September 27, 1986.
I woke up on a cloudy morning. I saw Slash sitting on the foot of my bed. His face was full of sadness.
"Slash?" I asked.
"I hate to be the one to admit this to you." Slash said.
I sat up and crawled over to Slash.
"What it is brother?" I asked.
He handed me a news paper.
Cliff Burton, killed in tour bus accident.
I screamed at the top of my lungs. I ran out onto my porch and looked up.
"Cliff!!!" I moaned.
I began to sob. Izzy ran up and hugged me. He began to kiss me.
"It's gonna be ok." He said. I buried my head into his chest.
A few hours had passed and I sat on my bed going through polaroid pictures of me and Cliff.
Soon Meg walked in. She sat on my bed and picked up a picture. It was one of Cliff liking a piece of pizza.
"Lil...stop doing this to yourself." Meg said.
"But.....I loved him... he was my other brother." I cried.
"By the way...Izzy wants you." Meg said.
I walked into Izzy and Stevens room.
"Hey babe." I said trying to hold back tears.
He turned his head and I noticed him crying.
"He's dead...one of my best dudes!" Izzy cried.
I sat down next to him. Laying my head on his chest.
"I miss him already." I said.
"God must have needed a new bassist for his band." Izzy chuckled.
"Probably." I said.
Suddenly Izzy kissed me. I stared into his brown eyes.
"I love you!!" He said.
"I love you more Jeffrey!"
