"Kat, wakey wakey!" said a familiar voice.
Yup, Kat. Short for Katherine. I'm Katherine Elaine Williams. I have 2 younger brothers, who I am taking care of because my no-good excuse of parents couldn't take care of them.
Stupid bastards. Those fuckers are no good.
My brother, James, is a mere 12 year old. He knows how to cuss, which doesn't surprise me since I cuss like a sailor. He is really dirty-minded but hey, he's got humor. We usually fight over the smallest things but we think of those as a joke.
My other brother, Hayden, is a 9 year old. He is a mischievious little thing. He will put up a fight if you touch his food. He literally punched James when he touched his skittles.
The boy will kill anyone for his food I tell you.
We're werewolves, yes. We aren't omegas, alphas, betas or gammas. In fact, we're just normal pack members.
In the werewolf world, I'm an ordinary werewolf in the sea of wolves. In the human world though, I'm famous. Being a singer, a painter, a model, a dancer, I'm pretty well-known.
'Well, those can't help you in the werewolf world, now can it.' said my wolf, Ella.
She's right, yet again. You can't dance your way out if rouges surround you. You can't sketch the face of a rouge who kidnapped someone because there is something called a scent. You would not want to model just to lure a rouge in 'cause they would most likely rape you. See, I'm pretty much useless here.
'You doubt yourself because of the past, don't you?' Ella said, sympathetically.
'Don't even, Ella. Don't' I told her.
'Alright' she said, going back to the deepest, darest corner of my mind.
Suddenly, I feel water, cold water.
"Holy Shit!" I screeched as I shot up quickly, shivering.
There I saw, none other than, Hayden. He was grinning as if he accomplished something,which he did because he managed to wake me up.
"Finally, I have been trying to wake you up for almost half an hour." He said, "Now time for school!"
After that, he ran out. I rubbed my eyes, 'cause apparently they haven't adjusted to the light yet.
Well, welcome to reality.
