One For All (ワン・フォー・オール,Wan Fō Ōru): Inherited from Nana Shimura, Toshinori's Quirk grants him access to stockpiled power, granting him superhuman strength, superhuman speed, greatly enhanced agility, enhanced reflexes, high durability and the ability to jump extremely high.
Texas Smash (テキサススマッシュ,Tekisasu Sumasshu): Toshinori throws a right punch with enough force that the wind pressure sends anything made of liquid flying away. This move is first used to save Izuku from an unknown enemy.
Detroit Smash (デトロイトスマッシュ, Detoroito Sumasshu): Toshinori performs that same attack as Texas Smash except this move is with a downward punch instead of a straight punch. The punch is powerful enough to create a shock wave large and powerful enough to change the weather. This move is first used to save Izuku and Katsuki from an unknown enemy.
Missouri Smash (ミズーリースマッシュ, Mizūrī Sumasshu): Toshinori runs towards an enemy while keeping his hand flat and hits the enemy on the head while running past them. This move is first used against Trapezius Head Gear.
Carolina Smash (カロライナスマッシュ, Karoraina Sumasshu): Toshinori runs towards an enemy while keeping his hands in a cross position, then in a downwards cross chop to the enemies head. This move is first used against Nomu.
New Hampshire Smash (ニューハンプシャースマッシュ, Nyūhanpushā Sumassh): Toshinori blasts himself towards his enemy and smashes his body into the enemy, crushing and injuring the enemy with his great weight. This move is first used to propel himself at Izuku.
Oklahoma Smash (オクラホマスマッシュ, Okurahoma Sumassh): Toshinori whirls around while enemies have latched onto him, spinning with enough force that when they are released they are easily thrown through concrete. This move is first used against Nomu.
United States of Smash: Using all his power, Toshinori delivers a massive punch, powerful enough to send shockwaves reverberating the surrounding area; it was powerful enough to incapacitate enemies of extraordinary caliber such as All For One. Toshinori first used this move to defeat All For One, at the cost of almost completely exhausting what remains of One For All's power in his body.

The Eight Inner Gates is a technique that allows the user to open up the "eight gates", Chakra Points in the body that limit how much Chakra the body has flowing through it at any given point in time. When openned, the user's strength, speed, durability, and destructive capablility will skyrocket at the cost of major damage and intense pain being put on the body during and after the use of the technique. Might Guy can no longer use this technique effectively after the Fourth Great Ninja War, as his right leg is in a cast.

Despite not being able to use Ninjutsu or Genjutsu, is capable of keeping up with, and surpassing, the likes of Kakashi Hatake.
Learned how to use and mastered the Eight Inner Gates, a powerful forbidden jutsu that, at the cost of the user's body being put under intense pain, increases their strength multiple times over.
Learned how to predict his opponent's movements by watching their feet exclusively in order to counter Sharingan based Genjutsu. This technique was built by him in order to combat Kakashi Hatake, but is effective against any and all Sharingan users.
Itachi Uchiha, a very powerful Hidden Leaf Shinobi, warned his partner Kisame not to underestimate Might Guy just because he lacks ninjutsu or genjutsu, as his Taijutsu is unmatched.
Madara Uchiha, a legendary shinobi who rivaled the First Hokage, who went by the alias "God of Shinobi", had stated that in all his years of life (roughly 80 or so) he had never fought an opponent as skilled in Taijutsu as Guy, and that he was "the greatest of them all".
After opening the Eighth Gate of Death, Guy's speed and stength were so great that he was capable of bending time and space with just the pressure of his aura, as well as keep up with and outmaneuver the Ten Tails' Jinchuriki, who's reactionary speed is the speed of light (670,616,629 mph/1,079,252,848 km/hr) and movement speed is only just under that.
Survived using the Eighth Gate of Death (with outside help from Naruto Uzumaki), which normally kills the user.
Weakness
Despite his incredible stamina, he can be exhausted over the course of a battle from prolonged use of the Eight Inner Gates.
His right leg was shattered during the Fourth Great Ninja War, being put in a cast afterward, rendering him incapable of being effective as a ninja. This does not stop him from training or being effective in a fight because his skill in Taijutsu allows him to fight while standing on his hands.

