* Alana's POV *
Alana: You sure have stepped everything up with sex. That's the 5th round..
August: Bout to be 6 ma.
He said with a huge smile on his face. I threw a pillow at him before sitting up.
Alana: No, I'm about to take a bath. I'm wore out. Just this week, we've had sex about 25 times.
I started laughing & stood up going into the bathroom while August just laid there with arms behind his head. I walked into the bathroom running my bubble bath.
* August's POV *
I really knew this shit with Ashlee had to be finished, but it wasn't nothing more than sex anyways. I laid there while she called my phone, while I ignored every one of them. I wasn't tryna listen to that bullshit, not today.
* Ashlee's POV *
I was really liking August. I felt comfortable whenever I was around him. Making me feel different from others, but how could I be falling for my friend's boyfriend? Calling him & getting sent straight to voicemail every time. I was getting upset. I turned my phone off, turning over going to sleep.
* Alana's POV *
Making my way into the kitchen, August was standing there in nothing but his grey sweatpants. I wrapped my arms around him & he turned around looking down at me, giving me a forehead kiss.
Alana: I'm so glad to have you here.
August: Me too ma.
Alana: You happy you're here too?
I said laughing.
August: That too, but I'm glad you here beside me.
Alana: Aw, that's more like it.
I took a breath & looked up at him glancing away.
Alana: Remember when we first met?
August: How I could forget ma?
Alana: Prove it.
I crossed my hands waiting to hear his response.
August: You were leaving from the club & I seen you walking home.
Alana: That's right.
I said smiling at him with my arms open embracing him for a hug. It was good to know he still remembered which meant he cared.
