[Y/n]: "You can freeze things by only looking at something?"
Melanie: "Yeah, didn't know that myself till now."
You feel kinda surprised that she found out about that ability just now, but if not for her you would have...died.
I need to think what's happening here and now, not what could have happened.
Joyce: "You'll be fine Rachel."
Rachel: "You don't have to tell me that."
[Y/n]: "Is Florence anywhere near?"
Melanie: "I heard that she went to help Fortune, she really did a lot by fighting those werewolfs alone and killing them all only at a cost of a few cuts."
Rachel: "Then she will be here sooOON! Ow!"
Joyce: "That should stop the bleeding."
Rachel: "Thanks."
Melanie: "I don't doubt it Rachel."
[Y/n]: "Great, then I'll go."
Joyce: "Where?"
[Y/n]: "To help the others, you stay and protect her."
3 huge explosion were heard near the villages walls.
Fortune: "Their in."
[Y/n]: "!"
Joyce: "!"
Melanie: "!"
Rachel: "Where did you come from?"
Joyce: "Yeah, you scared all of us."
Fortune lands on the ground with Florence in her hands and Catherine beside her.
Fortune: "Can't I scare you a little?~"
Catherine: "Fortune it's not the time for this, Florence?"
Florence nods and runs up to Rachel and starts healing her.
[Y/n]: "Catherine, where is everyone? What is your plan?"
Catherine: "Maybe not the best plan but once they get in to the village they will all be split up, that is when we strike."
[Y/n]: "I see."
Catherine: "We will not only attack from the outside, we will attack them from inside too."
[Y/n]: "What do you mean?"
Catherine: "You will see."
???: "I can smell someone here."
Catherine: "Time to go."
All of you start to silently follow Catherine.
??: "Such a powerful village but there's not many to protect it."
???: "I know, it's pretty weird but it's better for us because..."
You couldn't hear her finish her sentence because you went too far. Even though you wanted to hear what they were talking about, you had to follow Catherine.
Catherine: "The spell took effect now, so we can walk and talk normally."
Everyone nods but dont say anything, until you break the silence.
[Y/n]: "What kind of spell?"
Catherine: "For a second I thought you wouldn't ask, this spell works almost like a barrier it doesn't let any sound come through when we talk or make noise but we can hear what's happening around us, and it makes us invisable at the same time."
[Y/n]: "That's a useful spell, if used correctly it would save many lifes."
Catherine: "Yeah, but as always every spell has a cost."
I wonder if there are spells that don't cost anything when you use them.
You turn to Fortune to see how is she doing. You only now notice that she is hugging your hand. She looks really tired so you didn't say anything.
Fortune, I'm glad you're with me.
Fortune: "Love you too [y/n]~"
[Y/n]: "Huh?"
Fortune: "By that look and smile I could tell that you were thinking about me."
Oh crap I didn't even realise that I was.
Rachel: "The more I see you two, the more I feel that it will be harder for me to get [y/n] to myself."
Why does everyone think of getting me to themselves?!
Rachel: "But I won't know until I try."
Catherine stops and turns to you.
Catherine: "You can show your love for each other later, now focus."
You started hearing footsteps all around you and they were coming this way. All of you moved near the wall as the enemy rushed in.
Slime: "This looks like some sort of a ghost town."
A centaur walks in the middle with the girl from before.
[Y/n]: "Catherine? You didn't defeat her?"
Catherine: "I couldn't because everyone who was fighting beside you except for us were just an illusion, to use that spell you need a lot of energy."
Making risky choices but not letting anyone die at the start of the war, what a great queen you are.
Fortune: "I was fighting for nothing then?"
Catherine: "No, you were fighting for the village and helped me get the time for preparation."
Fortune: "You don't have to tell me what I already understand."
They both smiled at each other and turned to the talking centaur.
Centaur: "...Whatever! We got the whole village to ourselves, so if they attack...."
Werewolf: "We will use their defenses against them!"
???: "I still don't like this."
Centaur: "I think you worry too much."
???: "Maybe...but we still need to find serenity."
Centaur: "Everyone, search the area."
For a few seconds the centaur turned to all of you, you thought that she was able to see you but after a bit she turned away.
Catherine: "At least their leader is smart enough to feel weird that there is no one here, but I won't let you get to her."
Catherine stretched one of her hand in the air and a huge beam of light shot in to the sky.
Werewolf: "What is this!? What is going on?!"
???: "Get away from it!"
The wolf ordered and everyone did what she said. They still didn't seem to see any of you. The beam started to get smaller and smaller until it disappeared.
Catherine: "Well...my job...is done here."
Catherine was losing her balance, so you moved closer to her and she fell in to your arms.
Catherine: "Thanks..."
She closed her eyes and didn't move.
Florence: "She used too much energy... I told her not to use too much in her battle."
You put Catherine on the ground and Florence instantly started healing her, though this time you felt more energy coming from Florence.
Is she giving her own energy to Catherine? But if she does that... She won't have much to heal others.
???: "What did I tell you... I knew something was wrong."
What is she talking about?
You look at the enemy and see them looking at the sky. You looked up too and saw harpies and some vampires with dragon furrys flying side by side to this location, at the same time a portal opened in front of you and fox, neko other dragon furrys and vampires rushed through with your friends and queens leading them.
Fortune: "About time we started this."
The squad of werewolfs instantly came near Fortune with worried expressions.
Werewolf: "Are you okay my queen."
Fortune: "Yes, don't worry about me."
Florence: "Fortune stay here, you still need to recover. [Y/n] show them your worst."
[Y/n]: "I will."
