Lily's POV
After the party Javi and I walked home together, some of the lights in the house were on so I knew Jacob was home.
I guess now is a good time to tell him about Javi and I.
I walked into the house and Jacob was sitting on the couch watching TV.
Jacob: Hey Lilypad. How'd it go?
How did what go?
Lily: The game? Oh it was good, but I want to tell you something.
Jacob: Sit.
He pats the couch and I sit down next to him.
Jacob: What's wrong?
Lily: Oh nothing's wrong. We've both been busy lately right?
Jacob: Right.
Lily: So recently I found out Jojo and his friend Brittany were seeing each other behind my back.
Jacob: I knew it! I knew she was a good for nothing- I gotta call 'Lasha!
He gets up but I stop him.
Lily: I'm not finished. So Javi's been such a sweetheart lately and he's been helping me through it and stuff and before the end of the game he was in a realy good posistion to shoot but he wouldn't so I was like "Javi shoot" and he refused to until I said I'd be his girlfriend.
Jacob: And?
Lily: He made the shot and won the game.
Jacob: So that means-
He jumps up and down on the couch in excitement.
Jacob: Now I gotta call 'Lasha and I'm going over to Juan's you wanna come?
Lily: As much as I'd love to, I can't I've been on my feet all day and I just really need to lie down.
Jacob: You do that, I gotta make a phone call.
Jacob's POV
I knew something was going on, Lily hadn't been talking about Jojo much but I'm just happy she found someone ten times better.
I mean she's going out with a Misfit that's so awesome! And maybe they'll have little Misfit babies. That would be cool.
I ran upstairs and dialled 'Lasha's number.
'Lasha: Jacob?
Jacob: Jojo's been cheating on Lily.
'Lasha: What? With Brittany?!
I could hear her get out of bed.
'Lasha: I knew that heffer was trying to steal Jojo away from her and he let her! Let me call CJ, CJ gon' beat his ass.
Jacob: But it's ok though.
'Lasha: No it's not ok, Lily gotta fight for what's hers.
Jacob: No it's ok because Javi just asked Lily to be his girlfriend.
'Lasha screams down the end of the line.
'Lasha: Dang home girl work fast. But they 'gon be so cute together.
I can hear her typing her password on her iPad.
Jacob: 'Lasha I can hear you on Instagram.
'Lasha: Aww.
Jacob: What?
'Lasha: You have to see their Instagrams. I gotta hang up on you though I need to make a phone call.
Jacob: Me too. Love you.
'Lasha: Byee.
I hung up and opened up Instagram. 'Lasha was right, they were cute, they had pictures up from the after party they just got back from. Pictures of Javi and Lily kissing while making hearts with their hands and stuff 'Lasha's probably squealing at right now. In fact 'Lasha's probably gonna wanna take pictures like this one day.
I double tapped all of the pictures both Javi and Lily uploaded and read through the commentson some of the pictures. Everyone was so positive about their relationship even the fan accounts talked about how cute it was.
Javi and Juan's House
I ran across to Juan and Javi's, Juan probably knows already.
I rang their doorbell like a hundred times and Juan answered.
Juan: Jacob what the hell man?-
I cut him off with a hug.
Juan: What's going on?
Jacob: Like you don't know.
Juan: Dude I really don't.
Jacob: Javi and Lily?
Juan: What about them?
I let him go and raised my eyebrow at him?
Juan: Ohh- what?- Javi!
Javi comes down stairs dressed in sweats and a t-shirt.
Javi:What? Hey Jacob.
Jacob: Come here you.
I pull him into a friendly head lock and ruffle his afro.
Javi: What'd I do?
Juan: His sister.
I looked up at Juan.
Jacob: That ain't funny.
I let go of Javi and chase Juan 'round his house.
Friday
Lily's POV
So I came round Javi's after school because we were supposed to be doing French together, Javier's least favourite subject.
Lily: Javi what does "je vais buvais" mean? Javi what are you doing?
