I was in the hallway at my locker talking to ran and sonoko. Ran and sonoko were plotting something and I was very confused. They said they wanted to go to tropical land with a grin on there face. Next thing I knew niko came up.
Dug. Dug. Goes my heartbeat.
"Hi guys! You said you.wanted to see me right?" she said with a smile. I feel like everytime she smiled her teeth shines.
"Yes, would you like to go to tropical land with us?" sonoko asked her. She blinked for a moment.
"Of course I'll go to tropical land with you." she said smiling with her eyes closed.
"Oh no sonoko me and you can't go to tropical land! We have that 'thing' to do.." ran said lying. ' I see what she's trying to do. ' I thought to myself. There trying to play a trick.
"Oh your so right ran. We do have that 'thing' to do. Sorry Niko." said sonoko acting dissapointed. What bad actors.
"Its ok sonoko and ran, I'll go with shinichi if its alright with him." niko suggested then looked at me for a answer. My breath hitched when she said my name.
Dug. Dug.
"Y-yeah that's fine.." I said as normal as possible.
"Great! I'll see you this afternoon shinichi. Bye!" niko waved to me and walked always happily. I smiled and waved back then I glared at the 2 girls.
"I know what you did there.." I said glaring daggers at the 2 girls who are my bestfriends.
They looked at eachother confused. "Did what?" they said in unison.
"You did this little 'scheme' just so I can go on a date with Niko! You 2 are horrible actors." I then grabbed my things and left.

Normal P.O.V.
Shinichi waited at the entrance of the park, were he and Niko would meet for there date. Suddenly he saw niko running up to him in a cute outfit (the out she is were is up top ⬆).
"Shinichi I'm sorry you had to wait! I had to take my dog outside and he was being ingnorent and stubborn." she said puffing her cheeks.
"Its fine Niko. Dogs can be exhausting." shinichi said chuckling. Then the 2 went on to there date.

"Wow that was amazing how you solved the murder shinichi." niko said eyes glowing in excitement.
"It was nothing. I was surprised you were into it. Most girls get scared or bored of murders and mysteries." shinichi said to Niko.
"Well duh silly, My father is a detective. I've been having to go to his cases since I was 3. I pick up some too." niko said giggling. While they were laughing together a man in a black trench coat came by. Then shinichi went to go follow them.
"Shinichi? Were are you going?" niko asked.
"I'll be back in a minute I have to go check something out." he said then ran off. Being curious she ran to catch up with him.
Shinichi was behind a wall observing the 2 men in the black trench coat. Niko tapped his shoulder. He jumped in surprise.
"Niko what are you doing here?!" he whispered shouted.
"I wasn't gonna leave yo- OOF!" next thing you know she was on the ground. One of the men in the black trench coat hit her in the head with a bat. When shinichi was gonna save her he got hit too. The 2 men stuck both drugs into the teen bodies.
