"I'm not really sure about this" I say.
"You look gorgeous, now shush so I can do your makeup" Alice says.
Since I have no taste in fashion, according to Alice, she picked out my outfit.
She picked out this green dress that is really shimmery and it's paired with these white heels.
"Finished!" Alice says.
I look in the mirror, I think she used a natural pallet of eyeshadow.
It's actually really good, to finish my look, I get my white headband and..... there!
I'm still wondering how I'm going to walk in these heels.
"He's here!" Alice exclaims. I laugh, she gets excited over the littlest things.
A few seconds later I hear knocking, of course, she always uses her power.
I walk down to meet Embry ( a/n I know, so cliché) and he stares at me amazed.
"Hi" I say casually.
"He-Hey" he stutters.
Wow he's even more nervous than I am.
"So.... I figured it would be nice to walk there since you know there's a full moon tonight" He says.
"Okay, but you won't turn into a werewolf will you?" I tease.
"No" he laughs. I hear some footsteps, we give each other a look.
He signals me to keep walking, I'm actually kind of scared.
I haven't told Carlisle yet but I feel like my human senses are getting stronger and my vampire senses are sort of disappearing.
What if it is a vampire, I'm sure Embry could fight him but what about me?
Suddenly I'm pinned to the ground, and I stare into blood red eyes.
I feel the weight lifted off of me and I see Embry in his wolf form.
It's a male vampire, probably just created. The vampire stares at me in a crouched position.
"RUN!" Embry yells.
I kick off my heels and run as fast as I can.
Deep down I know I can't outrun a vampire but I keep running.
The vampire picks me up and throws me on the ground.
I hear a crack, and I'm positive it's my arm. I'm tired and hurt.
Oh no what if I'm completely human now? "Thought you could outrun me princess?"
"Before you ask, yes it is my fault you're completely human now" He says.
"H-how?" I stutter.
"Simple, while you were in that wolf school of yours, I put my venom in your food"
"Huh?" I ask completely confused.
"Since you're a hybrid and drank my venom that's what made you human, if I had bit you, you would be a vampire" he explains.
"What did you do to Embry" I say angrily.
"That's for me to know and for you to find out"
"Why did you do this to me?" I ask.
"I work for the Volturi" I look at him with wide eyes.
"You were not supposed to be born, so now you will be made useful for us" He says.
Oh crud, the Volturi?!? I didn't even get to go to the dance!
They'll probably keep me as a slave and I'll never be able to come home.
Well great, isn't this just peachy.
