I hadn't slept a wink but I had made up my mind.
I had to speak to mom and dad but I didn't think they'd have a problem with it.
I'd already rang my gran and she was looking forward to me coming.
I pulled down my suitcase and started packing.
I packed a bit of everything because I really didn't know how long I was going to stay.
I heard mom get up so I went downstairs to talk to her.
"Hey honey." she said pouring a coffee.
"Hey mom, I want to talk to you about something." I started.
"Ok....what's up." she looked at me, she knew about Jimmy so she wasn't surprised.
"I've spoken to Gran and we've decided that I'm going to stay with her awhile."
She looked a bit shocked "When are you going honey?"
"As soon as I pack." I said.
"Oh Lilah, I'll miss you, but you do what's best for you. Are you driving up?" she asked.
"Yeah, I'll drive up today, I shouldn't get there too late."
She pulled me into her arms and hugged me.
"I know your hurting baby, but you do what makes you feel better."
I hugged her back and went upstairs and finished packing.
I had too leave, I didn't want to see Jimmy, he'd made it very clear to me how it was going be and if he didn't love me anymore I couldn't be around him.
I finished packing and loaded my car.
I hugged mom and dad and drove off, I had tears in my eyes, I didn't know if I would be back.
