Prem and Simar slowly walk towards the terrace without saying anything and without making eye contact.
Later they sat on the chairs opposite each other and Prem started the conversation by asking what Simar liked and about her cooking.
After a bit of questions and answers Simar felt more confident and so started talking and asking questions too. They both laughed and Prem stopped and looked at Simar while she carried on. She saw him looking and stopped. He smiled and said to her that she looked like a princess when she laughed and so laugh all the time. Simar blushed.
Finally Prem held his hand out and sat on his knees and asked if she would marry him. Simar didnt react. Prem changed his words and asked if they could start the relationship by being friends and then move on when shes ready. After some thought Simar placed her hand in Prem's and accepted Prem's friendship. He gave a dimpled smile.
He got up and still holding Simar's hand walked out with her by his side like a real loving husband would do.
