"What?" The person turns her attention onto her, giving her a disgruntled once-over.

"Your shoe laces" She uttered flatly pointing at the person's footwear, "You forgot to tie them"

A look of perplexity flashes across the person's face when she immensely stared at the brunette who she guesses is 5 foot tall and tad anxious than she was, her gaze resurfaced as she gained back her senses dropping her eyes on the cold looking floor, she stares at her undone laces ridiculously as if contemplating if she could have been more lousy than she already concluded to be.

"Was it necessary?" The brunette spoke with contemporary annoyance dripping mildly from her voice, though somehow Lauren figured out that she was eventually speaking to herself when she mumbled in incoherence with a facial expression morphed far at ease, amused, Lauren couldn't help but chuckle at the girl's odd way of self-deprecation.

"It was necessary" Lauren simply stated, Camila was then cut-off from her lacing thoughts when Lauren offered her a reassuring smile. Camila somehow nods appreciatively at the simplicity of Lauren's response, considering the fact that Camila's authenticity when it comes to conversations turns out to be attainably horrible, anyhow, that's what makes Camila vivid, less words is a contradiction to the girl, and the lesser she speaks, the more comfort she gets.

Lauren's the opposite.

"I think it would be formally decent if I'd introduce myself" Lauren remarked unison and was about to do it until she saw no conformity from the brunette's face, as if she was trying to allocate something, her enthusiasm has slowly died down when the other girl showed nothing but the vitality of just being present with her, Camila wasn't anywhere near excited. The younger Latina didn't seem to care about Lauren's introduction, she was evidently repressed by a specific idea and that bothers the older girl more than she seems to care at that point.

"What?" Lauren tries to sound nonchalant but she knows that Camila got the memo when her face changes into an inaudible expression.

"I was wondering when you'd be able to tie those laces"

Lauren's adjacent scenarios comes to a halt after hearing Camila's specific concern, as a matter of fact she could have regulated a hypothetical comment, but looking at the person in front of her with a glint of seriousness through her brown orbs, she doesn't think that it would be such a good idea for a start. Instead the older Latina crouched down giving the younger girl exactly what she wants, but that doesn't keep her from giggling and no other less, talking.

"How is my laces part of your concern, if you don't mind me asking" Lauren spoke with a playful grin as if to lightly ease herself from her running thoughts of what could have been going inside the brunette's head, she seems more interesting than she tends to be, sure she could point out some initial things such as the girl's good looks and extreme morality of reading people's expressions, but Lauren has yet to discover the keen part of the younger girl's interests and inability to speak.

"You could have tripped"

"And how is it your concern if I do?" Lauren instantly backfired without thinking much of what could possibly come out of it.

Camila's very much pleased to be getting the same compensations being thrown at her, whereas she sometimes thinks that she ideally is used to these commonly state figures that she undergoes most of the time trying to engage herself with other people, though she obviously hates it, she despises talking as a matter of fact. So Camila did what she does best, she didn't speak, and by the time that Lauren got up she took a few steps back to justify her intentions. And Lauren does the opposite.

"Lauren Jauregui" She stretched out her right hand just enough for the younger one to reach, Camila stares at it dumbfounded, she chewed at her cheek trying to postulate the gesture, yet it is to sink in and now she's uncomfortable by their recent exchange, she could have been sure that the older Latina wants nothing to do with her, she's accustomed to be either left or profoundly enjoyed less because she was detained of being without question, a boring entity.

"I was wondering when you'd be able to shake my hand" Lauren mocks, incredibly failing when she cracked a toothy grin.

Camila was hesitant at first, but the low blow of her linear calculations with the girl in front of her is confusing enough that she'd pay no relevance of it being cliché or anything near that, she shooked Lauren's hand gracefully as she was thought to and introduced herself.

"Camila"

"Camila?"

Lauren stared at her with expectant eyes, her lips were quite parted while her freckles were much more visible due to the brighter hue of the coffee's embedded wall paint, Lauren indeed has a very pretty eyes, she was clearly beautiful and that instinct of gratification doesn't just comes around, specially with Camila, then she was snapped out of her thoughts when Lauren cleared her throat.

"Camila Cabello" She mentally slapped herself for dozing off, on a daily basis she can be more composed, she swears.

"Nice to meet you Camila Cabello"

Camila genuinely told Lauren the exact same thing, then an awkward silence fell upon them, Camila clearly won't speak on behalf of making herself look good in front of Lauren Jauregui, she doesn't associate that way, her terms are proportional, she constantly speaks when it's necessary, though she marvels Lauren for speaking cordially.

"Do you come here often?"

"You don't" Camila points out,

Lauren of course, accredited Camila for her juvenile statement, the young Latina was indeed so short and casual to her words that it was just common knowledge for Lauren to think that Camila Cabello was insanely attractive, Camila was vague, and Lauren's drawn to it, she was like a palette of mysteries for the green eyed girl, she was feeling ecstatic just being able to talk to her.

