Giotto then fell asleep thinking on his mothers words and worrying about the next couple of days ahead.
Now
GIOTTO'S POV
I woke up to the sunlight hitting my face, 'God I hate mornings why why does school have to start so early anyway' I looked at the clock and it said 7:00 (not sure when it starts) meaning I still had an hour until school starts so I got ready and headed down stairs to the kitchen and saw mom and said to her " hey mom I thought about what you said last night and I finally understood what you meant" she looked at me confused.
NANA'S POV
I heard Giotto coming down the stairs and into the kitchen and he said "hey mom I thought about what you said last night and I finally understood what you meant". 'Ok I'm confused because I never spoke to him last night so what is he talking about' I thought.
NO ONE'S POV
Whilst nana looked at her son in confusion Giotto asked "mum why do you look as if you don't know what I'm talking about". It took a few seconds for nana to reply but she said " to be honest with you i have absolutely no idea what you are going on about whoever you were talking to last night wasn't me because I went to bed at 9:00 last night because I was tired" Giotto looked shocked anyway not two minutes later lambo and lampo came down stairs and Giotto told them about it then the three of them got breakfast and headed to school once at the school grounds Giotto told alaude and kyouya to go to the roof during lunch as he needed to tell everyone something and asked kyouya to call reborn and ask him to turn up as well.
Kyouya nodded fished out his phone and called reborn//ring, ring, ring//
"Hello" the striped fedora wearing hitman said
"Reborn it's me kyouya" the ravenette said
"Ah. Kyouya what is it you need me for" reborn asked
"I was asked by Giotto to call you he said can you get to the school for lunch and come to the roof he says he has something important to tell us and that you might be interested" kyouya said
"Alright tell the brat I will be there later" reborn said then hung up.
Kyouya then turned to Giotto and nodded signalling he was coming and the blonde walked off to class leaving the prefects to their duties. As he entered the class he was greeted by a worried G, a calm yet concerned asari, a relaxed knuckle,lampo was still behind him and a creepy deamon. Giotto turned to deamon and said "just wondering but have you or your siblings been casting any illusions on me over the past twenty-four hours" herb was replied with a no he then told everyone to go to the roof during lunch.
Meanwhile lambo entered his classroom and went to his seat no less then 2 minutes later hayato, takeshi and chrome were around him he said "Giotto asked for all of us to go to the roof during lunch as he needs to tell us something he already told me and lampo so I passed it on to you and chrome will you notify mukuro and ask him to tell ryohei please" chrome nodded and did as told.

'Yes nagi-chan'
'Giotto wants to see everyone on the roof to tell us something can you pass it on to ryohei please'
'Of course nagi anything for you'
Chrome then looked to the others and said "I just told him he will be telling ryohei when he gets there" everyone nodded and went to their seats as the bell rung for class to start.
Three hours of torture later
The bell rang for lunch and everyone walked to the roof reborn was sat on the railing waiting for them once everyone was there he said "the reason I asked to speak to you is to warn you not to trust anyone not even people you are close to" everyone but Giotto, lampo and lambo were confused so reborn asked the million dollar question "may I ask why Giotto?" For a second everyone looked shocked that reborn didn't put Baka in front of Giotto's name then Giotto said "The reason I am telling you this is because last night I was thinking about what happened earlier that day with The illusion and everything then someone knocked on my bedroom door I went to answer it and it was my mum I let her we talked and she gave me some advice anyway then I fell to sleep. I woke up this morning, got ready and walked downstairs and told my mum The tide for about what she said and that I think I finally understood what she meant for her to look at me confused which is rather strange anyway I told her and she said that it wasn't her she was already asleep that's why I was calling you here because someone an illusionist managed to sneak into my house pose as my mother for some reason give me advice so that's why I asked Daemon this morning whether he or his siblings have used any illusions on me in the past 24 hours which he said he didn't so that only leaves two possible mist users that I know of one being viper the other being the mist guardian of the Varia however I have to rule out the one from the varia because where would they give me advice and I highly doubt it was viper because she doesn't do anything without money involved so I'm kind of confused so the only thing I can do is just tell you to keep your eyes open for anything suspicious in anyone you are close to" everyone nodded including reborn.
