Chapter 1
Pinalampas ni mommy iyon and did not call lolo anymore. Thank God! i thought i will be screwed!
Unfortunately, i need to behave for the sake of myself, dahil baka ipatapon ako ni lolo somewhere faraway kapag nalaman niya about sa troubles ko sa school. The next day, i am two times nicer, kahit nabubwesit ako sa pagngisi saakin ni Trixie ay hinahayaan ko lang.

"Saan kaya ang luminous ngayon?" said Marie.
"What the fuck is luminous?" i asked.
"Oh! the band of your brother, duh." she rolled her eyes, pinanlakihan ko naman siya ng tingin.
She smiled. "Peace."
Inirapan ko na lang siya. We went to our classroom, we sat to our assigned seats before listening to the rants of our professor. Nakapalumbaba lang ako, and drawing some doodles at the back of my notebook.
May iboboring pa ba ang araw na ito?
Out of boredom, i stood up and went out from the class. I heared my professor is calling my name. I just shrugged it off. I don't need her sermon! her subject is so freakin' boring!
I went to the girl's restroom. I fixed myself there, i frozed when i heared an unusual moans from nearby, dito lang iyon sa loob!
I know this kind of scenes! I am sure someone is making out here! how cheap.
But i got curioused. Dahan dahan kong binuksan ang isang cubicle. And my eyes widen from what i saw! If this is just a random guy, i would definitely took a picture of them making out but this guy-- The cold guy who's a friend of my brother!
They stopped kissing when they saw me. Their position is very scandalous! The guy is sitting on the closed bowl while the girl is on his lap grinding!
Yuck!
Nagmadali akong umalis doon. Hannah and Marie should know this! i will also tell this to my brother!
How cheap was that! They should've paid for some hotels or kahit motel man lang! But because of their hornyness, hindi na sila umabot doon at nagtiis sa isang restroom! How lewd is that?
I texted my friends.
To: Hannah and Marie
Both of you. i'm here at the soccerfield. sumunod kayo, i have something to tell you.
My reply was sent right away, naghintay pa ako ng ilang minuto.
I so remember that cold guys eyes, same with his personality, malamig rin ang titig niya saakin kanina. If he's angry because i saw them in that kind of position sana nagpunta na lang sila sa isang malapit na hotel, right?
Nakakalibot tuwing naalala ko! Oh God! Cleanse my mind.
Few more minutes dumating na rin ang dalawa.
"Anong ikukwento mo?" takang tanong ni Hannah.
"You won't believe what i am going to tell you! Hanggang ngayon nangingilabot pa rin ako!" i said dramatically.
"What?" both the said in chorus.
I told them about what happened. Me exiting the classroom till i caught that blonde guy making out. It's very disturbing everytime it flashes on my head. I suddenly wanted to go to the church and kneel there.
"Kung nakita niyo lang, both of you will gross out!"
"I find it hot." ngumisi si Hannah.
"Ang swerte naman no'ng babae na iyon." Marie pouted.
My jaw dropped to them. They didn't-- why are they-- what the actual fuck! Mukhang ako lang ang nandidiri dito!
Napailing na lang ako sakanilang dalawa. I went home, still feeling disgusted because of what i witnessed. I am an open minded person pero hindi pa kasi ako nakakakita ng ganoon, live! and i never wished to witness one!
How bad... crush ko pa naman sana siya!

I also told my brother about it. He only laughed at mukhang wala siyang pakealam sa kung anong gawin ng kaibigan niya. Napairap na lang ako at pumasok sa sarili kong kwarto. I covered my face when the image of what happened earlier flashed in my head once again.
Ugh! Stop!
It's making me tremble so bad! He doesn't looked like that type of person. How disappointing naman...
The next day, i acted like nothing happened. Binura ko na rin sa isipan ko ang nangyari yesterday. Dapat hindi ko na isipin iyon because it's not my business anymore! Basta next time, huwag na sila magpahuli.
But unfortunately, habang naglalakad ako sa school ground ay nakasalubong ko na naman si blonde guy. Iniwas ko kaagad ang tingin ko, i can feel my heart beating so fast. It reminded me again what happened yesterday. Ano ba naman 'to!
Eyes straight, Chloe! don't look!
But there's something in him that made me look. Nakatalikod na siya sa akin, dire-diretso pa rin ang lakad niya.
He doesn't even glanced at me?
I imagined him begging to me, begging me not to tell anyone about what i had witnessed yesterday. But i assume wrong. It looks like he doesn't care at all! He's not bothered about it.
Sabagay, if ever na pinagkalat ko iyon instead of being disgusted of him, girls will probably run to him and offer theirselves to him!
Ngayon ko lang din naalala, he also called my attitude weirder. Ha! i should hate him for that.
Feeling gwapo!
I rolled my eyes to his back (kahit hindi naman niya iyon nakikita) before i walked out. Pumasok na ako sa klase ko, at mabuti na lang nandoon na ang dalawa kong kaibigan.
I just pretended listening to our professor. I'm just leaning on my chair, and swirling my pen around my hair.
"Okay sophomores! we will be having an acquaintance party and that will happen two weeks from now and will be held only at our school gymnasium. Make sure to dress yourselves, magpaganda kayo at magpagwapo!"
Nagpalakpakan naman kami. I suddenly felt lively! I am so excited, gonna buy myself dresses right away.
"Class dismissed."
We stood up and headed our way to school cafeteria. Everyone is talking about the upcoming acquaintance party.
"I'm excited!" i smiled.
"Yes you are! lagi ka namang excited kapag may ganitong events."
I giggled to Hannah's sentence. Well, she's right naman about it. Kahit isang buwan pa bago ang isang event, i will buy clothes na agad. It's better be prepared than looking ugly in that event, 'no!
