I sat by the window and breathed the fresh air.
I put my hand over my tummy and smiled.
“Sianna?” somebody asked and when I turned to see who it was because the voice was so familiar…
“Ah… Jean!” I exclaimed and hugged my cousin who I haven’t seen for a long time.
“Are you ready?” I asked her excitedly and she blushed.
“Of course… I’m excited. How’s the baby?” she asked.
“Fine.” I answered.
“That’s good to hear… Don’t burden yourself with the preparations. OK? I heard your mom saying that you’ve got some sensitive pregnancy stage.” She told me.
“Ey… I think I should help a little.” I said.
Jean’s having a wedding banquet tomorrow and I’m supposed to help but they won’t let me because of my condition.
“No. No. And NO. You must rest. OK? Aish… If only the baby’s father is here, he could help us. But that bastard ran away. If ever I’ll see him, I’ll kick his glorious spot.” My cousin said as she balled her fists.
I giggled and realized how my family has hated the father’s baby though he’s not really at fault.
I wonder whether he has seen my message because he didn’t contact me for 2 days already.
I need his answer so that I can tell my family the truth.
“So, what can you say about the place?” Jean asked me as she helped me sit.
“Perfect. You’re so lucky to find such a guy.” I told her.
“Yah… Won’t you tell me about that guy?” she asked.
“I will tell you in no time.” I said and smiled.
“Hmmm… I wonder what he looks like. Just tell me, do I know him?”
I nodded in agreement.
Jean also knows SS501 but she’s not a big fan of them because she loves DBSK more but she likes SS501 songs though.
“Could it be? –“ she stared at me with amazement.
“Sungchan!” somebody called from the outside.
“Jaejoong-“ we said in chorus.
I blinked my eyes and Jean slapped herself thinking that it was just an illusion.
I stared at him and he’s smiling.
I also noticed that the other guys were there and cameras and staffs.
They’re having a photo shoot at this resort owned by Jean’s soon to be husband.
Jaejoong waved at me and I noticed Jean waving back and I laughed.
“Sungchan-ah! Come down here!” Jaejoong shouted at me.
“Sianna! That is Kim Jaejoong of DBSK/Cassiopeia right? I should get an autograph from him! But wait, who is he calling Sungchan?” my cousin asked.
I smiled at my cousin and came down from the terrace.
“Sianna! Where are you going?” she asked but I didn’t respond still, she followed me.
When I came down, Jaejoong met me.
“I didn’t know that you’re here.” he said.
“Oh! Sungchan!” Junsu called and waved as he saw me.
I waved back and bowed at him.
They ran towards me and saw my cousin in great shock when her dearest kpop band is infront of her very eyes.
“Sianna… Is this your wedding gift for me?” she asked clutching onto my arms and I can feel her trembling with excitement.
“No.” I said and giggled.
“By the way guys, this is my cousin. Jean. Her wedding’s to be held tomorrow.” I introduced her to the boys.
“Annyeong Jean-ssi.” They greeted in chorus.
“I think I’m going to hold off the wedding.” she whispered but enough for us to hear which made us laugh.
“I worked for them when I was at Korea.” I told Jean as she served them some drinks at the resort’s cafeteria.
“Wow, Sianna. You’re so lucky.” she said and sat beside me.
“Oh! You’re just here; I was looking for you everywhere.” Sianna’s soon to be husband said as he approached us.
“Babe, they’re here but you didn’t tell me.” My cousin said to her husband who’s holding her hand.
“I know babe, it’s supposed to be a surprise but…” Yuan said as he scratched his head.
“Thank you Sir for allowing us to use this place to shoot.” Yunho humbly said to Yuan.
“It’s nothing. Can I take my soon to be wife for we have to arrange some things for tomorrow’s wedding. Just tell me if there’s anything you need. Okay?” Yuan said and the boys nodded.
“Babe, come.” he said and Jean willingly came to him.
“Nice meeting you all!” she said and waved at the boys then they left.
“So this is the reason why you left.” Yoochun said.
“Yep. Why? And how did you know that I left?” I asked them.