"I'm guessing you're a regular customer" Lauren directed as she sternly scanned the colorful booths.

Camila doesn't seem to surpass the point of speaking so she nods.

"The line is taking too long" Lauren grunted immensely making a whiney noise, causing the person in front of her to turn around giving her a disheveled expression, Lauren courtly apologized for her actions as she decided to take out her phone before looking directly at the younger Latina. Eventually they exchanged numbers because Lauren insisted to, Camila felt deprived by her own decisions honestly, but she couldn't just say no, she's not accustomed to saying no.

"You don't talk too much do you?"

Different waves of possible answers washed over Camila's brain, she was expecting it, maybe Lauren's curious or just playing nosy about her lack of inhabit to speak well or no other less more compromised like how normal people do, how Lauren does it. Camila fidgets, she just hopes that Lauren couldn't sense her anxious tenor building up to the pit of her stomach.

"It's unnecessary"

Lauren's smile falters hearing the hint of Camila's blunt statement, she finds bliss in words and she's generous enough of giving it to those who's worth the endearment, Camila was different though, she doesn't find much value when it comes to words, she has elated herself for being worst at it that at one point, she begun hating it.

"Is it?" Lauren's voice was subtle, Camila's sure that she was partly unhappy by her statement, she could have said a different connotation that is more affectionate and beyond than what she has intended it to be, but Camila isn't so pleased with the idea of giving Lauren false ideas of how she postulates with words, Camila could only think the disregard behind the older Latina's expression.

"On the contrary" Camila nods.

With that being said, Lauren fights back the block of questions forming by instinct, the last thing she would have is an agitated girl in front of her, Lauren gives credit for how Camila could even form a few syllables and still throws a clear vintage point of what she was trying to say, she thinks Camila is exceptional and yet to be refined in a way. Lauren respects some boundaries and she somehow understands Camila's comical perception of things.

"Say Camila" Lauren started, her senses were on a grid making sure that she wasn't throwing too much at the younger Latina, but was relieved when Camila is all ears for her, the firm structure of her jaw line was more apparent to the green eyed girl, then it clicked merely right away, Camila is at her discomfort.

"I don't bite by the way" Lauren chuckled lightly and throws a deep throaty sigh after Camila's demeanor shifted onto a sketchy contrast, she wonders how words easily stresses the girl out, it's a bit amusing to her, yet Lauren also thinks it's quite cute too, and she was at ease when she noticed that the brunette was less at tense.

"No, I don't think that you do" Camila noted indisputably,

"You don't?"

"It wasn't implied" Camila declares more likely convincing herself, she was back at being strained when Lauren looks at her resolved, her green orbs were cluttered with diversion and she felt restricted, more over because she couldn't clothe words without having to embarrass herself, subordinate to Camila's expectancy she was bolted from the blue when the older Latina smiled lowly that it was somehow deafening to the younger one.

"It was a joke, Camila" Lauren shakes her head implausibly,

"I'm not oblivious of the actuality that it was voluntary to be one"

Lauren usually mocks people whenever they're on the verge of speaking like the world was being annihilated by commonsensical entities, but she has withdrawn by it when it came to the younger Latina speaking with incoherence and a voice muffled with insecurity and a unusual amount of deprived thoughts. Lauren herself could sense the adaptability of Camila's way of boxing some ideas since her gestures were more likely repulsive, but of course other people wouldn't notice the flexibility of it since sadly, Camila was getting good at it, regulated with their comparison, Lauren couldn't be more hopeful than to get used to Camila's company, she's no other less uninteresting to the older Latina.

"I like the way you speak" Lauren said accordingly looking confined by her rationality,

Lauren has been to associate well with people since she was seven, she sees a very thorough point of how distinct words can be, the way other people prepossess the relevance of how they'd accommodate each other by deceptive ideas, forming words is one of the older girl's favorite, she doesn't find minor interests when it comes to conversations, as a matter of fact, Lauren's confident enough to emancipate her radical slurs whenever it's necessary for her to do so.

"It's different" As of proving her point to Camila.

The younger girl could immensely see through people, and the green eyed girl was surprisingly sincere with her words, no hint of mild deception or playful disposition, hinting on what Lauren's intents were scared Camila, she stood still contemplating at the directedness of the older Latina's statement, she was indeed unwell with formulations, of whether to say something or might well as not. She was stressing too much.

Lauren sensed it.

"Can I sit with you?"

"Wh-at?" Camila was snapped out from her thoughts, looking dangerously anxious at the older Latina's question.

Lauren likes the fondness that she's getting from the younger girl, she felt like she was particularly intimidating with people, but not as intimidating around Camila, it was painfully cute to see the younger Latina pinching the bridge of her nose as if to draw more speculation of stress running through her mind, Lauren's chuckle hasn't gone unnoticed though.

"You heard me, Camila" Lauren snickered,

Though instead of giving Lauren a significant response, Camila nodded with the thought of having to deal with her more likely for the next half hour, that even just the thought of it renders it exhausting.

"I won't talk too much, for the betterment"
