I KNOW HE CAN'T FEEL LOVE, BUT GO WITH IT, FOR THE STORY SACK.
He hated Mudbloods, that's what you were, a Muggle-born girl born in H/T, you're in Y/H, and loved. You hated Tom Riddle, he used his charm and good looks to get what he wants, he was rude to all of the other muggle-borns students, but you. It was strange, he never said a bad thing to you, he made fun of your friends but chose to ignore you.
Even though he didn't do anything to you, his friends always tortured you, during Quidditch matches they would try and hit you with bluggers as you defended the hopes, and led your team to victory. You were a keeper for your house team, but when you played Slytherin they would be out for blood, your blood.
YN POV
I was walking by myself trying to get to Y/H common room when I saw Justin and his friends (Tom wasn't with them), I quickly turned around and started walking faster.
"Hey, mudblood come over here," yelled Justin, one of the Slytherins chasing you. You started running away. Til you got hit with a spell, "Crucio." I fell to the ground with a scream. "Levicorpus." I was held high up from my ankles, I was wearing jeans under my robes, so I didn't have to worry about my skirt.
"Put me down, you stupid gits." I screeched at them.
"Sectumsempra," Orion yelled. I bit my lip so hard it started to bleed, I looked at my stomach and saw the bloody gash.
"Stop, put me down," I yelled.
'Silencio," Alec yelled.
I couldn't say or do anything, but cry as they continued to torture me. I was mostly covered in blood, the classes will end soon.
"Whats up guys," Tom said smiling at them.
"Hey, Tom. Want to help." Justin asked him.
"Help do what?" Then the three Slytherins that were hurting you turned to look back at me, then Tom followed their gaze to me.
"She's bleeding, guys go the classes will end soon, go I'll clean everything up." The other three nodded and ran away.
"Limberacorpus." I fell into his arms. He put the counterspell for the Silencio spell, he lifted me up and started walking to the Hospital Wing, but I was bleeding out, we weren't gonna make it. So he opened Mcgonagles classroom door.
"Professor, HELP SHE'S BLEEDING OUT." Minnie ran over to us, as everyone watched as one of the nicest girls in Hogwarts was dying right in front of them.
"SOMEONE GET POMFREY." Three students bolted out the door to get Madam Pomfrey.
"What happened, MR. Riddle?"
"Some Slytherins attacked her," Tom told her the truth. Minnie pressed down on a huge wound, trying to slow down the blood. I yelped, tears flowed from my eyes. "It will be alright, Mrs. LN hold on okay." I nodded slowly.
Tom stood next to me, and another surge of pain shot through me, I gripped his hand tightly, as Madam Pomfrey had a coat and tools. Tom layed me down on the coat, I held his hand tightly, they rolled me into the corridor. Madam Pomfrey healed the cuts and wounds so that I wouldn't feel the pain anymore.
I slowly rose from the coat with the help of Tom, I held onto his shoulder as I walked around for a bit. "Thank you, Madam Pomfrey."
"Yes, Yes be careful my child." she walked away from us.
"Thanks, Tom. Why'd you help me?"
"I couldn't let an innocent person, be killed in front of me," he responded.
"You do realize I'm a mudblood, right?" I questioned him.
"Yes, I do. But you're different."
"But you hate Muggle-borns," I added.
"You changed my mind, I guess." He walked away, without another word.
I smiled walking in the opposite direction.
I changed his Mind, was that possible.
I felt my cheeks were hot, that's when I realized that I was falling for a Slytherin, and s okay with it. I didn't feel guilty, I walked to my common room, to change into fresh robes, as mine were all bloody, I'll wash them later.
I walked to the great hall for lunch, I walked over to Y/H table, I received a bunch of stares by classmates from all different houses. I sat down with my friends and told them what happened earlier that day. They were gobsmacked when I told them what Tom did and said. I felt eyes staring at me and looked up to see Tom staring at me, he looked away from me when he realized he'd been caught.
POTIONS
Slughorn was teaching us about a weird and smelly potion when he told us about his Christmas party, and how only the Slug club would go. That we could bring a date, I immediately thought of Tom. I looked at him and smiled, he returned the smile. After class, I walked slower than usual for Tom could catch up.
"Hey, YN can we talk."
"Yeah." he leads me to a classroom.
"So I was wondering if you wanted to go with me to the party?"
"That would be great, my dress is a light purple. So..."
"Yeah, I got it. I'll get you from your common room." I smiled at Tom and walked out of the classroom smiling about what just happened.
Day of the PARTY
I walked down to the common room and waited for a knock on the door, so I could leave with Tom.
KNOCK KNOCK
I hurriedly opened the door and saw Tom in a tuxedo.
We linked arms and walked out with him. We walked through the halls of the castle and we had many weird looks, as of how he used to hate mudbloods, but he's now going on a date with one. We reached Slughorn classroom and walked in, I held Tom closely as everyone stared at the two of us.
"It's alright." he smiled at me, I nodded, as Slughorn approached us.
"Glad for you to come, looking ravishing mr. Riddle, and angelic Mrs. LN." He commented.
"Thank you, professor, glad to be here." Slughorn walked off to the next person to enter.
We talked with all of our friends that had attended and had a beautiful night, I couldn't help but fall for the boy. At the end of the night, Tom walked me back to my common room.
"Thanks for asking me Tom, I had a great night."
"Thank you for saying Yes."
"Well, I could never say no."
"Really?" he asked me, I nodded.
"Will you go on a date with me too Hogsmeade."
"Yes." I went to kiss his cheek, but he turned his head and I kissed his lips instead.
"Bye," I said as I pulled away and walked into my common room. That was a heck of a night.
If everyone had a bit of Love.
Maybe they wouldn't be so mad and feel alone
If Tom found love, no one would have died because of his rage.