Just then everyone heard a familiar voice "aww The things I do for people I mean you didn't leave it with me and here was me trying to help you figure things out give you clues as to how you might be able to help defeat certain people but you know you don't believe me I'll just leave you to figure things out on your own seeing as you didn't believe it was me who was giving you the best clues I could I mean how stupid can you be anyway I better get going boss will be pissed off if he finds out I was here we will meet again soon decimo candidate and mist guardian candidates hehehehe" everyone looked around as they were sure they heard tsuna's voice but were met with the mist guardian from the varia instead who then disappeared in mist flames.
Reborn was the first to gain his composure back and said to his student "what advice did he give you anyway?" Everyone looked at Giotto waiting for an answer and Giotto said "the advice he gave me was this "now you know that the figure has been following you just keep your guard up and also make sure you keep an eye on your surroundings and look at every detail because sometimes the most hard to believe things turn out to be true and the most easiest things to believe can be false even before ones eye, death being an exception it allows one to get away from all of the problems of life but living is what makes people who they are." I didn't really understand it at first but I think I have a little grasp as to what it meant" reborn nodded and thought 'interesting' before leaving the others to eat quietly before going back to lessons.
10 minutes later at the arcobaleno mansion
Reborn walked through the door and ducked just in time to avoid a bullet to the head he then looked to the living room to see the others fighting and he sighed aria walked up to reborn and said "so where did you run off to earlier" reborn looked at her and said "Giotto wanted to tell me something and it was very interesting" a smirk now present on his face all the others stopped fighting and waited for reborn to carry on "well it turns out the new varia mist guardian gave Giotto some advice which was something along the lines of keep your guard up and also make sure you keep an eye on your surroundings and look at every detail because sometimes the most hard to believe things turn out to be true and the most easiest things to believe can be false even before ones own eyes which I thought was rather interesting" everyone looked deep in thought they spent the next 6 or so hours trying to come up with an answer.

'It seems the clues they were given have really stumped them don't you think notte' I thought
'Yes your right my clues may have been a bit to cryptic but it's fun to watch them struggle trying to find someone that is actually their enemy right giorno (day)'notte replied
'Indeed no one would ever believe we are the same person but still our personalities are combining which is going to make us go crazy you know that right' giorno thought
'That I do and I can't wait to see the faces of those imbeciles when they see what we actually look and sound like hehehehe' notte said through laughing
'Maybe we should take a camera to catch the moment on video while we are at it don't you think' giorno said
'God I love when you act like me if only we were two different people they would think we were twins but. Anyway we should go xanxus is waiting for us' notte said
'Agreed' giorno said and 'they' disappear in mist flames to the school for the rain battle
Meanwhile at the rain battle
NO ONE'S POV
The battle had already began all the arcobaleno were there and the other none competing guardians were watching the match that was underway while the varia was wondering when assassino notte would turn up. 10 minutes later everyone heard a familiar deep voice sorry I'm late to this match but I was getting something from home everyone turned around the arcobaleno with guns pointed to the figure and tsuna's guardians minus takeshi with their weapons pointed at the figure Giotto then made out that it was lemitsu and walked over to him and punched him in the gut and walked back to his guardians 15 minutes later a Lot of mist flames appeared and 'they' walked out bel hit 'them' over the head and scolded 'them' for being late but then continued to watch the match (happens same as anime but instead of it being takeshi to win it is asari) the match ended takeshi and asari walked out and asari collected the ring the cervello looked around the groups and said "we were going to have the mist match tomorrow however we have decided that instead we will have the match of the cloud first so cloud guardians prepare for tomorrow and may The odds be ever in your favour" (a little hunger games reference right there)before they disappeared when both of the sawada guardians looked all but the mist of the varia had disappeared as he was about to go reborn said "there is something that's on my mind and that is why would you even give clues to your enemies" the nodded figure turned and said "it's simple really, I like a challenge and besides you don't know what I look like yet so I still have some cards left in my hands speaking of which sawada this is your next clue sometimes being able to tell an illusion to the real thing is hard but sometimes living ones whole life in an illusion is harder" and he began to leave Giotto spoke up and said "can you at least give us an example".
The figure stopped and looked at Giotto with a smirk but said "that would be cheating so no can do I'm afraid Ta ta for now" and with that he disappeared leaving everyone to think about the new found clue as they went home to sleep on it.
