Sapphire was now in her bed, trying to sleep. She knew her sister would be home soon, and wasn't worrying about her much. All she wanted to do was sleep...
But it was hard when you had an obnoxious, isosceles demon yapping in your ear to no end. It almost physically pained her.
"Why do you take this human form so much more? You could be doing anything else right now than living a boring life as a boring human." Bill hummed as he floated above her form, causing her to shove her pillow over her head.
"Because I feel like it! I care about the people that live on this planet... My mom always taught me that way." At the mentioning of her mother, Sapph seemed to sadden a bit.
Bill blinked, then scoffed, "Your mother was ridiculous, then."
That certainly struck a nerve as the purplette chucked a pillow at the triangle, only to groan in annoyance as it simply passed through him, "Fuck off! You have no idea what she was like!"
"But I do! That's the thing about knowing almost everything~ She's a sweet woman, incredibly caring and would do anything to save even the smallest organism of this filthy planet... How incredibly naïve!"
"Shut up! She's perfect! She actually gives a damn about people, unlike you!"
"She really misses you."

Although it couldn't really be seen, the succubus began to tear up. It had been hundreds of years since she saw her mother. She had no information on her or her wellbeing. She knew she was alive, but didn't know in what state.
".. Can you tell me how she is..? You know, right..? If she's okay?"
"Hm..."
"Please, Bill! I just need to know if she's okay!"
".. Alright, but just because you said please!" He paused for a moment. "Mm... Yeah, she's fine. Your dad's got her chained up in his lair, though. She hasn't moved from her spot for a couple days. Geez! She sure is tolerant of him!" He laughed slightly.
Sapph sighed in relief, nodding. As much as she was unhappy about her mother's state, she was glad that she was still okay, "Thanks..."
"Now that I checked on your mom for you, you need to answer a few questions I have myself."
"Seriously? I thought you already asked them..!"
"Who would win in a fight between you and your sister? You've got fire-based powers, and she's got some ice ones! That would be interesting to watch!" He quickly projected what he imagined Sapphire and Juliet's fights to be like onto his body.
The demon sighed and shrugged as she then laid back down and rolled away from him, "I don't know..?"
"You don't need sleep. But you still sleep anyways. Why?"
"Because I feel like it. It's calming."
".. Do you think I would look better in navy blue or gray? That is, if I ever changed the colors of my clothes--"
"Bill, you don't even wear clothes- Okay, are you going to ask legitimate questions or just annoy me?"
"Just annoy you! I already know practically everything there is to know about you. I just like to watch you suffer~"
"Typical. I should have known..!"
"I know that you keep your eye covered because you're self conscious. I know that you mostly wear dresses because you like the freedom it gives your legs. Your favorite part of your body besides your boobs are your thighs! You can never decide if your favorite color is blood red or sapphire blue. You can't go a day without thinking of something awfully perverted~ You like getting it from behind because it excites you when you can't see what your partner is doing! Your favorite position is--"
"Alright, I get it! Fucking hell..." She blushed, pulling the blanket up over her head. "Are you always this fucking annoying? God, no wonder everyone hates you."
"That, and I'm completely insane and tried to take over the world." He adjusted his bow tie.
"Goodnight. I'm going to sleep."
"Fine. See you in your dreams~"

"Oh... Here I am again." Sapphire looked at the multiple doors that towered above her short stature.
One door was labeled Happy, another Sad, and another Scary. There were many more that listed certain simple genres.
"Let's see.. What dream am I interested in having tonight?" She hummed as she looked over her options. "And.. Which one would I feel comfortable potentially letting Bill see?"
"You rang~?"
At the mention of the dream demon, none other than Bill himself popped up practically out of no where. He was holding what looked to be a margarita, his legs crossed and one arm behind him as he floated in the air.
"B-Bill! God dammit, don't do that..." Sapph whined softly. "I'm trying to decide my dream."
"You decide your dream? Isn't that, like, not what normal people do?"
"It's always been this way for me."
"Hm.. That sounds boring. There's no surprise! No twist in events! Say, I'll make a dream up for you. But don't think I'm doing this as a favor! I just want to watch your pain~"
"Ooooof course you do. Go ahead. Hit me with your best shot."
Suddenly, the surroundings of the dream began to change. She was now inside a building with dim lights. She was on a stage, and there was cheering from all angles, despite there being no one in the audience. The biggest strobe light was pointed to her, while a smaller one was angled at Bill, who had a front row set. He was leaning in with his cane propping himself up.
"I know that you liked performing at your friend's theater sometimes before you moved here to Gravity Falls. Go ahead and put on a show for me."
"For you? N-No way! You are aware that this is a burlesque theater, right? No way I'm dancing like that for you!"
"Would you rather me just look at your memories and look at you dance there? I'm sure there's a good amount of that in there, and even more~" He tipped his hat.
Sapph blushed, then groaned, "F-Fine, I'll dance. But it's not gonna be anything sexy. Not for you."
She took a deep breath, before she nodded, "Play some music."
Bill gladly snapped his fingers, playing a song that sounded like a cross between jazz and swing. Sapph blushed, readied herself, and finally started off slow dancing. It was mostly in the hips, adding an occasional twirl and a shoulder shimmy. She actually would have enjoyed herself if that sadistic triangle wasn't watching. She knew he didn't really enjoy watching her dance. He only enjoyed the way she got embarrassed and flustered. He enjoyed her suffering, as he did with anyone else.
"I should break our deal off for this."
"It's only a dream~ It's not even real! That wouldn't be very fair."
"I--"
"You can sing too, right? Try that while you dance. The whole shebang!"
"Seriously? You love to watch my pain."
"Of course I do! Pain is hilarious!"
Sapph grumbled, stopping dancing. "Well at least pick a song that I can sing."
"Hm.. How about this?" Bill made a gesture with his finger before different music began to play. This time, it was more upbeat. It wasn't techno or electric pop like she usually would have preferred, but she knew by now that Bill hated synthesized music.
"This is good enough. Don't judge me if I don't do as well as you would have hoped. I don't like people watching me..."
"I thought you would have if you did a live performance."
"I was just filling in!"
The purplette continued to sing and dance, much to her dismay. But despite him watching her, she really did enjoy just letting go. Until she paused, narrowing her eye before she put her hands on her hips, "Wait a second..."
"Hm~?"
"I don't need to listen to you! This is my dream!"
Hearing that she had finally figured it out, the triangle began to laugh, rising from his seat as he adjusted his tie, "You finally realized! Hah, it's funny how dumb you are! You're just fun to mess with~"
"I should definitely break our deal now."
"Now hold on--"