I looked over at him playing Black Ops on his Xbox with the volume down low.
Javi: Lily, what does it look like?
I really didn't want to get angry at him because I didn't want us to fight.
Lily: Let's just try again tomorrow.
I grabbed my backpack and got ready to leave just as I walk past him he pauses the game, grabs my waist and pulls me onto his lap.
Javi: I'm sorry I'm being a real jerk, here.
He put the controller in my hands and showed me what buttons to press, soon I started to get the hang of it.
Javi: See you're getting good, I taught you something.
Lily: Maybe after this I can teach you French.
Javi: French and I don't get along.
Lily: But if you don't earn it you'll fail the class and if you fail the class you'll have to go to summer school and if you go to summer school I won't be able to do all the things I wanted to do with you over the summer.
Javi: Like what?
Lily: Go to the beach, the mall, maybe even a concert and we can go pennyboarding together and-
Javi: How about we ditch this game and go to the mall?
He paused the game and I got up off his lap and turned around to face him.
Lily: And after that?
I flipped my hair.
Javi: Maybe dinner, a movie more video games.
He flipped his hair too.
Lily: I was actually thinking of something more along the lines of French.
Javi: You're not gonna drop that are you?
Lily: Nope.
Javi: Let me just put some shoes on.
I flop down on his bed and unlocks my phone, while I was distracted Javi knelt down beside where I was lying.
Javi: Lily.
I turn around look at him and he cups my face and kisses me.
Lily: Javi!
I hit him playfully.
Javi: You fall for it every time!
We both laugh.
Javi's POV
Lily: Go and put your shoes on.
Javi: I will, just wait a minute.
She got up off the bed to put her own shoes on, I grabbed her waist and whispered in her ear.
Javi: You know I like your hair way better when it's curly.
She had straightened her hair today so it all flowed down her back. Usually it was big and curly.
Lily: Well I don't like it curly.
Javi: Pleeease I love it when it's curly.
Lily: It'll be curly again by tomorrow knowing my hair.
Javi: Promise me you won't straighten it when it goes curly again?
Lily: I can't promise I won't straighten but I won't straighten as much.
Javi: Pinky promise?
Lily: Pinky promise.
We locked pinkies.
The Mall
Jojo's POV
So Brittany and I were on our first date. I wanted to take her to a restaurant but she didn't wanna go anywhere fancy so if my girl don't wanna be fancy I don't wanna be fancy.
We went into Foot Locker because Britt wanted saw some Jordans she liked.
Brittany: Please bae..
She pouted and looked at me with those puppy dog eyes she's been giving me every time we go to a store.
Jojo: So you want these and the hot pink converses?
Brittany: They go with that new bandeu I just bought and I was gonna wear it to your basketball practice next Tuesday and you don't want me wearing shoes that don't match my outfit do you?
I sighed and rolled my eyes.
Jojo: We'll put it on the plastic.
She clapped her hands in excitement.
Brittany: Jojey! When did you get a credit card?
Jojo: It's not mine, it's CJ's. I'm getting mine next week.
Brittany: Oh, then we should come back here next week to break that credit card in.
We wait in line for the till and I try to work out how much I own CJ.
So we got her bandeus, bikinis and crop tops from Forever 21 that was $45 all together.

Then we went to a little boutique that put Swarovski crystals on her snapback. $30
Food for later $?? but if we get drinks from Starbucks I can use my card.
Which reminds me, I still owe Lily money from the time I forgot my Starbucks card and she paid for it using hers but then she had to buy me two because she spilt one on Javi so do I still owe her money?
I looked at the price the cashier rung up for her shoes and mine, that was a total of $231. Wait two hundrend and thirty one dollars?! CJ's gonna kill me. But I don't give a fuck, long as Brittany's happy.
Jojo: Brit I thought your pair were on sale?
Brittany: Yeah but yours weren't so I grabbed a couple more to make it fair so now you bought four shoes and I bought four.
