi suni...aur ab humein apki baat nahi sun ni..Just go away...!
Kiyaan left from there hurt and guilty..Aru sat beside Kunj and caressed Kunj..He was suprised to see that Kunj's fever had reduced from before..
Aru - Addu..Badi maa...See Bhai ka bukhaar pehle se kam hogaya hai..It's better..!
Addu and Sumi were shocked and suprised..
Sumi checked on Kunj and was suprised..his fever really decreased from before..She understood it was all because of Kiyaan...but she was still upset with Kiyaan and his stupid decision..
Not only he gave himself pain but also Kunj...!
Sometime later even doctor came to check on Kunj and started inspecting..
Doc suprised - Oh Great...! Inka fever pehle se kaafi zyada kam hogaya hai..
Twins happily hugged eachother..
Doctor - It's good his fever has reduced but he is still very weak..Don't stress him or over excite or exaggerate him with anything that can stress him..His BP is still not stable that's why he isn't properly conscious and as I said he is weak..He may suffer from slight fever for next one or two day's..
Kiyaan entered that time in Kunj's room..Addu and Aru were stiff and looked away..While Sumi had no particular expression..She didn't oppose his presence but it showed her disappointment..
Doctor - Areh Doctor Kiyaan..Great you are finally back..*to twins and Sumi* Ab toh aap logon ko chinta karne ki zaroorat hi nahi hai..
Addu - Nahi...Woh *interrupted*
Kiyaan interrupted - It's okay Doctor..I will handle his case from now on..You can go back..
Doc left from there nodding in approval..Addu was about to say something but Kiyaan glared at him..
Kiyaan glaring - Ghar ka matter ghar mein he rahe toh better hoga.. tum logon ko mujhse baat nahi karni toh mat karo.. *sternly* but don't forget I am a doctor and your elder brother..So I won't allow anyone to interfere that space..
Addu looked away in anger..That time they heard a slow grunt and looked at Kunj who was slightly moving..He was getting consciousness..Everyone was by his side in moment..
Aru - Bhai..!
Sumi caressing his hairs - Kunj baccha..
Addu held his hand - Bhaiiii...!
Akhilesh also came that moment and walked near them..Kunj slowly slowly opened his eyes and blinked them rapidly to clear his blurry vision..He looked at everyone gathered around him but didn't noticed Kiyaan as everyone was encircling him neither remembered anything about last night..!
Addu cried - Bhai..Finally you are awake..!
Kunj blinked his eyes and raised his hand weakly and caressed Addu's face - I...I am okay baccha..Don't cry..!
Akhilesh - beta tumhari tabiyat itne din se itni kharaab thi aur bukhaar bhi tha..bataya kyun nahi hume..?! Why don't you take care of yourself..?
Sumi cried - Yeh hum se pyaar thori karta hai..
Kunj murmured - Sorry..
Everyone smiled..Finally he was awake..!
Kiyaan softly - Kunj..
Kunj who didn't noticed Kiyaan's presence till yet was shocked to hear his name from Kiyaan and looked aside to see Kiyaan..
Kiyaan softly - Kunj...Abhi kaisa feel kar raha hai..!
Kunj looked away - Why is he here...?! I told you badi maa not to tell him or irritate him..!
Kiyaan sad - Kunj ek baar baat toh sun...!
Kunj was silent and didn't even looked at Kiyaan once..
Akhilesh - Kunj beta..Kiyaan se baat kar lo ek baar...!
Kunj - Mujhe koi bhi baat nahi karni kisi se..Aap please isse kaho yahan se chala jaye..*hurt tone* Aur I am sorry isse meri wajah se yahan aana pada..I am sure I might have irritated him alot and I am sorry..isko yahan aane ki zaroorat nahi thi...!
Kiyaan sighed..He didn't wanna make Kunj hyper or stress him about anything that happened..So he left from there..Their talks can wait but Kunj needs to recover first..!
Kiyaan walked out of Kunj's room..Kunj closed his eyes being hurt and tired..Akhilesh was tensed and worried seeing the rift between both brother's having no end or improvement..!
Akhilesh - Kunj beta...!
Sumi held his hand and signed him to not talk about it just right now..Akhilesh sighed and nodded in approval..
Kunj was weak and pale..He felt tired and exhausted..He was blinking his eyes to keep himself awake..
Aru caressed him - Bhai..Are you okay..?
Kunj looked at them and sighed..They looked terrified and exhausted from all that happened..