“Don’t you know that we almost turned South Korea upside down just to look for you and Jungmin’s even willing to cross the boarders of North Korea just to find you?!” Jaejoong answered.
“What? You guys thought I was missing? Aish… I think they didn’t saw the letter I left and the message I sent him.” I told them.
They all exchanged confused looks and later on, they laughed.
“Then why you didn’t tell him personally about this?” Changmin asked.
“He was so busy with his movie and I thought he would find the letter.” I answered.
“Aigoo… You know what? They already left Seoul last night and I think they’ll be arriving here in no time.” Yoochun said.
“Then we’ll talk when he arrives.” I said and laughed.
I stared at Jaejoong for a while and I guess he noticed it and he gestured for the members to leave us alone.
We went to the shore and stared at the setting sun.
“Tell me. What is it?” he asked as if he already knows what I was thinking.
“Jae… The truth is… I just didn’t go here to attend my cousin’s wedding.” I started off.
“I know. I heard from Hyunjoong that you brought all your clothes and things and Jungmin finds it weird too... That guy knows you too well more than I do.” he said.
I let out a heavy sigh.
“I was just thinking… Of running away…” I continued.
“Running away? From whom?” he asked.
“I don’t know. From myself? Jae… I am pregnant.” I confessed.
He looked at me calmly.
I thought he was going to ask me questions but he just told me to go with my story.
“I don’t know whether telling Jungmin the truth would hurt him or not. Of course I know he’ll be glad and all but it might ruin him.”
Jaejoong stretched out his legs and put his hands on the sand to lean then he looked at me.
“Sungchan… Do you know why I let you go?” he asked.
I nodded my head.
“I let you go for many reasons. I let you go because we’re both hurt of what’s been happening to us. I let you go because I know you’re better off with the person you love and loves you. Never think that you’ll ruin Jungmin’s life. We perfectly know that you came to his life because there’s a purpose and I believe it’s not about ruining his life. You shouldn’t run when no one is chasing you and even if there is, you should chase back those who run after you.” he said and when I looked at him, he’s staring at the night sky.
Jaejoong’s right.
I shouldn’t run away from nothing.

I’m going to tell Jungmin everything.
“I know you’ve got enough time to think over things and it’s not good for you to stay outside at this cold night.” He said as he stood up and helped me up.
“Let’s go inside.” I said and he walked with me but he kept his distance.
“Unnie!” I heard Gennie shouting and she came running to me.
“Why are you running?” I asked her but she just panted and pointed at the guys standing outside our rest house.
“Jungmin…” I said and he came running to me.
JUNGMIN~
As soon as I saw her, I never thought of anything but to hold her back in my arms.
I’ve never been so excited to see someone like this.
“Jungmin…” she said and she looked at me apologetically.
“I know you have to apologize and there are bunch of things we have to talk about.” I told her and hugged her tighter.
I noticed Jaejoong hyung standing behind and I waved at him silently thanking him for telling us where exactly Sungchan is.
“Ahm…” her cousin Gennie tapped Sungchan and pointed to the woman staring at us by the window.
“Mom.” I heard Sungchan whispered and I let go of her immediately.
Sungchan held my hand and motioned for us to go inside.
I sat beside Sungchan while Jaejoong, Hyungjun and Kyujong were sitting opposite us and Sungchan’s mother sat beside her.
I heard Sungchan’s mother speaking and Sungchan answered.
“She’s asking if you’re the father of the baby.” Kyujong sent me a message through the phone.
“How did you know? You understand them?” I replied.
“A bit. I’ve learned a bit of their language.” he answered.
I was about to respond to Kyujong but Sungchan grabbed my phone.
“Yah! My mother’s upset with you right now so don’t use your phone while we’re in front of her.” Sungchan hissed at me and I apologized.
Her mother seems to be strict and all for she’s scolding Sungchan though I can’t understand anything.
After a few minutes, her mother left.
She let Gennie accompany Kyujong and Hyungjun to our bedroom and we sent Jaejoong off.
We’re sitting at the terrace bench looking at the dark serene ocean.
“Sungchan-ah… What did your mother say?” I asked her.
