I watch her as she walks the halls. Chatting away with her friends. She has no idea I'm watching her. She has no idea I even exist. All these people in high school have no idea what truly matters.
I've been watching her for some time now. Since freshman year. I've watched her go through everything. I've been with her through everything.
I've sat back and gritted my teeth. Watching. Watching as she dated guy after guy. Who only hurt her. I wanted to show her that I can truly be there for her. And that's exactly what I proved to her at some low rate college party.
I was gentle with her. She needs to understand.
If I can't have her.
No one will.