At a local ramen shop, Midoriya and All Might sat in front of the stall, munching on a savoury bowl of noodles.
SLURP!!!
As Midoriya slurps up the noodle, he turns to All Might and he remarks.
Midoriya: Man, this is great.
All Might smirks and he said to Midoriya.
All Might: Huh. What did I tell you? The Hidden Leaf Village has the best ramen in the world.
Midoriya: Yeah.
Midoriya picks up the bowl and he tilts it over, drinking the gravy as he said.
Midoriya: Man, I can't get enough of this.
Just then, Might Guy and Rock Lee approaches the stall, with Rock Lee saying.
Rock: Man, I'm starving.
A smile spreads across Guy's face as he said.
Guy: Worry not my fellow pupil, it's time for some ramen.
As Guy and Rock sat next to All Might and Midoriya, Guy said to the stall vendor.
Guy: Two bowls of ramen my good lady.
However, to their dismay, the stall vendor said to them apologetically.
Stall Vendor: I'm sorry sir but we're all out.
Horrified, Guy exclaims out.
Guy: All out?! But how?! Who?
The stall vendor points at both All Might and Midoriya and she said.
Stall Vendor: Those two had just ordered the last two bowls of the day.
Angered, Guy threw up his leg, slamming his foot onto the table before shouting at All Might.
Guy: You! What's the big idea punk.
All Might simply said.
All Might: Hey don't look at me pal, but it's your own fault for coming this late.
Guy: Why....you....
Guy jumps back and he shouts at the Super Hero.
Guy: That's it! You're fighting me pal!
All Might stood up as Midoriya steps back, saying.
All Might: Then hurry up and come at me, no need to hold back.
Guy sprints forward and he shouts out.
Guy: DYNAMIC ENTRY!!!!
Guy jumps up and he throws a kick.
However, All Might simply raises up his arm, blocking the attack.
Pat!
Guy's face fell and he said.
Guy: Uh oh!
All Might clenches his fist and he throws a punch, striking Guy right in the face.
WHAM!!!
Guy: Yahhhh!!!
Guy screams out as he was sent tumbling back from the attack.
All Might folds his arms and he said to him.
All Might: You best give up.
However, Guy simply jumps up and he laughs out.
Guy: Hah! That didn't even tickle.
Guy whips his hand into his pocket and he throws several shurikens at All Might.
All Might jumps up into the air, dodging the attack.
However, at that moment, Guy jumps up and he throws one powerful punch, striking All Might square in the jaw.
BAM!!!!
All Might: ARGHHH!!!
The super hero screams out as he was sent flying back from the attack.
Thud!
Guy lands foot first onto the ground and he sprints forward.
All Might jumps up and he clenches his fist before sprinting towards Guy.
As the two closes in, both All Might and Guy screams out as they throws out their attacks.
All Might: Texas Smash!
Guy: Leaf Hurricane!
WHOOSH!!!! BAM!!!
A massive shockwave booms across the village, blowing everything back.
Both Midoriya and Rock Lee raises up their arms, shielding themselves as they look up, their jaws dropping in shock.
WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!
Both All Might and Guy jumps across the village, exchanging blows with each other.
A smile spreads across All Might's face as he compliments Guy.
All Might: Humphh! Not bad. You're a lot stronger than you look.
Guy smirks and he returns the compliment.
Guy: Heh! You're not so bad yourself.
BAM!!!
As their fists collides, both Guy and All Might jumps back, landing a few feet away from each other.
Thud!
Guy points a finger at him and he said.
Guy: But enough talk, let's get serious this time. Severe Leaf Hurricane Whirlwind!
WHOOSH!!!!
Guy launches a powerful attack right at All Might, striking right into him.
WHAM!!!
All Might: ARGHHHH!!!!
All Might screams out as he was sent tumbling back from the attack.
Guy then sprints towards him and he shouts out.
Guy: Leaf Drop!
However, All Might's mouth twists into a smirk and he launches himself forward, shouting.
All Might: New Hampshire Smash!
BAM!!!
Guy: Ough!
Guy coughs out as he felt All Might's sheer body weight slamming right into him, the sheer impact booming across his body.
WHOOSH!!!!
All Might halts in mid air and he watches as Guy was sent flying out of the village.
All Might: Oh you're not getting away. One For All!
WHOOSH!!!
The super hero jumps up high into the air, persuing the ninja.
Both Midoriya and Rock Lee stood frozen in place, their jaws dropping to the point they began touching the floor.
Midoriya: Oh...
Rock: My....
Midoriya and Rock: God.
Train tracks
WHOO WHOO!!!
A massive cargo trains drove along the tracks, driving through the thick and lush forest.
At that moment, Guy fell down from the sky, screaming out in terror.
Guy: WHOOAAAAAA!!!!
Guy spun around in the air before landing feet first onto the track.
Thud!
Guy pushes himself and he cracks his neck, remarking.
Guy: Man, that was some punch. Now where am I....huh?
Guy stops in his tracks upon realizing that he's now on top of a moving train.
Later
BAM!!!
All Might slams feet first onto the roof of the train before pushing himself up.
All Might: Man, I sent him all the way here? I wonder if I went too far with that punch.
However, at that moment, All Might felt something strike him from the back.
WHAM!!!
All Might: ARGHHHH!!!
All Might staggers forward before spinning back.
All Might: Why you little.....huh?
The super hero stops as he stares at the person behind him.
Behind him, Might Guy stumbles towards him, his face green of dizziness.
Guy: Man....I don't feel so good.
All Might looks at him and he questions in concern.
All Might: Hey listen pal, you wanna go rest? You don't look so good.
However, his words were turned to a deaf ear when Might Guy throws a kunai at him, screaming out.
Guy: Never!

