maisie was crying a lot, making her unable to drive. so louis lead her to his car, he promised her that after all of this that he will bring her back to get her car.
he opened the passenger side door, he helped her in and closed it once she sat down.
"what kind of car is this?" maisie asked, sniffling a bit as louis got in the driver's seat. the boy smiled widely.
"a 1961 lincoln continental convertible, it was a gift from my father." he said.
"well it's really nice, i like it." she said, with a light smile.
louis smiled back as he put in the keys and turning them. as he heard the engine roar, he proceeded to pull out of his parking spot and onto the street. he gave it to louis before he left, louis hasn't talked to his dad in awhile but he has grown extremely attached to this car. it was his special item.
and he was happy that maisie liked it.
