AREN'T YOU TIRED TRYING TO FILL THAT VOID?
I woke up in someone's bed, and it was unfamiliar.
It took me a second to fully remember yesterday and its events, but as soon as I did I smiled to myself.
I tried to get up, but I was pinned down by Dante's arm wrapped around me.
I tried to slide slowly under it, but it's not as cute and easy as they make it in the movies.
I ended up falling off the bed and waking him up anyways.
"Sorry." I said and rubbed my head where I got hit.
"Ouch." I groaned, while Dante looked at me confused.
His hair was even messier than usual, but he somehow still looked cute.
"Oh, you okay ally?" He said stifling a laugh and watching me get up.
"Get out, loser." I said while pulling off the blanket.
"No." He said and dropped his head back on his pillow.
"Fine." I said and pulled him off his bed, by his legs.
He yelled out and laughed.
I stopped laughing when I realized I missed school.
"Holy shit, Dante we missed school." His laughter stopped immediately.
Dante got up off the floor and checked his clock.
"We really did stay up late." He pointed out, shrugging his shoulders.
"I have to go home to change and take a whole shower." I said realizing I slept in the same clothes.
"Just take a shower here, Ally. I have clothes." He said suggesting I stay.
"I can't, D." I said grabbing his hand.
"Wow what a loser." He said sarcastically and let go of my hand.
"Really? Don't be a baby, I'll see you tomorrow and I'll call you later anyways." I hugged him and began putting my shoes back on.
"Okay." He accepted.
I started fixing myself and putting my jacket on.
"Why are you staring at me, Dante?" I laughed awkwardly.
He walked towards me and grabbed my wrist softly.
That damn thing that he always does.
He grabbed my wrist and put his other hand on my face.
We both leaned in and kissed each other, again.
"I love you, ally." He said looking me in the eyes again.
"I love you too, babe." I said smiling in a teasing way and walking out his room.
He walked out of his room and walked with me to the front door.
"Bye, D." I said.
"See ya around, Ally." He said and I kissed him on the cheek.
I opened the door and left his house.
Then I headed straight Home and I never once dropped my smile.
