JISUNG'S POV:
Chenle and I went to the kitchen and ate breakfast. After that, I asked him about this morning.
"What about the song?"
"Oh yeah... About that..."
I wondered what he was going to say. Was he gonna confess something? What was he gonna confess? I got nervous, but I tried to stay calm.
"You know how we've been friends for a while now...."
"WHY ARE YOU BEING SO CHEESY sTOP," I said.
"oKAY ILL JUST SAY IT THEN," he said.
I got nervous, and he said it.
"I like you..."
"I-"
"I'M SORRY IF THIS RUINS OUR FRIENDSHIP," he said with worry in his eyes.
I was speechless. "CHENLE-"
"IM SORRY," he said, getting up to leave.
"NO WAIT," I said.
He came back and his eyes were watering.
"ITS OKAY BECAUSE I— I LOVE YOU TOO," I said.
"Really?" He said, sniffling.
"YES." I went over to him and gave him a hug.
"I love you, Jisung," he said, sobbing.
"I love you too," I said, "now stop crying."
"Okay," he said, letting out a laugh.
A few minutes later, Chenle stopped crying after I comforted him.
Then, he said, "Jisungahh?"
"Yes?"
"Wanna go eat fishcakes?"
"YEAH," I said.

And the two walked to the place where they first met— and ate fishcakes.
