Looking out the window, a particular sight attracted you.
"Kris! Kris! Look!"
"Hm? What is it?"
Pulling your eyes away from the window, you saw your boyfriend sitting on the couch, his face buried into a book.
"Yi Fan! It's snowing! C'mon! Let's play outside!"
He raised his eyebrows in fake surprise before continuing to read the book.
"Eh! You're just being lazy, I doubt that you're even reading!"
Placing the book on the coffee table in front of him, he stood up and towered over you.
"Okay, let's go then."
You looked up at him and smiled, liking how easy the win was. Rushing over to the closet, you slipped on your jacket and boots before reaching the front door to your apartment.
A breeze of cool air entered your home, liking the shivers it gave your warm skin. But it was soon cut off as Kris closed the door, making you pout in confusion.
"Hey! Why'd you do that?"
Without answering, he wrapped a pretty scarf around your neck along with a beanie on your head.
"It's cold out, and I don't want you to get sick."
He took some mitts and placed them on your hands. The cute part was his care for fashion, everything matched!
"Okay, I'm warm! Can I go now?"
Kris smiled at how adorable you were, he nodded before putting on his winter wear as well.
Running outside, you danced in the snow for a while until an idea was formed.
Shutting the door behind him, Kris (in his own styled outfit) started to look around for his girlfriend.
Checking behind the house, a chunk of ice came in contact with his precious face.
"_____!!! Where are you?!"
Laughing at his pathetic face, he started to gather up snow for himself. You took the chance to hide behind some trees, your back facing him.
Turning around to check on him because he was making no sound whatsoever. He wasn't anywhere... Peeking out some more, a pile of snow was pressed against your face from behind.
Turning around, Kris started to laugh at your raging state as he carefully backed away.
"WU YI FAN!!!"
Once he was far enough, he bent down to pick up more snow. You took this opportunity to charge at him, tackling him onto the white grass. Both laughing, you held onto each other for some warmth.
"Kris, we should make a snowman! Please?"
Not being able to resist your request, he nodded before carrying you onto his back. Because of his tall height, he had to bend REALLY low in order for you to climb on XD
"Okay! That way!"
You treated him like a horse, but he didn't mind as long as you were happy.
Gently setting you down on the ground, the both of you started to roll up giant snow balls for the snowman's body. Kris handled making the body while you made the head.
Trying to place the head on the snowman made Kris laugh, since you were on your tipy-toes desperately trying to reach the top. Taking the head from you, he effortlessly placed it on.
"No fair! You're tall!"
He patted your head, which made you feel even shorter. Puffing out some air and trudging away, you left to find some branches.
Bending down to pick up a couple twigs below a tree, Kris ran over and started shaking the branches above, making the snow fall on top of you.
*sniffles*
"No, no, no, Baobei! Sorry sorry sorry!"
Kris immediately panicked and leaned over to comfort you to stop crying. Taking the opportunity, you shoved a handful of snow into his face again.
"Hahaha!!!"
*sniffles*
Not taking any sympathy from him, you ruffled his hair, telling him to man up. Smiling to himself, he followed and helped you finish the snowman.
Looking at the finished product, it felt like something was missing. Taking off your scarf, you jumped up and wrapped it onto the snowman.
A rush of cool air attacked your neck giving you shivers. Kris noticed this and took of his scarf to wrap around you. Smiling at him thankfully, you gestured him to the ground.
He looked confused at first until you laid down and started to make snow angels. Getting the idea, he scanned around for people to see this childish activity, eventually shrugging it off to join his happy girlfriend in the cold snow.
Thinking that you both were done, Kris helped you up and you both admired your masterpieces. His angel wings connecting with yours^^
Heading back into the warmness of your apartment made the both of you sigh in satisfaction. Kris noticed that you were still cold, so he pulled you into a hug automatically warming your body.
"Umm... You can let go now."
You squeaked, clearly suffocating. Giving you a last squeeze, he let go, making you fall limp against him, playing dead.
He chuckled before lifting you up and placing you onto the couch, heading to the bathroom to wash his face afterwards.
This guy and his face... *Sigh*
Kris came back with a paper in one hand, tilting your head, you wondered what it was.
"I drew this for you."
Your eyes widened in surprise, of course noting his ability in the arts ;)
Still, you accepted it gladly. Untying the red ribbon that held it place, you unravelled the paper curiously.
It was two stick people on a snowy hill, holding hands. A heart in between their circular heads, large snowflakes surrounding them.
"Aww! Thanks Kris! It's so cute, I love it^^"
It may not be the best drawing, but it came from his heart...
"Wanna see a magic trick?"
Once again your eyes widened at the his mention of a surprise, but you complied.
He showed you his empty hands before taking the drawing back from you. Bringing the drawing up, he dropped it right away showing a velvet box in the palm of his hand.
Smiling at your impressed reaction, he opened the box revealing a sparkly ring.
"I know I'm not good with words, so I bought you a promise ring."
Tears stung your eyes, as you pulled him in for a hug. He whispered sweetly into your ear.
"My promise is to love you forever and ever."
"I promise that too..."
You pulled away which made him wipe your tears.
"Merry Kris-mas :)"
Laughing at your cheesiness, he pulled you in for another hug.
"Yeah, Merry Kris-mas :)"