“She asked me if you’re the…” she stopped before ending her sentence.
I chuckled at her and she pouted.
“Wae?” she asked grumpily.
“Why did you stop? I know it already. I’m an appa now. Right?” I told her and I put my arm around her and let her head rest on my lap.
“How did you know?” she asked and tried to get up but I didn’t let her.
“You father told us. But he doesn’t know that I’m the father of our baby.” I told her.
The words FATHER and OUR BABY, they seemed impossible ages ago but now…
“Jungmin-ah… Mianhae if I didn’t tell you. I was just afraid and confused and-“
I hushed her and cuddled her.
“Stop. I know it and I’m not angry with you. But from now on, you must be honest with me. We’re not strangers anymore aren’t we? I’m your husband to be and you’re supposed to tell all things that are happening to you especially now that we’re going to have a child.” I said and she looked straight at me.
“Jungmin-ah… I think I’ve fallen in love again.” she blurted out of nowhere which made me giggle and she smiled.
“An unusual response from you but I like it.” I said and I leaned down closer to her face.
“Ehem…”
Sungchan immediately sat up and I really hate it when there are “intruders” at times like this.
When I turned around to see who it was, it’s undeniably my dearest members.
Not just two, but four.
Yes. Even Hyunjoong and Youngsaeng are here.
“How did you know that were here?” I asked the two older ones and Youngsaeng promptly held up a folded paper.
“I saw Sungchan’s letter for you when I went to their dorm.” Youngsaeng explained.
“And we followed you here.” he added.
“What were you thinking not allowing us to join the party?” Hyunjoong said trying to sound angry but laughing at the end.
“What party are you talking about?” I snapped at Hyunjoong and he teased me again.
“Aren’t we going to have SS501’s first baby soon?” Hyunjoong
“Yah… We never expect that it’ll be yours Park Jung Min…” he added and they ran to me and-
“Group hug!” Hyungjun shouted and they squished me and I looked at Sungchan and I winked at her.
My members, my girl, and our baby. Now, that’s happiness.
THE NEXT DAY…
I slept with the members in the only available small cramped room at Sungchan’s rest house since most of the rooms are booked for her cousin’s wedding.
I woke up when the sun shone on me from the wide window. I looked around and noticed that Kyujong has already gone outside. I stood up and fixed myself a bit and washed my face and brushed my teeth then looked at the mirror for a hundred times.
“Why I was so conscious now?” I asked myself in front of the mirror.
Sungchan told me last night that she’ll formally introduce me to her family and relatives and…
“WHY AM I SO NERVOUS?!” I asked again.
“This is not so you, Park Jung Min. You’ve performed crazily in front of thousands of people and you never got nervous!” I scolded my reflection.
“Hehehehe…”
I heard someone giggling and when I looked at the bathroom’s door which was slightly opened, it was Sungchan.
She opened the door and stood there.
She was smiling quirkily.
“Yah! Don’t get so nervous Park Jung Min-ssi. My family’s waiting for you downstairs and the others (SS501) and let me tell you, you’ve been in there for around 30 minutes. Enough time to wake Leader-ssi up.” she told me and she came to me and held my hand.
She dragged me outside the bathroom and just before we could get out of her room, I locked the door and turned her to me and gazed at her.
She smiled sweetly; I stared deeply at her brown eyes. My arms wound around her waist.
“What is that you want Park Jung Min-ssi?” she asked, her lips making a crooked smile.
I grinned and leaned my forehead to hers.
“I want this.” I said and I crashed my lips on hers.
She kissed me lovingly in return and we’re in our own world.
No intruders. Just us.
We stood there kissing for what seems like hours and we finally parted.
“Did I tell you today how much I love you?” I asked in a whisper as we broke the kiss.
She shook her head.
“Didn’t you feel that when we kissed?” I asked and she hinted that I was teasing her because she hit me lightly.
I smiled at her and cuddled her to me.
“Thank you for coming to my life. I love you.” I whispered.
“I love you too, I will love you not only today but every day!” she responded.
“Me too and I will love you until forever’s not enough.” I said and we both chuckled.