Kunj gave a soft smile and mumbled - I am fine baccha..!
Addu hugging him - Please bhai please aise careless mat raho apne health ko lekar.. *sobbing* humara kya hoga agar aap aise bimaar par jaoge toh..?!
Aru hugged him too - Haan bhai..you know na bha we have you after mom and dad.. you are our everything bhai.. our brother.. our parents.. our guide..don't do this please..!
Kunj feet guilty for putting them in so much trouble and stress..He tried to sit on bed and so Addu helped him sit on bed..
Kunj softly - I..I am sorry..!
Addu - Sorry se kaam nahi chalega bhai.. apko time se khana hoga aur sirf rest karna hoga.. tabhi we will forgive you samjhe..!
Kunj sighed and nodded..He didn't felt like having anything but seeing them he just nodded in approval..The happily hugged him..
Kiyaan was looking at them through the window and sadly smiles..He so wanted to talk to Kunj but he knew it wasn't the right time..
Sumi sat beside Kunj..She was teary eyed and worried because she was the only person who can feel his pain and knew what her child was going through..
Be it in past or now..He had grown up in her embrace..She had seen him suffering since childhood and it ached her heart to see him like this..
Sumi softly - Kunj..!
Kunj smiled - Badi Maa..
Sumi caressed his head and kissed on his forehead..She hugged him protectively..Kunj was confused..he could feel her scared and restless..He thought maybe because of his fever and health but unknown to him she was death scared because of subconscious murmuring..
Sumi kissed his head - Badi maa ko chorke kabhi mat jana baccha..badi maa tut jayengi tumhare bina..
Kunj confused but assured her weakly - badi maa..main yahi hun apke paas..kahin nabi jaunga apko chorke.. *promise*
Sumi nodded in yes and wiped her tears..
Addu - Acha bhai aap rest karo...hum aap ke liye khana laate hain..
Sumi - chalo mein bhi saath chalty hun..warna tum dono sirf khana nikalne mein hi pure Kitchen ka kabada nikaal doage..
Twins smiled sheepishly and giggled..
Twins and Sumi left from there to bring food.. Kunj closed his eyes being tired..He was feeling drowsy and weak..He just want to close his eyes and sleep..
Kiyaan was keeping an eye on him from the door amd suddenly felt a tab on shoulder.. He realised it's Akhilesh..
Kiyaan - Papa...
Akhilesh held his hand and took him in other room...
Kiyaan - Papa aap mujhe yahan..!
Akhilesh tensed - Baat kiya hai Kiyaan..?! Pehle tumhara achanak US chale jaana..phir achanak Kunj ki itni tabiyat ka bigar jaana aur phir uska tumse milne se mana kardena..Ho kya raha hai tum dono ke bheech Kiyaan...?!
Kiyaan sighs - Let it be Dad..
Akhilesh - I can't..I can't stay quiet and see you both like this...because mein tum dono ko aise takliff mein nahu dekh sakta...baap hun main tum logon ka..main samajh raha hun zarur kuch bara hua hai tum dono ke bich.. But kiya yeh kisi ko nahi pata..?
Kiyaan sadly - These thing's are not important dad..I can't tell you..Aap bas Kunj ka khayal rakhiye..baaki sab main baad main dekh lunga..
Akhilesh sighed and left from there..He know Kiyaan won't reveal anything if he was adamant..But as a father he just wished everything to get sorted as soon as possible..He can't see them like this suffering..
Otherside in Kunj's Room..
Sumi and twins entered to see Kunj was almost asleep by now due to weakness but they knew he needed to eat something to provide him energy..
Addu went near Kunj and softly called him but Kunj didn't heard..So he softly patted his cheek and once again called Kunj.. Kunj blinked his eyes open..
Aru - Bhai khana kha lo please..
Kunj weakly started to sit up.. Aru and Addu helped him to sit..
Kunj - mein thora washroom se aaya..
Addu - Okay..come I will help you..
Kunj sighs - Addu..
Addu glares - No arguments bhai..
Aru innocently - Haan agar aap kahin gir gaye kamzoori ki wajah se toh..? Let us help you..
Kunj shook his head helplessly and nodded in approval..He then went to washroom with Addu's support and as they predicted Kunj stumbled a few times due to weakness..his body wasn't supporting him even now..
After sometime Kunj came out after freshening up and sat on bed..Sumi sat beside him with a tray of food..She made some light food according to his health..