I went straight to the mall to buy clothes, my brother want me to go home with him pero i told him that i am going to buy something. Sad to say, tatlong damit lang ang nagustuhan ko sa ilang oras kong paglilibot around the mall.
I also bought new makeup, i don't need to hire makeup artist for that event when i can do it for myself.
Umuwi na ako after, but my forehead creased as i saw some unfamiliar cars parked on our mansion's parking space. Kinabahan naman ako bigla.
Don't tell me? Lolo's here?
Dahan dahan akong pumasok sa loob. Unfamiliar voices filled my ears, group of men are found sitting on our couch in the living room. The what they so-called 'Luminous' are here! Akala ko naman si lolo na!
But what the actual fuck? Anong ginagawa nila dito!
Natuon ako ng pansin ni Chlay, kaya pati mga kasama niya ay napalingon saakin. Humalukipkip ako sa harapan nila.
"My sister's here!"
I lift my brows on my brother. My eyes moved to the person who's beside my brother. I suddenly swallowed my own saliva. Hindi siya nakatingin saakin pero grabe iyong kaba ko. With just his mere presence, every part of my body is trembling.
"I heared you saw Drexzel making out with someone?" The chinito guy smirked.
My face heated. I glared at my brother, malamang sinabi niya sa mga kaibigan niya! How embarassing!
Tinignan ko naman ang Drexzel na iyon, he doesn't care at all! His friend is mocking him but he just shrugged it off na parang wala lang. Walang kahihiyan!
"Where's mom?" i asked my brother trying to ignore their teasing.
"Kitchen, nagbebake siya for us."
At pinagbake pa sila?
"What are they doing here anyway?" i lift my brows.
My brother throw me some death glares.
"Don't be rude, they're my visitors."
Napairap naman ako. Kahit ipagtabuyan ko sila mukhang wala naman silang pake! At mukhang hindi naman nila ako narinig dahil busy sila sa pang-aasar.
"I'm just asking." i shrugged.
"Magpapractice kami sa music room."
"Then why are you here in the living room when you're supposed to be in the music room naman pala?"
"Chloe-- will you just stop asking questions!" iritadong sambit niya.
"Whatever."
Days passed so quickly, bukas ay acquaintance party na! Walang professors ang nagtuturo ngayon. They are all busy for the upcoming event tomorrow night.
Kaya pala may practice ang "The Luminous" dahil may performance sila sa gabing iyon. And that's why most of the girls wanted to dress as best as they can para daw mapansin ng mga lalaking iyon.
Pathetic!
And tonight is the night. I wore a tight red dress hugging my curvy body. I curled the bottom of my hair. I made my makeup as light as possible, i don't want to wear too much makeup. When i'm all done, kinuha ko na ang silver kong purse.
I'm ready to go!
"Mabuti naman at tapos ka na! Iiwan na sana kita." my brother rolled his eyes on me.
"You know us girls naman 'diba? Compare to boys, mas maraming details ang dapat gawin ng mga girls most especially with this kind of events."
"Tss. Whatever, Tara na."
Sumakay na kami sa kotse niya. Hindi nagtagal ay nakarating na rin kami sa school. Naghiwalay na kami ni Chlay, he went to his bandmates while i went to my friends.
"Chloe! over here!"
I saw my friends waving their hands. Agad naman akong lumapit sakanilang dalawa.
Hannah is wearing a royal blue long sleeve dress, na see-through sa may sleeves niya. While Marie is wearing a pink off-shoulder dress.
Pumasok na kami sa loob ng gymnasium, and i must say that they really did prepared for this night. We went to our reserved seats, hindi pa nagsisimula ang program kaya marami pa ang nag-iikot ikot.
The dean went to the stage and started the program by introduction and some speech.
"Let the party begins!"
The crowd started to scream and shout. The student council served some wine, well of course we're no longer highschool students, Hindi pwedeng juice pa rin ang iseserve nila, right?
"Hi Chloe..." a guy approached me.
I stopped him right away.
"I'm not interested."
He looked disappointed when he turn his back. Not going to entertain some boys, sakit lang naman sila sa ulo.
I never had a boyfriend before. Well, i had some suitors but i rejected them right away, tuwing may nakikita akong nakakaturn off sakanila. And i am not in a hurry naman, i am enjoying my own company. I don't need boys to live, I live because boys needs me.
I laughed with my own thought.
"Ladies and gentlemen, please do welcome...The Luminous!"
Everyone is shrieking, except me and Hannah. Wala namang nakakakilig sakanila. Yes, they're handsome pero para saakin wala silang substance.
They went out from the backstage, napairap naman ako nang makita silang nagpapacute sa mga girls.
How cringey!
They started playing their instruments. What made me stop that, Drexzel is the one who's singing.
And the usual electrifying feeling has filled me again, na sakaniya ko lang nararanasan. I spaced out, and my eyes focused only to him.
Saka lang ako napabalik sa aking sarili nang matapos ang kanta at nagpalakpakan ang mga tao.
Damn, what was that?
"Thank you, guys!" they said and went back again to the backstage.
The hyped music started again. Napabuntong hininga na lang ako. My eyes went to the person who's walking towards my way.
Napangisi ako.
"Trixie, Akala ko ba no pets allowed, bakit nandito ka?" i smirked.
Napasimangot naman siya.
"Nandito ako para sirain ang gabi mo." she also smirked.
"So you accept the fact that you are a pet?" i giggled.
Tinalikuran ko na siya but i suddenly slipped, at napakapit ako sa isang tela... or should i say damit ng professor namin kaya na-exposed ang hello kitty niyang bra.
She shrieked.
"Ms. Castaniego!"