All Might swerves his head to the side, only for the blade to slit across his cheek.

All Might: Ngn!
The super hero ran his finger across his face before looking at him palm.
Blood!
As All Might stares at the crimson liquid on his palm, he clenches his fist and he wonders to himself.
All Might: His aim is surprisingly sharp for his condition. Just what is he?!
Guy stumbles forward and he throws several shurikens at All Might.

All Might narrows his eyes and he shouts out.
All Might: Oklahoma Smash!
WHOOSH!!!
All Might spreads out his arms and he began spinning in a clockwise direction, his entire body becoming a red and blue blur.
CLANG!!! CLANG!!! CLANG!!!
The shurikens bounces off the spinning hurricane as All Might closes in onto Guy.
Guy looks at All Might and he said.
Guy: Hey I can do that too. Watch. Leaf Whirlwind

Both Guy and All Might closes in into each other, their bodies nothing more than a blur of red, blue, white and green.
WHAM!!! WHAM!!! WHAM!!!
Both Guy and All Might spun across each other, clashing as they spun across the train.
However, at that moment, All Might's eyes widens in horror.
Right in front of them, the train is closing in onto a bridge.
And Guy is unaware of the situation before them.
Upon realizing that, an idea struck All Might just as he launches himself forward.
WHOOSH!!!
All Might: Missouri Smash!
Guy: Eh what?
WHAM!!!
All Might slams right into Guy, sprinting forward just as he rams Guy backfirst onto the bridge.
CRASH!!!!
Guy: ARGHHHHHHH!!!!
Guy screams out in pain as All Might continues running.
All Might then grabs onto Guy and he lifts him up.
Guy: Let go!
WHAM!!! WHAM!!!
Guy angrily thrashes as he throws down two kicks, striking All Might in the face.
All Might ignores the attack and he throws Guy up into the air before clenching his fist, screaming out.
All Might: DETROIT SMASH!!!!
BAM!!!!
Guy: YAHHHH WHOO WHOO WHOO!!!!
Guy screams out goofy style as he was sent flying off the train.
All Might narrows his eye and he jumps off the train, giving chase.

Guy grunts out as he tumbles across the ground.
CRASH!!!!
All Might crashes foot first onto the ground, staring at the weakened Guy.
Guy pushes himself up and he said to All Might.
Guy: Hey pal! You have really gone and done it this time!
All Might: I could say the same to you, I have grown sick and tired of you.
Guy: Oh really? Let's just see how mighty are you against this!
ZSSTTTT!!!
A massive cackle of electricity forms around Guy's fist as he charges up his attack.
At the same time, All Might clenches his fist tightly and his arm muscles pumps up slightly.
Both mentors glares at each other before lunging forward, throwing out their most powerful attacks.
WHOOSH!!!

CRACK!!!

A massive contruct of a white tiger forms as Guy throws out the air.
All Might: United States of Smash!
All Might throws out his fist, a massive wave of air flowing around it.
BAM!!!
As their fists collides into each other, at that moment, the sheer impact of their punch created a massive explosion.

Birds chirps out as they flies away, fleeing from the site of the explosion.

As dark grey smoke shrouds the entire area, Guy jumps back and he throws out his most powerful attack.
Guy: NIGHT GUY!!!
Guy throws out a massive barrage of punches.
However, at that moment, All Might launches himself upwards with his arms in a cross position, flying towards the attack.
BAM!!! BAM!!! BAM!!!
All Might soars through the attack, his arms blocking as he closes in onto Guy.
Guy: What?!
Guy exclaims out in shock as All Might raises his arms upwards.
All Might: You're going down! CAROLINA SMASH!!!!
BAM!!!!
Guy: AHHHHHHHHH!!!!
Guy screams out as All Might slams his arms downwards, sending Guy tumbling down.
WHOOSH!!!
All Might then lunges downwards, clenching his fist as he screams out.
All Might: UNITED STATES OF SMASH!!!!
All Might throws one powerful punch, striking right into Guy's face.
WHAM!!!
Both All Might and Guy flew across the air, tumbling down before crashing right into the ground, causing a massive explosion.
KABOOM!!!!
All Might: Huff huff!
As the smoke clears, All Might pants in exhaustion as he looks down.
Below him, Guy lies on the ground, his entire body broken and battered as blood pools underneath his body.
All Might: OUGHH!!!
All Might leans forward and he coughs out blood.
As he held himself up, All Might thought to himself.
All Might: Damn it. That fight has put quite a toll on my body. But....
All Might's mouth twists into a smirk as he said to himself.
All Might: When there is nothing to be gained, rising to the challenge at those times....is surely the mark.....of a true hero!!!
