A new day: But because You say so I will
Luke 5:1-11
• With the new day comes new hope.
• Change doesn't happen overnight.
• Think about what God wants to do in your heart and life this summer.
• We have an unchanging God
• Resolve means to be decided firmly on a course of action
• Romans 8:28
• Because God is so resolved he will never change.
• Gods resolution is for you to look like Jesus
• 2 Peter 1:1
• Acts 2:38-41
• Gods not done with your story yet
• Luke 5:5 ... But because you said so I will
• In the word BUT there was doubt
• God is not afraid of your doubt, or your questions.
• Change starts with a step
• Don't be afraid of the change that God wants to do in your life this Summer
• Great gains come from taking small steps forward
• Hebrews 1:1-3
• We forget who writes the bible
• if we remember who wrote the bible then Why don't we treasure it?
• What is one area of your life that you can devote it to the word of God?
• When we get close to to God then we get low and we fully depend on God.
• The best change that can happen to us is from the relationship we have from Jesus.
• Religion can make you look good on the outside but a relationship with God will change your heart
• Don't get so caught up in doing that you stop knowing
