A/N: This is really important to me, so PLEASE read it even though it's not about the story. Today this guy in my class call a girl fat. It wasn't funny at all. I have an eating disorder, but I'd doubt anyone would know that. She could have one too. Point is you don't really know a person until you're in their shoes. They might want to go home and kill themselves every night, or cry themselves to sleep, or throw up after everything time they eat. She may have brushed it off or she may have gone home and cry. There's never a good reason to hurt someone. Lets leave it at that. Sorry for the rant but it's been bothering me all day.
I took a deep breath before walking into the class I had with Chace and Jake. I usaully sat right next to Chace as of lately, but I wasn't going to go there today.
Sitting next to Chace would've been too much considering what he'd done last weekend. He hadn't even tried to apologize to me yet... Not that I wanted to talk to him anyway.
I slipped into the sit on the opposite side of the room from Chace. Jake sat two seats behind me and while I much rather sit next to him than the girl currently next to me who was continuely stratching her scalp, I couldn't. I didn't want to give Chace the wrong impression about Jake and me.
I stole a glance in his general direction. Just like Jake there were still bruises and slight cuts on his face. That was probably why the gossip traveled so fast around the school. To see the two of them all beat up it was pretty obvious. I mean everyone had already known they didn't like each other, they just didn't know why. Now that a fist fight had sprung up they were killing themselves over what the reason could've been.
I sighed and turned my head to the front of the class room again to listen to my boring teacher drone on. However it was still better than thinking about Chace and Jake causing this rumor to spread like wild fire.
The girl next to me- the one with the scalp problem- handed me a folded piece of lose leaf. I looked up to make sure the teacher wasn't looking before I opened it. I frowned as I noticed Chace's hand writing. However I decided to read the note anyway.
Meet me outside by the brick wall our next off period?
I wanted to rip that paper to shreds. Was he freaking kidding me? He wanted me to meet him outside after what he did? I sure as hell was not going to do that. I srunched up my nose as I re-read it.
I did respond though. If I had it would've just been a long sttring of curse words scrolled out onto a pathetic sheet of paper.
The bell rang and I couldn't have been more happy. I hated being stuck in that room with Chace. It made me want to tare my brown hair out.
I was just at the door when I felt a hand on my wrist holding me back.
I spun around to find Chace holding me. I scanned the room- Jake was alreay gone. Everyone but Chace and me were gone. Damnit, I scolded myself, why did I have to take so long to pack up? Stupid free period making me think I could take me time.
I scowled down at his hand and seethed, "Get off me."
He gave me a sad look before pushing me against the wall with him against me. He had pinned my arms above my head with his hands.
"Not until you listen to me," he bargined.
"You know my legs are still free, right?" I asked.
"Yeah, what does that have to do with- Ow!" I kneed him right in his 'sensetive area' forcing him to let go and back off me so he could cup his crotch.
I smirked but was still so angry with him, "Don't ever touch me again."
"Skye," he moaned in agony, "Just hear me out."
"No, sorry," I crossed my arms, "I'm too busy slutting it up."
"I didn't mean to say that," he dropped his hands, but this face was still red with pain.
I cocked my head to the side and raised an eyebrow, "What did you mean to say then?"
"I-I don't know," he sighed, "Just not that."
"Fine," I uncrossed my arms and began to walk away then called over my shoudler, "Let me know when you figure it out."