Jojo: Fine but you're carrying your pairs.
Brittany: But my arms are tired.
She started to whine.
Jojo: Fine.
Brittany: Can we go to Hot Topic after this? I wanna new belly ring and then maybe Love Pink for a bikini.
Jojo: I already bought you two bikinis and I'm not going in to Love Pink, that store you hit that store with your girs not with me. But we can go to Hot Topic.
On our way to Hot Topic my arms started to get pretty tired from carrying all our bags, is it rude to ask a date if she'd take a turn carrying the bags? Then she held out her arm in front of me to stop me so suddenly I dropped the bags.
Brittany: Jojo!
Jojo: Sorry, don't worry I don't think anything broke. Why'd you stop?
Brittany: Look!
She pointed in the direction of Urban Outfitters where Javi and Lily just walked into the store.
Brittany: Come on!
She grabbed my hand and started pulling me in their direction.
Jojo: I thought you wanted to go to Hot Topic?
Brittany: I wanna see what they're doing.
Jojo: Probably shopping.
Brittany: Just come on.
We followed them into the store where Javi and Lily were looking at shoes. Brittany tapped each of them on the back.
Javi: Oh Jojo, Brittany fancy seeing you here.
Brittany: At the mall?
Javi: No in this store. I didn't know you shopped here.
Jojo: We do now.
Javi: Jojo Hollister is upstairs.
Lily and Javi both laugh.
Jojo: Very funny.
Brittany: Ooh we should go there after Hot Topic.
She looks in Lily's direction.
Brittany: Jojo's gonna buy me a belly ring. Did he do that for you?
Lily: No because there would be no point because I don't have a belly piercing.
Javi: Most people don't at fourteen.
Brittany: Well I do.
Lily: And that says a lot about you as a person.
Brittany: You wanna go? Jojo hold my earrings.
She got ready to beat the hell out of Lily, Javi stepped in front of Lily just in case anything did happen.
Lily: Yeah, I'd like to go. Go to another store. Come on Javi.
They leave and Brittany looks like she's about to cry.
Jojo: Babe what's wrong?
Brittany: They ruined our date.
Jojo: Don't worry let's get you the belly ring you wanted ok.
Brittany: Ok.
She sniffed and pouted I hated seeing her like this.
Jojo: And then after this, there's a Juicy Couture perfume with your name on it.
She clapped her hands excitedly.
Britany: Come on.
She drags me out of the store so we're basically sprinting around the mall. Even though it's her first time visiting this mall she seems to know where everything is.
We pass Lily and Javi and Brittany shoves me into Javi which makes both him and Lily fall over.
Brittany: Watch where you're going!
Lily goes bright red with embarrasment and Javi just glares at Brittany and I. Javi strokes Lily's arm.
Javi: It's ok.
Another couple the boy who I knew from Spanish class and was on the basketball team and a girl who has a locker opposite mine saw what happened and walked over to us and pretended to trip over nothing and fell on the floor next to Lily and Javi.
Javi's POV
The whole floor was full of people pretending to trip over nothing to make Lily feel better, Lily and everyone who pretended to trip were now laughing really hard.
When Brittany realised she didn't get the reaction she wanted, she grabbed Jojo's arm and stormed off. I turned to Lily.
Javi: Are you ok?
Lily: Yeah.
I get up and help her up.
Javi: Why did you ever go out with him?
Lily: I don't know.
Javi: Come on, we should probably get started on that French for real now.
I put my arm around her shoulder.
How did you guys like that?

I'm going to be doing a Ray and Marie chapter soon. Should the chapter be about Marie's baby shower?
Fun fact about this chapter: I started it over again three times to get it perfect for you guys. It was originally supposed to be just Jacob and Brittany's date but then I didn't like it so I re wrote it to be just about Jacob's reaction and his friends finding out about Jojo and Lily's break up so I kind of just stuck both ideas together and added a little more for you guys.
