By the time he’d finished the song I was almost in tears and the crowd was cheering. He came off the stage and straight to me and wrapped his arms around me. Everyone in there was looking at us and 'oohing and ahhin' and I felt like the luckiest girl in the world. And I bet all the girls in there would agree that I was. He eventually pulled away from the hug and I looked up into those gorgeous eyes.
"Zayn..." I whispered.
"I didn't mess it op did I?"
"Are ya kiddin? No!"
"Okeh good I've been practicin it for a while"
"I noticed" I laughed. He put an arm around me and I rested my head against his chest. His heart was racing and only then did I realize just how nervous he was. Louis and Priya were ready to leave so we followed them out of there, but we were moving at a snail's pace so that we lagged quite a distance behind them. Once we were out of ear shot I decided to speak.
Zayn's POV
"No one has ever done anything like that for me" she smiled shyly.
"So you liked it?" I teased.
"Yes you dork" she punched my arm.
"Hey c'mon you slowcoaches you can chat on the way, Gia's gonna miss her bedtime" Loueh called out and I attempted to walk faster, buh Gia just stopped in her tracks.
"What?" I asked wonderin whah was up.
"I love you too" she blushed. I leaned in and kissed her on the cheek and then put an arm around her as we made our weh to the car. I was glad Tommo was a slow driver cause that meant I got two more hours with her. They spent like half an hour talkin about my performance and it made me kinda awkward. But then Gia and I started chattin and all was well again. That lasted for like half an hour before she gently rested her head on my shoulder and was fast asleep. Watching her sleep, that was a first, buh I reckon I could geht used to it. She looked so peaceful and it was gehtin pretty hard to remember whah ma life had been like before I met Giashka.
Priya's POV
We got home and even though Gia had been asleep in the car she was now wide awake and wanted to chat.
"Pri?" she was knocking on my door ten minutes after we got back. My parents were back home and fast asleep even though my mum did murmur something about how late it was.
"Gimme a minute G, I needa get changed."
"Okay" I heard her footsteps head down the hall to her room and then a minute later she was back at me door.
"One minute's up" she smiled marching in and plopping herself down on the bed as soon as I opened the door.
"What now?" I asked even though I had a pretty good idea.
"That place was so cool huh"
"Yeah it was like a replica, totally worth the long drive"
"Yeah it wouldn't be that long if your boyfriend knew there was such a thing as the accelerator" she teased and I mocked being upset.
"Hey beats reckless driving; plus it means you get more time with your Zayny" I raised an eyebrow.
"Yeah on second thoughts I think Tommo's driving is just fine" she smirked and I had to laugh.
"So he really likes you huh" I looked at my baby sister and she was actually blushing, but she didn't say anything. So I waved a hand in front of her face.
"Earth to Gia" I teased and she played along.
"Huh what?"
"Zayn said he loves you in front of all those people"
"Yeah how sweet is he?" she was beaming.
"So, was it the first time?"
"Uhm yeah" she blushed playing with the little stuffed Eor I keep on my bed.
"So did you seh it back"
"I did" she nodded not looking up at me, but I could see she was trying to hide her smile.
"Good for you"
"Hmm and you?"
"What?"
"You and Loueh you were dancing and everything"
"Yeah he's a terrible dancer" I laughed.
"But you love it"
"Gia what are you tryna say?"
"You really like him don't you?"
"Yeah, yeah I do"
Zayn's POV
"Community service almost done huh" my dad came into my room to talk to meh.
"Yeah..." I put down my pencil and removed my headphones. I'd just been doing some sketches, I won't tell you what of though.
"Good for you; the pastor said you've done a good job"
"Did he?"
"Yeah he even asked if you'd wanna work there every holiday for moneh"
"And whah did you tell him?"
"I said he can talk to you about it. Honestleh I don't know if you'd have the time what with that girlfriend and everythin"
"Dad..." I knew he was just using this as another opportunity to bring up Gia.
"Whah?" he asked trying to act all innocent buh I saw right through it.
"If you wanna know how Gia is all you have to do is ask" I laughed.
"Well then how is she?"
"Great, thanks for askin"
"Your sister said you like her. Do you like her?"
"Dad obviousleh I like her thah's why I'm dating ha" I chuckled
"Yeah you know whah I mean"
"Yeah, and whah is the deal with you people it's like you and mom can't stop singin her praises"
"I thought you were happy thah we like her" he seemed offended.
"Of course I am buh I just wanna know why you like her soh much?" I asked honestleh wanting to know the answer.
"Well for meh I think it's cause she reminds meh of your mother when she was young"
"Huh?" thah was a shocker.
"You know how she's so quiet and everything..."
"Dad mom was never quiet" I teased.
"Yeah I must have been thinking of someone else" he laughed. We joked some more, buh then he goht a lil serious.
"Piece of advice son"
"Yeah?"
"Don't mess it op just cause ya young"