Sumi smiles - Kunj common now have this..
Sumi put the morsel near his mouth..Kunj softly ate from her hand.. Sumi was feeding him with her own hands..Anyone could see the tension , worriedness , concern and love..
After taking few bites.. Kunj stopped her..
Sumi tensed - Kiya Hua beta..?! Khana theek nahi bana kya...?! Kuch aur chahiye kya...?
Kunj - Apne khaya..?
Sumi was silent..
Kunj - badi maa.. Kuch pucha meine..?!
Sumi lied - Haan beta kha liya maine...!
Kunj cupped her face - Badi maa... Look at me..
Sumi eyes had tears..How can she eat when her children were suffering ?!
Kunj - jhoot bolengi mujhse..?
Kunj very well knew how his badi maa was..She wasn't just his badi maa but mother who knew him inside out.. She loved him selflessly..not just him but all the four brother's..never differentiate between Kiyaan and them and he feel blessed for that..
Sumi with tears - Koyi maa apne bacche ko iss halat mein dekh ke kha sakty hai kia..?!
Kunj cutely - par ab toh uska baccha theek hogaya na toh ab toh khana parega right (saying this he took a bite of food and fed her)
Addu and Aru - Haww badi maa hum bhi toh hain..
Sumi smiled and fed them to with her own hands..After food was finished..
Kunj - waise aap logon ko mujhse thora distance maintain karke chalna chahiye..
Twins frowned - Kyun..?
Kunj - Infection lag jaega baccha..It's better to avoid it..
Addu frowns - Infection ki aisi ki tesi..huhu..!
Addu said frowning and hugged Kunj cuddling himself close to him..Kunj smiled and caressed his hairs..Aru to hugged him and said..
Aru - This is the world's best place aur yahan koyi hume chu bhi nahi sakta..na koi infections aur na hi koi flu..

Sumi - It's okay beta..you know they won't listen anything about this..!
Kunj nodded and kissed there heads..
Sumi left after giving him medicines and making sure he was comfortable and didn't needed anything..

Kiyaan was sitting on his bed lost in his own thoughts..That's when Sumi came inside his room with a tray of food..She was a mother and even if she was upset and angry with her children how can she let them stay empty stomach..
Sumi sat beside him..Kiyaan was shocked and suprised seeking her there - M..mom aap yahan...?
Sumi - Khana kyun nahi khaya dhang se wapas aakar..?! Bimaar parne ka irada hai kya..?
Kiyaan sadly - maan nahi hai..Aur aap kyun aye khana Lekar yahan.. aap toh mujhse naraz ho na toh phir yahan kyun aye..? Aur apki nazar mein toh main hi galat hun..
Sumi - Mujhe nahi pata kon sahi hai aur kon galat aur mujhe janna bhi nahi hai..main jaunty hun agar tum Kunj se naraz ho toh zaroor koi thos wajah rahi hogi..Lekin usse saza dene ka yahi ek rasta mila tha tumhe..? Us se dur chale Jana? Woh bhi usse bina bataye..?
Kiyaan was quite and heard everything that Sumi said.. He knew she wasn't wrong..
Sumi sadly - Har roz Kiyaan..Har roz Usne tumhe call karne ki koshish ki but you never picked up..Chahe woh kitne bhi bana le ke network nahi hai ya phone cut gaya..par kya main tum logon ko nahi jaanti..? Uska utra hua chehra mujhe nazar nahi aata tha kya..? Maa hun main tum logon ko Kiyaan..Jab tum humse baat karte the tab khara rehta tha woh ki kab tum usse baat karoge but you never did..aur woh pagal hamesha tujhe bachata raha yeh keh kar ke network chala gaya..usne puri koshish ki ke hum mein se kisi ko kuch pata na chale..

Kiyaan could not hold his tears anymore and burst out crying badly...He hugged Sumi crying.. Sumi was shocked , confused and tensed seeing him like this and hugged him back caressing his hairs..

Kiyaan sighed and nodded..Sumi fed Kiyaan with her own hands and left from there..Kiyaan to thought about Sumi's words and left from there to meet Kunj.
Kiyaan entered in Kunj's room to see him sleeping and sat beside him..He thought to check him once as Kunj was sleeping..
Kiyaan checked his temperature and temperature..He was again having fever and even his BP wasn't normal..At that time Kunj moved and opened his eyes as he was not in deep slumber..Kunj blinked his eyes to see who the person was..
